A lot of brands , but Expensive guitars and pianos
Cute
5 stars for the employees, Jose especially was incredibly helpful and passionate about his work without being pushy about sales. One star off because the store seemed pretty understaffed for the weekend crowd; the employees were running around answering questions from multiple customers at once, and trying to check people out while also helping others. They were knowledgable and helpful but too busy. When I tried to call the store about an order on the weekend, the phone either rang indefinitely or, if it was answered, I was put on hold and gave up after waiting for more than 20 minutes. That said, still an overall positive experience.
Would have gave them better stars if they weren’t rude to me, This place is nice and Jason helped me out a bunch but the dude tony and the manger lady Molly I think was her name were very rude when I asked about if they were hiring at all they act like I didn’t know what commission was but beside that I got what I came in for thanks again Jason‼️
Short staff for a bunch a client. Kinda confusing store.
I went to the store to sell an electric guitar with the amp. The website has a “sell your gear” option. I was curious to know how much I can get. So an older guy helped me minutes after I walked in. He did a great job discouraging me to sell to them. The offer that he gave me was “INSULTING” . Then he said ” Have you tried Craigslist? ” really???!!
3. TR Music & Voice Lessons
Address: 5777 Parkview Point Dr, Orlando, FL 32821 , Williamsburg , Florida , United States
I can’t say enough how amazing this school is. Both of my sons have benefited tremendously from this program
Ms. Harris at TR Music and Voice Lessons is an exceptional piano teacher! Our daughter Victoria enjoys each lesson, as Ms. Harris makes learning both educational and enjoyable.
Amazing voice teacher!! Luke S. has the incredible ability to meld professionalism and fun! He not only challenges you to grow but his fun personality makes voice lessons enjoyable and not a bore. I’ve seen many voice teachers and I’ve never met one like Luke S.. He also knows his stuff and has studied how the vocal instrument works. This is something I’ve never seen in voice teachers in the past.
First off he is a great guy who doesn’t just let you buy beats and disappear. I’ve tagged him in posts from music made with him and he shares the love right back. The beats are fire they are crisp and they bump…. So much variation and character in his beat packs as well. Definitely a great producer to work with you will not be disappointed!!
Excellent beats & Great customer service. Strongly recommend.
One of my top all times favorite beat Producer check out his Content I’ll promise you won’t regret it
5. Music N More
Address: 4100 Town Center Blvd, Orlando, FL 32837 , Williamsburg , Florida , United States
Our children have been taking music lessons at Music N More for 3 years, and they all love it! All 3 kids take piano lessons with Mr. Alex. He’s great at connecting with them and encouraging them to continue to improve. He keeps them engaged with an awesome combination of classical and contemporary pieces. One of my favorite parts of the recitals is seeing how excited he gets when they nail their performances.
I addition to piano, our son takes voice lessons with Mrs. Jessie. He has so much fun during each lesson, and he was able to get the lead roles in his school musicals due to her lessons. She helped him gain so much confidence that he wasn’t even nervous before each performance.
Lastly, our daughter takes French Horn lessons with Mr. Mitch. He can teach any brass instrument (and I bet woodwinds too). She has improved tremendously since she started, and we love hearing her play everything from Jurassic Park to the Beatles.
We are so thankful that our kids have these teachers in their lives. They are not just phenomenal instructors, they are excellent role models as well. If you are looking for music lessons for your kid (or for you!), Mr. Alex, Mrs. Jessie, and Mr. Mitch are the best!
Since my son started this lessons ( he started at age of 4) his music abilities went to different level! I can’t belive how fast he improved and that all thanks to Music N More, especially to the teacher Alex Khakov. He is knowable teacher , great talant and fantastic abilities for teaching others.Mr. Alex Khakov is phenomenal musician and teacher! He works great with kids of all ages and all different levels as well.I highly recommend Music N More for beginners and expert level musicians. It’s great scool and great atmosphere for learning!!!Sasha Dorogov.
Great school with excellent teachers.

Then reschedules me again.. Horrible experience we will be going to Guitar Center… & Here it is now a few days later and they cancelled on me again. This place sucks dont waste your time..

