The pianos here are great. You should definitely consider the Kawai CA79 or CA99, they are well worth the price!
Very helpful and very knowledgeable. Especially if your piano needs to be tuned.
Best piano store and overall piano shopping experience I have ever found, after an extensive nationwide search. Benjamin was extraordinarily knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating in helping me through the evaluation process, and in the end I ended up with the most perfect piano that my family and I could possibly hope for. (Shigeru Kawai SK-2L – stunning world class instrument!) It sounds even better in my home than it did in the showroom. Thank you Kim’s Piano – I will be referring friends and family to you!
Have good service
Nice performing hall
Pianos!
Not happy about the experience. The salesman who contacted me wasn’t even there. I sent a message to him just before I went to the store, he could’ve informed me of his absence. He told me yesterday that he was confident that he could find me an used piano that matched with my expectations and budget, only I realized there was only one within the budget and with bad condition in the store! The other one was 800$ over my budget. The salesman could have been honest about the used pianos they had! Really a waste of time to go there!
And the salesman that helped me today really barely said anything. When I tried the digital piano, he didn’t explain the buttons on it until I asked. He was only there like two minutes and then focused on the other group of customer coming in after me that was seriously gonna buy a grand piano.
The customers that were satisfied with the service probably all spent their dollars on the grand pianos!
If you’re like me, an international student, who is a diligent piano player who doesn’t want to give up playing the piano in a foreign country just because of studying in a field other than music, and try to save as much as possible, don’t bother to go here!
Muy mal atendido y muy sucio
The shop was nice and all, but the dealers when we came in made us felt unwanted after talking for a bit so we just left after we spoke for a bit…… Wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you show them your money upfront then they might make you feel comfortable….. Completely biased there…..

Amazing store great options had a good deal on a acoustic bass and the nice man helped me through the whole process and took the time to check for me if there was a new one in box they are above and beyond and now I know where to go for my next Bass
Nathan is the greatest salesman!!! He went out of his way to make sure I got the right keyboard that fit all of my needs. And the manager, ( don’t know his name but he looks like Eric Clapton) he was so spot on and made sure the transaction went down smoothly. . It was like going to Disneyland, Sam Ash, “the happiest place on Earth”. I’ll be a Sam Ash customer for life!!
Love this store
good had veriety of harmonicas
Muy buena
Good
They were not able to fix the intonation problem on the Martin DM that I bought from them.
Horrible customer service if you live near by just might as well go out of your way to somewhere else! Wasn’t any help. They were very rude and don’t care about the customer. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!
Excellent
6. Squid Music

Went there to help a newbie friend get a bass guitar and amp. Lots of decent stuff there used, staff was willing to negotiate….
Nice store with plenty of quality guitars. Squid had a great online store too! Nice Owner!
Quaint and friendly much like the old mom and pop stores of years ago. Staff was knowledgeable and instruments election was significant. Periphery stocks could be larger and more updated. But overall the more Personal Touch makes it a positive experience.
Terrible.
I came in 30 mins before they close and the guy at the counter said that unless I was planning to buy something that I couldn’t try anything out. Seriously, if you’re not even going to let me have a good time trying out gear then how can you expect to receive my business? I’d like to buy gear from a local guitar shop, but places like this are what make me decide to order online instead.
Is this place open anymore. I swung by and couldn’t find it?
muy mal
