Best Piano Tuner in the chattanooga area. Also does a great job teaching my daughter piano! Very reasonable prices 🙂
I was flipping a home and it came with a piano, i didn’t know what to do with it so i asked doug to come and evaluate what it was worth and to see if it could be tuned up. He took care of everything for more. Great guy.

Lots of great guitar shops across the nation, but Humbucker is among the best! I always return to them for the best gear and great service.
Bought my mesa mark v from their web site in January 2014. Got it pronto, so would definitely do business with them again.
I’ve only ever used Humbucker via mail order but every time they have been nothing but prompt, courteous and helpful. Not to mention they have some of the best prices I’ve encountered.
Nothing wrong with appointment only in a primarily web/mail-order only business. It helps with time management, and also keeps the tire kickers and incessant chatterers out. #GoodWork
Great place to buy you Amps, guitars, top line equipment
Humbucker Music was one of the rudest poorest experiences I have ever had with a music company. They get great online reviews but anyone who deals with them locally has a horror story. Apparently if you do not spend thousands of dollars with this company they do not value your buissness. I tried to order a cable for my Mesa amp and was turned away. When I complained to the manager he told me I snubbed them by not buying a guitar a test played once, so his employees could not waste their time with me. Be careful of who you give your money to. I support local buissness but in this case Guitar Center gladly got my cable, sold me a guitar, and have my continued support. I will never shop at Humbucker again
I thought this would be a great place in my area considering the supposedly have great gear, but when I showed up they would not even answer the door when i had cash in hand to buy an amp and pedals. It was probably my bad. I will just get it from Sweetwater
Drove over an hour to check out their inventory of Suhr Modarn guitars. Come to find out that “they don’t let people play them”. He was nice enough to bring out one I was interested to look at, but that was it.
If your serious about buying some high end gear, LOOK ELSEWHERE. There is NO WAY I would ever spend $2,000+ on a guitar without playing it first and they will NOT earn my business when I order my Suhr Modern.
Sad that you could be more than ready to buy, and they are more interested in internet sales than business right in front of them. Not even sure why they have a “showroom” when you cant even play anything???
Edit:
Thank for your response Brian. I understand your desire to provide the most mint product you can for your customers, but like most relatively expensive products, consumers would like try things before they buy them You wouldn’t simply buy a $2-3K TV from a store simply because they show you what it looks like out of the box, but have no floor model to actually see the picture quality?
Jeremy was very polite, but missed all the points about my trip. He knew I drove quite a ways, was very curious, and knew I wanted a Modern since I explained I was researching them. I was torn between the JP6 and a Modern. At no point did he even attempt to try and say “maybe I should try one out, that may help you decide”. I mean EVERY music store I have been in will let you play something to make sure its what you want. I would understand if it were a 59 Burst that Gary Moore use to own, and was irreplaceable, but these are $2-4k instruments you can purchase from any of the 60ish dealers Suhr has listed on their site.
Again, your staff was very polite, and maybe this is a new business model that companies operate well with. I am just more traditional coming from a background in sales, and understand that the way to create desire is to give the customer a sense of ownership -> floor models, demo drives, fitting room, etc…
I looked around for for months before I decided on my Subaru STI. I drove $15K-$65K dollar cars before settling on my $35K one. All dealers let me go thorough and drive what I was looking at -> Pre-owned STI’s, new STI’s, new BOSS 302 Mustang, ZL1 and SS Camaro, etc… I didnt hurt, scratch, track mud in, or abuse them. I drove them to make sure I would be happy with my investment before buying.
We may never see eye to eye on this but, I dont feel like commuting from Cartersville GA to the TN line just to discover what I did. I am sure others have driver further to discover this. I just wish you site was very clear about your normal policy so that consumers know what to expect if they decide to make the trip to your store.
I buy most of my guitar strings and other supplies here.
It is also a Federally licensed gun shop, and I have bought multiple weapons from Mikes. He qis honest and knowledgeable about guitars, guns, and more. I recommend this store most highly.
Lots of unique stuff. Beautiful Martin and Takamine acoustics. Really fair prices on pawn sales as well, not gouging like most pawn stores do.
Hidden gem. Mike was so helpful in working on my guitar and made a very fair trade.
Good store lots of items he is very helpful
Nice hole in the wall for obscure amps.
Over priced on most of the guitars

We love Cameron music!!! Margie is amazing with piano lessons
Family owned and operated local shop.
I was foolish enough to think that the gigantic sign in front of the store shaped like a guitar meant that they might sell, oh, I don’t know, guitars, or guitar accessories?
Nope.. just a piano store.. no other instrument is included in the “music” portion of the name. Don’t let the sign or name fool you
Headed that way to check out some instruments, but the sign outside attacking the Grand Opening of the store across the street immediately put me off. The world is hard enough without feeling so righteous that you need to tell others how to live. Bought at Guitar Center in Chattanooga instead. Great price and no one telling other folks how to live their life.

