Chris Andrews is the best! My request was difficult…transferring a cassette from 1974 to digital…and the cassette was rough. He stayed in contact as to his progress…this cassette was very important to me and approached the job with kid gloves. Chris is tenacious! Thank you Chris!

He is teaching our 7 year old. Our son loves the lessons and loves the guitar. Dennis has a gift as a teacher. He has done such a good job our 10 year old daughter is now taking piano and drum lessons from him. And after 3 other piano teachers I feel we found the right one finally.
Dennis Sanderson is an AMAZING instructor. He taught my son drums for years and he really helped him grow into a skilled player in his own right. Later I picked up taking bass lessons with my son as well and Dennis did a great job teaching each of us at our own skill level. He is great with kids of all ages and really makes the lessons fun as well as educational. His prices and scheduling flexibility are also excellent and he is super easy to work with. He hosts regular recitals as well as drum competitions to not only give his students goals, but allow them to prepare and preform for an audience. Overall an excellent school and excellent instructor.

The best dark chocolate mocha around. They also use 4 shots of espresso in a large. Most places use 3, places I won’t visit use 2. My wife says the lavender latte is amazeballs.

i came here at 3:20pm on a Tuesday and it was lightly busy. i got the chai latte and it was so smooth and authentic. really felt rich and made well. it cost 4.15 and then i got a pumpkin muffin which was perfectly fluffy and moist. the flavor was delicate and tasted like fall. the combination of the two was incredible. it cost me a little over 8 bucks, which is such a great price considering how delicious it was. the customer service is great. they are really nice and explained to me what flavors the different chais had. they call out your drink by name too. this place does seem like a christian owned small business, as they have a prayer box nudged in the corner. they have a couch and many chairs and tables for reading or chilling. the music isn’t too loud for concentration, but if you don’t work well with a group of people chatting, i would come at a different time maybe. i gave them a four just because while i was trying to enjoy my purchases, these two flies kept bothering me and flying about my dish. maybe that means that it’s not all the cleanest, but i might still go again just order to go.

I’ve had probably a half dozen meetings scheduled here over the last few years. Their drinks are okay, but today I had an experience that will lead me to never set up another meeting there.
I got there around 9am, saw the meeting room was unoccupied. Now there’s a sign that says reservations only, so I asked up front if it was booked and if not if my colleagues and I could go in there for a two hour in-person and over Zoom combo meeting. The two people behind the counter told me, “It’s booked almost solid from 9-3” and they were both kinda rude about it … which was odd. So my colleagues sat at a table, but had technical problems hearing the computer speaker over the noise of the patrons, so we split up and moved to headphones. One of them had so much trouble with the internet that he drove home to continue the meeting, and the internet dropped for me about 3/4 of the way thru and I had to finish over phone. Not once did someone come in to the meeting room during that 2 hours I would’ve wanted it, and when someone did show up, it was a single person and they sat in there alone during my remaining 30 minutes I was in the coffee shop. Not cool. Not cool, at all.

Been here four times now? The coffee is… underwhelming. Their green tea is a “mix” not matcha powder, their rotating quiche ? Always seems to be the same recipe, the staff seem nice but a bit confused. Bar -always a mess. Products – always a mess. And the decor? Is PUTRID. I hate sitting in this cafe. I really wanted to support small, but it’s just not worth my money or time. Many guests (and reviewers) seem be – oh the more retired age group – which explains the lacking coffee and menu overall, they probably just make drip all day

Im not sure why those other reviews are complaining about the service, they are always really nice to me. They dont have a lot at this store but 5 stars for being so close to my house and always having basics like strings and drumsticks, the essentials.
They have saved my a** a few times in the middle of practice when strings are broken or I need new sticks or guitar cord. Good prices as well.

I agree with the man who said he felt rushed. Owner said they always ask “How can I help you?” Suggestion: That phrase assumes the customer NEEDS help, when they may know exactly where to go to help themselves. A better question would be “Can I help you?”. That leaves customer free to say “No, thanks. I am good”. My suggestion is more respectful, more friendly (customer knows staff sees them and is available without the pressure first question gives.) Know that there are many of us who would feel better about the second question. I have not been back after experiencing that first question. It just felt too pushy. Let us breathe.
Guy on the phone was rude and very unhelpful. I asked to speak to someone in repair but he would not transfer me!

I saw a flute advertised on their website so I stopped by the store to check it out and they said it was out for cleaning. Why would they advertise having the instrument, even have an option to buy it on the website? Pretty dumb, but luckily I knew not to buy it sight unseen. They took my number and said I would be the first to be called when it was back in the store. Two weeks later I called back, they still didn’t have the flute, and didn’t even see my name so he took my number again. I wonder if they actually sold it and were just lying about it being out for cleaning. 5 weeks later, no call, nothing, I went to Meeker music instead since this was a Christmas gift. Way to do business, music go round!

October 2019 Sold me UNDISCLOSED DAMAGED equipment online through the Internet. They packed it extremely well. Shipping box was not damaged in anyway So it was damaged when they packaged it October 2019. They did offer refund but they’re not willing to pay the shipping for their product that was damaged (MY LOSS) Always verify the physical & working condition with your own eyes “never take a salesmans word for it“… I’m the Fool… other than that “LOVE MUSIC GO ROUNDS”!!

