Changed out the strings on my guitar while I waited, answered a ton of questions from a newbie, and even showed me how to do it myself with some tips.
Firstly, this shop provides great service on guitars, setups and string changes. But beware of purchasing a guitar that is not currently hanging on their shelf. For example, the Fender American Professional II Strat, comes in 9 different colors. If you want a color that isn’t hanging on their wall, they will offer to get it for you, but it will be considered a “special order” and not eligible to be returned. This is an odd policy since they are an authorized Fender dealer. If you order the guitar direct from Fender, or Sweetwater, or any other online retailer, the guitar is eligible for return no questions asked. So essentially, trying to support a small shop will eliminate any guarantees offered by the manufacturer. Understand, I realize a small shop has limitations and must do what’s best for their bottom line. However, it was never communicated to me “hey if I order this guitar for you, it’s unreturnable.” The thought never crossed my mind to ask, since the item I ordered was a stock offering from Fender, nothing special or custom about it. It’s extremely surprising that a Fender dealer is not able to provide the same customer satisfaction policies that are in place by Fender themselves. Most of the guitars hanging on the walls are mid-tier or entry level guitars, so if you want something better, and you want the peace of mind to return it if you’re not happy with it, then I suggest looking elsewhere. If you need a great setup on your guitar, ReMix can do it.

We bought a guitar here for our son a couple weeks back. One guy was way too salesy and talked too much but I like supporting local so we bought one.
Love this place but couldn’t find what I was looking for.
Paid Remix $135.00 to put a new but bad Fender neck on my guitar. I Sent the bad neck back to Fender. They said it was warped on the 10th fret. Fender replaced the neck. Now Remix tech want’s me to pay again to install new neck. He knew the first neck was bad when he worked on it. My opinion is not good for Remixes Fender tech. The advise their tech Andy gave me, was to find someone else to install the neck.
This is not the kind of attitude one would expect from anyone representing a company as reputable as Fender.
I’ve played Fender Telecasters for 50 years. Had a lot of them worked on.
Never have I been treated as as poorly or rudely as I was at Remix Music. I’m sorry to have to leave this less than favorable post. But this is the way it happened.
Didn’t like the guy’s attitude or the prices. I probably won’t be back.

Friendly and careful repair. Would give 5 Stars if a more affordable option/tier of instrument was available to increase accessibility. We rent to own and carry insurance, paying about $45 a month for each instrument.
I don’t care for their customer service at all and think they are overpriced.
I took my flute to Palen Music in Springdale, AR for a Key and pad adjustment on January 22, 2021. They said the instrument will be kept in quarantine for 3 days, then they will look at it. They took my credit card info, gave me a receipt and Left. Latter part of the next week I called to see if my instrument is ready to pick up. They said the flute is not ready because they wanted to give me an estimate before fixing it. She gave me the estimate on the phone and said we call you when it is ready. I did not hear from anyone the next week and I called back. They said it takes usually two weeks to repair, so we ‘ll have it by Thursday and call you. Thursday, I did not hear from anyone. I called on Friday and asked them if my flute was ready. After a long wait she came back and said the instrument is not ready and it will be next week. At that time, I told them I am picking up my instrument since it has been exactly three weeks to this day. She Also let me know that they already had charged my credit card. When I got there, they had not issued me the credit. After waiting another 20 minutes for that, they told me they can’t get hold of the accountant to issue the credit at this time but they will send it to my email account. I picked up my instrument on 2/12/’21 and left. A bad experience for me.
Thoroughly disappointed. The lady who greeted me behind the counter seemed displeased I was there from the moment I walked in. She was quick to inform me that they “dont do repairs on guitars” And they had no “Acoustic” Bass Strings. I’m not even sure she took the time to understand what I was looking for. Huge misunderstanding on my end I guess, because their website lead me to believe they repair musical instruments, specifically string instruments. There was no bold or fine print saying “we don’t do repairs on guitars”. Hours later I received a message request via Facebook from a man claiming to have “worked” at Palen music. I am not sure how he found me on there which is very unsettling. He wanted to send me free things provided i give him an address I am sure. This entire experience is very uncomfortable and creepy. Do not recommended leaving a bad review because they will track you down. How unprofessional can you be?