I’ve been playing guitar and bass for five decades. I had Fenders, Music Man and Modulus basses in my collection but discovering Warrior was a life changer.I started with a used, damaged Isabella from Guitar center. That bass sounded so much better than my other basses I ordered a custom Dran Michael, DM5 and a standard Bella ’62 directly from Warrior. Also Warrior perfectly restored a ’65 Jazz bass I owned most of my life. I am so grateful to JD for putting all his HEART in making these beautiful, sonically alive instruments. You must play and own one to appreciate them.
I finally met JD Lewis , the man that built my 1996 Warrior 5 String bass guitar . I bought a new bass and left my 1996 in his care to repair some minor issues . Man the Warrior team is super nice . I can’t hardly wait to get my 96 back as im sure it will be like new ! Awesome company .
Awesome people and awesome basses!!!! JD is the best!

Great place for your musical needs–very nice and helpfull people !!
Bigham’s is, in the greatest way, what your hometown local music store should be! Butch is so very knowledgable, patient, and willing to help however he can. Such a great array of gear and selection packed into a small joint! Then, there’s pricing. No matter what there’s no possible way to beat a price from Bigham’s! I’m not talking a few bucks. I’m talking hundreds to a thousand bucks saved from online or box store pricing. Can’t say enough good! A must visit destination for the experience of what’s missing in so many retail locations across the board!
I just want to say how much I love this place. Nathan is so polite and helpfull everytime I see him. He fixed and set my telecaster so fast, so much knowledge and willing to teach. Money spent there is well spent if you love your instruments. Would recommend to anyone.
The proprietor is a friendly and nice enough guy, has a pretty good selection of guitars and amplifiers, however he can’t compete with big box stores (which I understand) but that seems to make his prices unreasonably High.
Im shocked and disappointed. Ive spent north of $35k over the last 30 years at this store. Today my son stopped by to find something for us to get him for christmas and was treated like he was a burden. Was told “serious inquiries only”. When he wanted to try some guitars. We can buy everything they have in that store today, and then some. Im sad that we buy local and are treated like that. Every year he picks out a guitar, and we buy it. Last time we bought one here it was a Martin D35. Not cheap. We buy our strings there too. Could buy all from other stores or online , but like to buy local when they have what we want. I sure miss Masons. They would have never treated him that way. This is the reason most people are not loyal to local stores and they go out of business. Take care of your customers or someone else will.
Awesome service… Friendly staff..Great prices
I have been to this place a few times, and this guy always has an attitude with me. Usually I’m able to let it go, but today I had it. I went looking for a bass guitar part, a pick-up blend potentiometer to be exact. The first time he was insisting that I had to bring I my bass in in order to see it. Finally, after a Looong explanation that I work on guitars, I was able to make him just sell me the part, to which he remarked “these are non returnable, you know,” yes, yes I know. He gave me a tone pot. I explained, again that I needed a BLEND POT, to which he responded, “well you didn’t say that!” I did, twice. Then he gave me another volume/tone pot, and kept calling it a blend pot… then I went as far as to explain that a blend pot is one that has SIX LUGS WHERE BOTH PICKUPS GO IN TO GIVE A SINGLE OUTPUT. He said “well, you didn’t explain!” gave me a push/pull volume/tone pot… once again I told him this was not it. He got an even worse attitude than at the begging and said “yes it is! I build guitars for a living! I know what I’m talking about! If you had brought in the guitar I’d be able to see the pot!” (Sigh!). I turned around and left. He did t even say have a good day or anything of the sort. I’d 4ather travel the 40 minutes to the GC than to go back there. There, I said it. Hope it’s helpful.
Kind of overpriced on chinese behringer pedal crap.
This is the most untrustworthy single business I have ever had the misfortune of doing business with. It took two months to do a simple pick up swap. Compounded by my being mislead that the neck on my guitar was ruined and sold a 600 dollar replacement. I caught this individual in several lies and truly dont understand how these poor ethics have lead to the continuity of this dump.

Always helpful and the nicest people you’ll ever do Buisiness with. They’re definitely my go to when it comes to my guitars or purchasing a new one. Only one warning it’s very hard sometimes to go in and leave without buying another one…lol.
Always helpful and kind
I’ve been dealing with these folks since the mid sixties, and i know I’ll always be satisfied every time I go in there. Good prices, great service, and friendly atmosphere.
Locally owned and loved. These guys are happy to help with your music needs, they’re knowledge and courteous
Very polite and a wide range of instruments to test out for purchase.
Great customer service and friendly ppl and plus great prices on everything in the store . A must stop to buy your Musical instruments
Friendly staff, clean environment and plenty of stools to sit in if you decided to pick up a guitar and play. But unfortunately the the selection was not there for me. Not trying to be negative but it really seemed as a store where somebody had went around for a while picking out the best guitars they could find at surrounding pawn shops cleaned them up and opened a store. Not saying you can’t find a good guitar at a pawn shop and not saying that they didn’t have guitars there just very dry selection.

Bill, Mark and Maleeha are amazing! You’ll be hard pressed to find a more passionate group of believers that are committed to serving the community and bringing young folks to Christ through drumming!!
absutu love this place