My Telecaster had been running without the neck pickup for months after I got a little too intense on stage one night. I considered fixing it myself, but my knowledge of these things is rudimentary at best. Being new to the area, I took it to Moondog after some recommendations and immediately felt confident about my decision from my conversation with Mike. Two days later I got a call indicating he’d already finished. Not only was it a far lower price than I’d expected, he was also detailed in explaining what he’d done (with photos) and even did a little extra just to make sure my Tele was in the best shape possible. This guitar sounds better than ever, thanks again!
I love their answering message! They have have just about everything you would ever need for your music needs and a very nice selection of guitars. But be aware: They have nothing to do with the Moon or dogs.

Everyone says this place is always closed when they say that they will be open. Well unfortunately that is the reality I too have experienced. Multiple times I’ve tried to visit during posted operating hours but I can never seem to catch the store open. I’ll keep trying though maybe they need some extra help like a part time employee. We need local musical instrument stores or all there’s gonna be is guitar center.
Stopped by to get a guitar and they are closed. Wish I would have know this, I wouldn’t have drove across town to come here.
2nd time I’ve stopped by during advertised open hours and shop is closed. I mentioned this to a friend and he laughed… Apparently it’s pretty difficult to figure out their schedule even though it’s posted on their front window and on the internet. He told me that’s definitely their reputation around town. Maybe it’s an amazing shop. I keep trying to find out.
Was a pain trying to find parking and got there at 5:25pm on a Friday which means they should have been open till 6pm. me and my buddy just wanted strings guess I’ll skip this place next time I just wanted to help a small business out oh well.

Save yourself. Don’t go when busy. Their service model is first in first out on a waitlist…I waited 55 minutes to buy a $7 item. No one working the register, just all clerks working rentals…no help for those just wanting to buy a quick item. Good luck.

I absolutely love Graner Music. Charlotte Baker, the owner, is incredibly professional, knowledgeable and personable. If I have ever had a less than stellar experience, they were more than stellar in making it right immediately. Their prices are very reasonable, especially for the rental of their exceptional recital hall. I am consistently amazed!

Rental beware! I started a rent to own process about 2015 payed on the instrument for about 4 years and thought so myself hmmm how much is a viola? And why have I payed about $1000 for this one? Their response was wow you definitely don’t owe us anymore money, you over paid, however we do not offer refunds! Wait what? If you do not pay attention they will just keep taking your money and not give it back. Two stars because at least they were nice about. So now I have an instrument that was way over priced.
Chelsea with Graner music is the most unprofessional and unreasonable person I have ever dealt with. I would highly encourage you to go with another company and not rent equipment through this one. The principal at my child’s school forewarned me about Graner and I wish I would have listened.

Very unwelcoming environment. The manager Erin, clearly didn’t want to be there, and she wasn’t musically knowledgeable in the slightest. I went in looking too drop $700+ on a new acoustic setup for studio sessions only. Erin’s lack of knowledge and unfriendly vibe (especially as manager) made her lose a high sale. I don’t like window shopping, so I still purchased a $120 midi so the store could make a sale. Although even during the sale Erin was so off-putting through a customer service prospective!
I won’t be back there anytime soon!

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I rented an instrument from them back in 2020 when schools locked down during the early days of Covid. I then returned the instrument in October of 2021. Everything seemed fine. A few months went by and I noticed I they started charging me monthly again, so I called them to dispute it. They said that they had no record of my returning the instrument. Since it had been MONTHS I couldn’t locate my return receipt. And that’s it. They’ve been charging me ever since. YEARS NOW. With seemingly no way to get them to stop. What a joke. They’re just like every other subscription company looking to swindle you.

Customer service was phenomenal. I was looking for an acoustic electric guitar and came in with a fairly unreasonable price expectation. Mark found a trade-in guitar that meets my needs, is acoustic-electric, and was well under my price point. He even sat there and chatted with me as he did some work on the guitar to make it sound better, as the guitar wasn’t even on the floor yet. He helped me test it, and we both commented positively on the quality of the guitar’s sound. He even had a pocket of picks so that I could borrow one, and I was able to snag a capo to test the piece. Mark was awesome, the environment was peaceful, and I am so pleased with my purchase. ProSound is an awesome store that can meet any of your retail needs.

They have a terrible selection of drums, Their gear is as out dated as their staff who perseve themselfs as “rock stars”. They do not honor their own return policy, and try and talk down to you for finding better gear elsewhere. It’s pretty sad that they are forcing any serious musician to have to shop at guitar center. I will never go to this store let alone purchase from them again.

I have been in the store many times over the past month or so. I have had great customer service from everyone at the store. There are usually plenty of people in the store ready to answer your questions. Sometimes it’s hard asking questions when you don’t know what your talking about to begin with.
Took the son to check out some shiny new toys. We love coming in and standing in awe of the wall of guitars. My personal favorite is the acoustic room. I understand why, but I hate they lock up the high end brands requiring to have to find an employee to unlock

Came here to buy a guitar for my son and a ukelele for my daughter. I know nothing about music, but the staff made it easy for me with knowledgeable assistance. They have a good selection of electric and acoustic guitars. They were having a sale when I purchased both items, so I got a great deal.