What a pleasant experience! From the beginning of the inquiry process till the successful musical night presentation we had.. we can only say…. Amazing !! Thank you for everything! Our singer Mark was beyond amazing… What a great night! Tks again
What an absolutely fantastic experience working with Andrea of Music Remembrance. I currently work in a remote environment and my coworkers and I wanted a fun way to celebrate a special 50th birthday and this service did not disappoint. Andrea was so nice and responsive, the entire booking process was very smooth with quick availability. With the basic information provided, Andrea sent an invoice which included come very clever lyric suggestions to add onto the visit. Not only did the recipient enjoy the experience but I received a recording of the performance. 10/10 I would highly recommend Music Remembrance’s services, you can tell there is a genuine passion for inspiring others with music. I cannot wait to have the opportunity to utilize their services again 🙂
I highly recommend Music Remembrance. They were so easy to work with and fulfilled all of our requests. We sent a singing telegram to our friend as a prank and it was the best performance ever! So many laughs and such a good time.
I discovered RLE3MUSIC almost 2 years ago and from my 1st experience watching him perform, I knew I wanted to book him. He is an absolutely amazing artist and person. When Reggie plays his saxophone … it’s beautiful and sets the vibe all around. He is a true professional and treated me with such care and consideration. He was very easy to do business with by providing all booking Information up front. He was super flexible on the actual day of the event as nothing went according to plan. He treated me like I was family!!! I have nothing but good vibes from my experience, and the impression he made on my guests has them still talking about it. Just awesome!!!
I wish there were a 10 star rating available to really rate the services I received from RLE3Music. This Monday I through my husband a birthday dinner. And from the moment I contacted Reggie, his level of professionalism is superb as well as his talents! My husband’s 34th birthday dinner was definitely taken to the next level after RLE3Music serenaded our event with his talents! Ladies and gents, please don’t hesitate to hire him for your next event!
Great to work with and extremely professional. Excellent value for the experience. Everyone enjoyed the musical Serenade! Will definitely be utilizing his services in the future.
10. Sam Ash Music Stores
Address: 912 Lee Rd, Orlando, FL 32810 , Williamsburg , Florida , United States
Jerome is awesome. My son loves taking drum lessons from him!!
I had gone to the East Colonial store and not had the best experience, appears they were under staffed, which happens sometimes. I decided to head to Lee Road store and it was a great choice and experience, The manager and Nico were very helpful and ended up staying past closing on a Friday night and never made me feel rushed and took time to talk about some of the different guitars they had. Very positive experience.
Sales person in guitars was very helpful in locating a new pre-slotted nut for my acoustic guitar.
I needed a pair of studio monitor stands and dropped by San Ash and quickly found a great, stylish pair for under $100. Love the store, the selections and the people.
3 stars
Although I’ve made good purchases with Sam Ash in the past, this latest purchase experience had alot to be desired. Bought a set of Jamstand studio monitor stands. I live 27 miles (one way) from the store so it’s somewhat of a trek. Once home, I opened the box only to find that this was clearly a returned item. Parts scratched with all plastic packing coverings removed and bunched in the box. Back to the store I went the next day (another 54 miles round trip w/tolls) and was able to exchange for a new one. The store agent was apologetic and courteous. Oh well, my bad. I definitely should’ve opened the box and checked the contents.
Return process was extremely dissatisfying! They asked me a bunch as to why I was returning an unopened, unused product. When I told them they tried to steer me towards an exchange when all I wanted was my money refunded. Got passed off to pro audio to complete the transaction. More questions, more high presssure tactics to get me to exchange. Guy starting helping another customer in the middle of my transaction. Then got smart when I asked him if we could finish up first. the end he waved me off when we were through. Very unprofessional. Will go out of my way and hit guitar center next time.
Dropped off my ukulele there for a broken bridge that just needed to be glued back on, was told it would take 3-4 weeks, after 3 months with no update I called them to check on it and was told they had to order a special clamp and it would take another month to come in, after another 3 months with no contact from them I called back and was told they were still waiting on the clamp and couldn’t give me an estimate on how long it would take. At this point I decided to pick it up and try another music store, only to wait around for 30 minutes while they searched for my case because they had lost it, when finally found they told me it got mixed into their regular stock and was sitting on a rack to be sold. The wait time I can excuse, as how quickly a part comes in isn’t their fault, but the lack of any updates on their part and the fact they lost and almost sold my case is insane, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and definitely have no interest in ever doing business there again. Also took it to guitar center after and they told me they could do it in 2 days total, so yeah, forget this place.