Was only customer there that I could see. Walked in with a mask but because of trouble breathing let one side unhook from my ear. Have had both doses of the covid vaccine but from 30 feet away the clerk came to tell me to put my mask back on. Only off for a second with no one within 30 feet. Amazon has used books for less.

I ordered two Inspirational Study Bibles at the same time. Once came from Once Upon a Time Books. The other came from Thriftbooks. Not sure why they ended up coming from two companies but they did. Problem was that I wanted New Century Version but received King James. I called Once Upon a Time Books and they will do nothing for me because I don’t have a packing slip. I wasn’t sent a packing slip. Called Thirftbooks and without hesitation, they are sending me the correct one and told me to donate the wrong one to a local church or library. And apologized profusely for the error. I will never buy again from Once Upon a Time Books. Customer service is everything. They know I ordered the book but can’t do a thing without a packing slip. That’s just WRONG!!!!
Les is the ONLY person I trust with my guitars. After restoring a childhood keepsake guitar 15 years ago, I have never looked elsewhere for service and advice!
In addition, you can find guitars and amps here that you will not find anywhere else. There is more knowledge here than you will find in 50 chain store employees combined!
Les has one of the best music stores around. It’s full of great vintage and new gear at reasonable prices. I’ve purchased several items from Blue Moon Music and will continue to do business with Les. He knows his gear and is a fine musician as well. Go check him out in person. I do wish they had a good website that displayed all his current gear.

I got a Fender blues Jr. amp fixed here last year and payed $60 for the work. A few weeks later the amp stopped working so I called the shop and the owner told me that they don’t guarantee their work. I took the amp to another store and spent another $60 to have it worked on again. Take care of your customers and they will come back.

Locked thier doors 15min before thier closing time
My husband and I went today and were going to buy some bowls. They were marked down from $20 to $16 and the booth had 25% off Everything. The ‘guy’ had to go back to the booth to make sure this item was supposed to get the 25%. Came back and said, Well it didn’t say so I will give it to you, but off the original price. Really?!?!? He lost a sale today for that booth and lost some customers.

Awful service. Bought strings for my guitar, and since im not very good at putting them on and they were the most expensive strings, i left my guitar for them to put the strings on for me bc they said theyd do it for free and that they would call me within a day or so. I waoted almsot a week and figured that i must have missed the call and went there to get my guitar. They hadnt even touched it and told me that it would be several more days before they could get to it. I just went ahead and took my guitar. Never getting my business again im just gonna go to guitar center.

He got me set up with one of his leads, Tanner, who I was impressed with. Tanner evaluated my gear and had the items I wanted in stock that day. He gave me a more than fair price for everything and I walked out of the store with a new set. Thank you Tanner and Todd for your above and beyond customer service!

Some employees are better than others. Inventory keeps us coming back. Bought a $1800 guitar. & much more. Been nice if they would had set up the instrument. That service should be part of the sale & never have asked for. Moving product & commission shouldn’t surpass service. But just my thoughts. Still give 4 stars.
A completely disappointing experience.
I had asked a worker about a second-hand SG I was really interested in buying. He explained that in Fayetteville there is an ordinance that prevents them from selling a guitar for the first 7 days after they’ve received it and I was understanding but reassured him that I wanted to figure something out. He offered layaway but when I explained that I would be out of town before the 7 days was up he said there was nothing he could do. I had planned to send a friend to get the guitar for me but because the worker had dismissed me by the time it was available someone had already put it on layaway. My issue is that even though the employee knew I was determined to get the guitar he did not offer any kind of help or solution and as a result I lost my chance to purchase the guitar I wanted. I will be telling everyone i can about my experience in Hope’s that they won’t waste there time here.

