Very helpful staff. Helped me track down a guitar I was looking for, were courteous and knowledgeable. Would def do business with them in the future.
The guys in the back working on my guitar did a great job.
Realy great customer service and awesome workers but really bumpy prices somethings are slightly under priced some over and some right on the money (half literally) ether way I would definitely suggest this place.
Nau experinia
Sales people are pushy and dishonest.
I’m used to great local businesses willing to help you out. Unfortunately this isn’t one of them. When I went in to see if I can test my guitar’s amp system using one of their amplifiers, the owner instantly became hostile and deriding. “Since I didn’t buy my guitar from their place, why should they let me use one of their amps for free?” Obviously they aren’t known for customer service since there wasn’t another customer in sight. I mentioned this obvious fact and left. A different music store a few blocks north was kind enough to let me use one of their amps, and the owners even spent time explaining how the different amps work. While I spent $20 at their place on guitar accessories, I wasn’t looking for an amp that day. But guess which store I would go to when I’m looking to buy an amp?
Store sucks, don’t have anything in the drum section, sad
2. Dunkley Music
Address: 1160 Blue Lakes Blvd N, Twin Falls, ID 83301 , Twin Falls , Idaho , United States
Awesome store with very knowledable people and great musicians and teachers!
Always have what I need at the best price. The staff is friendly, and helpful as well. Definitely recommend for any instrument needs.
I love coming by and playing on Dunkley musics Breedlove acoustic guitars. They have fun kawai uprights to play on too. Great quality instruments here and friendly service.
I’m a semi pro player that needs my instruments in top shape for gigs all over the country. Jon is truly a godsend in his artistry and abilities to repair and maintain my stable of quality guitars, I can’t say enough good things about his work! A true Professional!
Jon did a setup on my guitar, it now plays and sounds so much better. I have a hard time putting it down now. If you need work done on your guitar, I wouldn’t just let anyone work on it. I’d recommend going with someone who knows what they are doing and who has a passion for it as Jon does. I’m glad I did.
Great attention to detail and affordable.
5. The Paris Studios
Address: 124 Main Ave W, Twin Falls, ID 83301 , Twin Falls , Idaho , United States
Great place, lots of nice guitars. They were able to get my guitar fixed and tuned up. Very nice group of people.
Great selection of products and a great local mom and pop store.
Strings are 6 bucks cant beat service
I was in need of a violin string last minute and went here to grab one as they opened 30 mins before the other two in town. Unfortunately they opened 20 mins late and didn’t have the right violin string. I’ll stick to the other stores.
The internet says opens at 930. It does not open until 1000. So, this really just a 2 star review if their door. It is adequate.
I will never shop this store again! I bought three items for Christmas gifts. When I made the purchases I told the owner I was buying them for my son who lived in CA and I did not know if he had them. He said no problem. It turned out he already had two of the items so I went back to return them. The owner charged me a restocking fee. He charged me a fee because I used a credit card. He charged me both for the debit and the credit! I only bought from them as I wanted to support a local business. It would have been a lot easier and cheaper for me if I had bought on line as I had to mail the gifts to California. Due to him charging me this fee I will NEVER buy anything from this store again.
This was so wrong!!!!! This store sets a bad example for local businesses. No wonder people would rather shop on line. Sad very sad.