Great experience, the personnel it’s really friendly. the instruments are of great quality and for the money you’ll get gold. Mack is a great guy and help me a lot.
Thank you
I buy most of the books for my piano students from Sam Ash. If they do not have the book in the store, they order it and have it mailed to my house at no extra charge.
I went around 6:15 to have my new violin tuned. Pete was wonderful. This was his first time tuning a violin, but he did a great job. I was really grateful that he didn’t have me come back for another clerk to help me. Thanks Pete for all your help!
Make sure to look up the price of ANYTHING in the store on their website. They will NOT mark down items in store that are listed lower on their own website. Only use this place if you HAVE to, support local music shops!
I have been visiting and purchasing in Sam Ash stores for years, and this is the first time that I write a review about my experience on their stores. First of all, depending on the store location the clients can be OK or not. I have very few references in Florida, one is the Sam Ash store of Dolphin Mall in Miami and the other one is the Sam Ash store in Colonial Drive, Orlando. Both are very touristic places, however, I have notice that Sam Ash Orlando has better deals and the staff is more friendly than the store in Miami. Of course, the store in Miami is in a shopping mall with doors open to the mall and the parking, so the staff have to pay attention to all movements of the store, not only to those clients who want to buy a very expensive guitar, which makes the focus on attention more difficult. In contrast the staff of the store in Orlando is more friendly, and the store has a very good selection of products, the only problem is that it is located in a mall that is almost abandoned. In any case, my experience in Sam Ash stores is very neutral, is like any other music store. I think that many music stores should evolve to the new era of musicians, were people is looking more specific things. For guitar or bass players for example, the stores should provide some kind of private booths to test the guitars, amps and bass-guitars without the noise of other guitar players and even the music in the store. For example it seems that both stores have a large amount of space to allocate small booths. Of course, that will depend on the type of clients, but I am pretty sure that I would be more motivated to visit a store with these and other options and I would pay the full price of the item if I can fully play and test everything with enough detail.
The shopping center is dilapidated, but the store and staff are great.
Absolutely everything you need if everything you need does not fall in the DJ category
I needed velcro cable ties so I decided to come support our local music store ‘Sam Ash’. So I walk in like usual, find what I’m looking for and get ready to check out. The cashier then says ‘I can’t check you out because you don’t have a mask’. If that was the case, they should have stopped me at the door and not after I already walked around the store. I ended up going to Walmart getting twice as many cable ties for a quarter of the price. ♂️
Where do I start. First of all they never have inventory. They always seem to be short on everything. The staff there are some of the least helpful people there. The only two good employees are the techs. The techs at samash are the only truly helpful individuals there I have nothing bad to say about them. But all the other employees need to get fired.

It was a very good experience. They were very helpful and courteous.. definitely reccomend shopping here for your music needs.
How much are the guitar classes?
Excelente servicio!!!
As a local musician, the inventory is average…I would love to see more selections. However, personal service is very good and will return often for strings and guitar accessories.
Selection.
Selection was weak. Place was tidy. Not bad not good
Unprofessional obnoxious and extremely rude ( Matt ) very disappointed with the overall experience. My son was so excited to learn how to play the guitar ! Go somewhere else with your children this is definitely Not a good environment for kids !
Teacher needs to learn to leave his problems at home or in his car, attitudes with students is not cool specialy if is a little kid that never played a guitar before
Store is dirty, terrible customer service. Rude and unprofessional