Called them about a t.c. helicon vocal processor. They said they still had it for sale. I made the 1 hour 15 minute drive. Got there. Got the processor out of display case. Selected all cables and things to make it work. Went to pay and was told I could not buy it because of some law. I said but I drove over an hour to get here. And you have it priced and on the sales floor advertised. Staff said” huh” Was told by staff to return tomorrow. Told them that was not right to which they replied “yea”.. didn’t even try to make a compromise to help me. Very disappointing

Very nice. We just moved to the area from the heart of Texas wine country that runs along 290. This is the first place we’ve been that feels like what we’re used to. Very spacious seating inside, with even more seating outside.
The food is very good and helpings are generous for the price.
The wine selection is a bit limited but large enough for anyone to find at least one type they like.
They also have a decent selection of beers for people who prefer it.
Relaxing place and we’ll worth it.

They had good local wines, a nice deck area for seating, a live band, and a crepe food truck so the experience was pretty awesome.

We didn’t think the wine was that good and most of it was in the sweet side. Food is served on paper plates. Overall it was meh.
This place sucks. Small and right on the road and hardly any wine yards. And the bar waitress was rude and did not care. Will never go again.

If I had known the drive thru was a teenage hang out spot instead of an actual drive thru, well, I would’ve just went somewhere else from the get go. Sat there way too long just to end up driving off because clearly the teens were all friends and didn’t care about actually doing their job. There were, at the very least, three other cars that drove off before us and we saw another leave when we did. I can’t imagine it’s normally like this but this really soured the experience.
I usually love 7 brew and have been coming here since they have opened, but it seems like the service has started slacking off recently. I asked for 2 drinks today/ Lg. Hot latte, and Lg German Mocha and had a free card for one of them. I asked that the German Mocha be used on the card. Then i was charged almost 8 dollars for the other. Seems like the employees are asking for to much or they don’t even adhere to the menu or charged for what’s asked. This has been my 2nd incident in a row now. I am disappointed to say I will be taking my coffee business elsewhere.
No PPE!! They do not social distance and they lean into your car. My mom is 60 and they spit on her while talking. They should be put out of business in a time like this. Young people are more likely to spread a virus unnoticed. This place is a dangerous area if you are older!! Shame on you all! You’ve lost our business and our friends as well

A very good place for music instruments and music classes
I was visiting Arkansas for a short time and had a last-minute need for an accessory for my USB microphone. I tried to call them numerous times over two days and no one ever answered the phone, nor did anyone ever return my call despite my leaving a message on the answering machine. So I risked it and drove to the store (because they were the only thing around the area), and when I got to the store I could see that unless I was a guitar player or drummer, I was probably out of luck. I just needed a wind sock for my microphone. They had ONE product that fit that description – with four socks, and all small. I finally had to settle on getting a popscreen instead. I honestly think in my particular situation I would’ve been better off ordering something online or going to BestBuy.
Went through amazon to purchase a Dimarzio super distortion pick up. The sent me an openend plexi with a generic p/u. Wiring diagram did not match the p/u received. The intent was to have a 5 split shaping for the p/u. I got a pick up with no hot wire or series ground. What a bunch of con artists.

Then I get in touch with ebay custom care. They told me, not to open a case! They get in touch with you! 30 days later after purchase and payment with PayPal, they told me that a case was not opend and my money was gone! PayPal do the same, what those useless, zero function ebay custom care do! Then I wrote you a couple of emails. NO ANSWER! No Shippment tracking! No replacement! No refund! NOTHING !!!
Soo, my 1st question is. Are you a serious company? And if you a serious company. Do you have any idea what custom care is? Grab the money and out of sight, out of mind?
And, my 2nd question. I want the guitar straps! Does that mean, I must pay one more time and hope it will be delivered! This time! Maybe?
