your right i also got scammed luckily it was for less $$$ but still never responded to my text and kept my deposit be aware of this guy Misael the head of group the very last minute also got canceled will never never do business with this guy.
I thought I was the only one unfortunately same thing happened to me I wish I would have known I didn’t check the reviews here he mess up my party and took my deposit never showed up bad guys be on the look out.

Went there for my daughter’s first electric guitar, amp and accessories. There were plenty to choose from in all price ranges. Salesman were super helpful, got us connected to amp for her to try several models and we found one and my daughter and I were both happy w our shopping experience at Guitar Center

Did not have what I needed, very low amount of stock, there web site said they had item and when I got there they did not. They only cary 1 type of strings for a 12 string guitar, and they aren’t the quality I prefer,. I swear they are all pushing us to shop online
Insane. Wanted to buy a new ukulele, but was not interested in joining their insurance program, which the associate was pushing pretty hard. Was also told that I couldn’t complete the purchase unless I was willing to share First & Last Name, along with a phone number and zip code. California Consumer Privacy Act much, Guitar Center? I guess not.
I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Nobody seemed to care here. We arrived and they said who wants to ring them up? Nobody said anything. And stood there. 0 of 0 if i could.