I have started my guitar lessons at age 73, only the Lord knows why.i have learned so much in my opinion .Janet Hicks has been awesome in her lessons thanks I recommend her highly
From Adinas excellent customer service to the professional instructors, Music and Arts at the loop is 5 stars hands down. Not to mention the wide variety of instruments, services and tools they offer. I love this store and location!!
This is a great local music store. Efficient and courteous people. The manager goes above and beyond to assist customers. I will not order my supplies online if I can buy them here locally! And what they don’t have in stocks they will gladly order.
Total thumbs up!
BigDaddyFred
I took my flute in to get a key repaired. They quoted me a price, and I left the glue with them. After a couple of weeks, b they came back suggesting that I repad the whole flute for $400++. After some arguing and wasting my time, they agreed to the original quote and repaired it.
Es una tienda pequeña con poca variedad.
In store service is perfect but online customer service takes forever. Order status not always exact they will say “preparing order” while the item has shipped. But at the end you will get your item
They need more than one employee out front to help customers. Was in line for 30 minutes waiting….
Also, after we were dealt with we were promised that our order would be received within a week but as of now it has not shipped and it has been almost 2 weeks. I am getting fed up.
DON’T SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY
In my experience, this company does not excel in customer service. They appear to lack the necessary skills to engage effectively with customers and often fail to pay attention to their needs. My daughter had a particularly frustrating encounter where she felt her time was wasted, and it seemed as though they never bothered to verify that they had the correct information for us. Given these issues, I cannot recommend them.
Visited this business with my daughter. She wanted to purchase a guitar. We did like the selection and the layout of the show room. However, it seemed no one could be bothered to give us a second of their time.. When we decided on what we wanted we literally had to get an associate to answer some questions. It was like pulling teeth. We did end up buying two guitars. ( Cuz hell I used to like it too). I asked if there was a veteran discount. To which no one at the front of house knew or not. No attempt for add ons or accessories. All I’m saying is if you want a cold experience this is the place for you. Not really digging their vibe .

Piano Distributors is truly one of the finest facilities for piano sales because they truly care about promoting music education and young pianists. There are many stores that sell pianos but Piano Distributors is different then most. They have an amazing selection of the finest pianos and their pianos have always been is proper tune and well set up. We live in New York City but travel a few times a year to Orlando. My son James is a 16 year old pianist and a multiple first place winner of many International piano competitions. He needs to practice when we are on vacation and Piano Distributors has always welcomed him even though we don’t live in Orlando. Mr. Bill Strahl (the manager) and the rest of the staff at Piano Distributors have such dedication and love for the piano and music. I highly recommend Piano Distributors and Mr. Bill Strahl if you are considering the purchase of a fine piano.
After my 22-year oldTechnics SX-PR1000 passed away from circuit board failure I went to the Piano Distributors in Orlando and looked at several models of digital pianos. After spending 5 hours in the store, I decided to purchase the state-of-the-art top of the line CVP809GP. The sound qualities are amazing.
Anthony Maher was my salesperson and has spent time with me on the phone talking through the 809GP capabilities. The CVP809GP is pricy but I have found that the cost was well worth the sound, quality and the beautiful black Grand Piano cabinet are simply, a work of art! I want to thank Anthony for all he has done so far to assist and guide me through the setup over the phone. I will get back to the Orlando store to see Anthony and perhaps teach him some things about the CVP809GP he may not know yet. Love, Love, Love this 809GP. Buy one you won’t be sorry!
Purchased a Yamaha Disklavier piano from Piano Distributors and have used it nearly daily for the last year – the instrument and Disklavier Radio are absolutely fabulous! Piano Distributors is an excellent company to deal with and I highly recommend them without hesitation. G. W. Ondra, M.D., MPH
Welcoming and knowledgeable salesperson. Bought Yamaha clavinova, but rep did not tell us these are made to only work with ipad. Will not work with Chromebook. Has issues with android devices. Ended up getting refurbished ipad.
Can’t give any more than 2 star for Orlando store. while Bill was more than happy to take my money, I can not get him to respond to me now.
Drove 50 miles one way to ask question on my Brand New CVP709GP, it was his day off, 2 weeks later am still waiting to get the call I was Promised.
Now at this point I have no Interest in hearing from him. Yamaha Webb site don’t work, suppose to have videos on how to use. I registered 3 times and can go no farther on Webb site.
I wish I never bought this piano, or bought from this store.
Nice if they would have been open
Showed up Sunday. Hours posted 12 to 5 but no one was there store closed.
Both sign and web page said open Sunday. Drove an hour to get here

They have music education for multiple instruments and flexible financing and wonderful knowledgeable staff.
Such a great experience.
Really nice and knowledgeable staff.
Ask for Bill!
I bought a piano there a 5 years ago and the gentlemen who sold it to me were very nice! Even during my first visit 7 years ago when I was just browsing and ended up not buying right then and there they allowed me to test pianos and look around without impatience. I went in again recently and the new gentleman there was rather rude when I said I just wanted to browse, saying he was there to sell pianos. How do you expect people to buy if they can’t look around or test? Not sure if that was just a joke gone wrong, but the other two gentlemen from a few years ago were much nicer.
