Awesome customer service and high quality products
Great guitars for traveling. Customer service in terrible. Must be Covid. Otherwise I’d be very disappointed in their response time on getting back to customers who have issues.

Got the book I was looking for and awesome customer service!
Great people and Gene is an amazing guitarist & teacher!
It’s okay.
Nice guy and great service so far!
Not bad.
My grandma brought two ukuleles here to be repaired before she passed away. They were from the 1940s and held a lot of sentimental value for me, as they were the first instrument I ever learned to play on. After she passed away, a family member went to retrieve them and the store conveniently had “no record” of them. Scammers and low lifes.
terrible repairment

Tony is fantastic! He knows so much and is a delight to have in our home to tune our piano! He is knowledgeable and professional and will care for your instrument like it was his own.
I have been a customer of Tony Hulme for over 40 years and have purchased several pianos. He is the best! And a wonderful technician as well!
I bought my baby grand from Jazzmen and the service was far beyond excellent!! The owner was low on stock when I contacted him over the phone, and he told me to come in with a deposit so he could find one in my price range. Then he went out and found the perfect high end piano for me, tuned it, made the finish look brand new, and even delivered it for only $400 after my initial deposit which he spent on the instrument. I ended up with a piano worth over ten grand that amazed my wife (which is a priority in my household.) and I’m glad I went to a professional to purchase something I know very little about, I also learned allot about buying pianos from all the photos and bios of pianos he sent me which got me hyped for getting one in my living room!!
If you want a honest person treating you like your their best friend, go to this place!
James.
I love, love, love my new (old) piano!! I highly recommend looking for your new piano at Jazzmen Music and Gallery. Ryan is so nice and accommodating. He really extended himself to make sure that everything necessary was accomplished as far as me getting the piano of my dreams!!! Thank you Ryan!
Ryan is so generous with his time and expertise. I recently moved to CT and have been in touch with Ryan about piano stuff for several months leading up to the move. He was so helpful and finally when my piano arrived gave it a great tune-up and care advice. My piano sounds very happy!!

Awful customer service…. for resolution of any issue your’e on your own! Manager was so unhelpful. Owned by Jam Industries in Canada.
After 15 years of dealing with kmc, I decided to take advantage of a terms agreement. They decided not to give me the terms or contact me to let me know that the order that was placed would not be arriving. I now have a dozen angry customers and no stock to sell. Its cowardly, bad business.

Fantastic store and wonderful staff. Thanks Andrew for all your help in renting a cello!
Always helpful and knowledgeable.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff that actually helps you find what you need, opposed to just selling you something.
An error in judgment when I decided to place an order for them to send out my two guitars I STILL to this day can’t string myself worth beans. Decent store for the most part but what really got me sore was the fact that the clerk said that they send their instruments out to a repair tech in E. Hartford but then found out that for whatever reason they have to send the guitars to a tech in BOSTON and the woodwind and brass instruments are the only instruments they ferry back and forth for repairs to EH. Misleading and wonder if it were intentional or whether or not someone else over there neglected to tell him that the different instruments get repaired at different locations. Not my fault I didn’t get the right info but certainly my fault I opted to not take my precious guitars back before the start of business last week so I could either try once again to string them myself or have someone else nearer to me I’d forgotten momentarily about do it for me instead. Ideally I’ll see if I can learn the proper way to string them from now on to save on the cost and also to not feel helpless and at the mercy of someone else whose repair shop happens to be out of state yet.
Was told my contract goes through June. Beware! They end your contract in May and charge $45 more for June. So you will not make it through the school year with the agreed contract, however, you will not be made aware of that information.
Dont try guitar lessons in this location.piano teacher may come for quitar lessons and teacher may change soon, we may work 3 months for refund.
The details pertaining to the boxes in and around the location are not what I am interested in anymore. Absolutely in poor taste to remove something biodegradable without thinking. I’d give it a 5 star if the app let me!

So many fun items in this store! Great place to find some older tunes and some dope band shirts!
cool store, lots of band t shirts that are hard to find, wide variety of cds, dvds, decorations, posters.very relaxed vibe!
Love this store. They have a great Dead T-shirt selection
Really neat place! Some of the organization isn’t what I’d want it to be if I was looking for something specific, but it encourages browsing, and finding new things, and that’s really cool!
Cool little shop for records, CDs, band shirts and bunch of other neat things that reminded me heavily of the 90’s!
Staff is spaced out but cool stuff to browse and buy.
My fiancé and I had a terrible experience here. First thing that stood out to both of us is that there was absolutely nothing unique about the place. We first browsed the low quality t-shirt collection. I initially thought nothing of it, but one of the women working there immediately started getting in our space and more and more made it seem like she was watching and/or waiting for us to shop lift. Nice job lady, but I gave up buying such tired, thoughtless Bob Marley shirts after I graduated high school.
I can appreciate keeping inventory neat and presentable as well as keeping a discreet eye on people. The way she was following and eyeing us she may have well stripped us (hell…it would have put a LITTLE excitement in our visit). Mind you, we are normal looking people that were both willing and able to spend some money if we by miracle chance found something of remote interest to us.
Some awkward minutes later we made our way into the smoke accessory area in the back room. sure enough there she came out of nowhere (were there two of them???) scaring the crap out of us.
Again, their selection of glass was sparse; on par with any Exon Mobile gas station. I’m surprised they didn’t have bath salts available. If they did it was their own stash for sure. Maybe that’s why they were so on edge, tweaking on their own stash. We again continued to shrug it off until I made the mortal mistake of making my way behind the counter in smoke area. In the most condescending tone ever, said something alone the lines of “you can’t go behind the counter.” I knew I was at fault for that, but she had an expression that you’d give a dog after it pee’d on the carpet. That’s when we decided to bail. Right before leaving however we asked the nice man behind the main front counter for a lighter. “Uhhh we’re out of lighters…” Uhhhh ok. Bye bye
