This band is the best! Such great energy. We were dancing, singing and having a terrific time all night long. Truly a blast.

I love this band! Check ‘em out next time they play around Hawaii and you’ll hear and see a special and unique musical experience of throwback stylings of mid-20th century funky, soulful, r&b music that recalls serious roots – reminiscent of the time before “Motown” became a distinct, classic genre of American pop music.

I first saw the Elevations Hawaii perform in a rustic cabin atop Mauna Kapu on the West-side of O’ahu back in 2018 at a private party. They were fantastic! Their blend of vintage soul and r&b with a touch of funk are instantaneously catchy and insanely groovy. The harmonies of the three singers are beautiful and truly “elevating!” The drums and bass were tight and in the pocket all night long, while the guitarist and horn section tore it up with catchy, melodic lines that complimented the vocal harmonies of the three beautiful vocalists! I was instantly hooked!

I have since seen them perform multiple times, including Halloween and Christmas shows at Hawaiian Brian’s, as well as a very special fundraiser at Camp Palehua for a family in need of help for a medical emergency for their 9 year old son.

I heard they performed for free and all the proceeds went to help a little boy that needed a heart transplant. Knowing this about a band who deserves 5-star reviews on the merits of the musical ability and entertainment value alone — plus they do charity shows that help families in need? They have indeed made me a fan for life!

Incredibly fun, talented band – their live shows are amazing! They have so much energy and riff off each other in a really great way. The band and singers are a perfect match, and you can’t help but dance when they play.

After FINALLY getting help, everything I came here for was unavailable. Jabra 75t gold, Jabra 85t gold, DJI AirS2 drone(not combo package), Samsung Gear S2, Alexa Spot (round softball size with touch screen).
They didn’t even offer to look up stock at the other locations, which I drove 2.5 times a far too avoid due to their horrible service there. At least I ended up getting SOME help here and they weren’t rude like they are at the Honolulu store, which wasn’t an isolated incident either, it’s EVERY time I’ve gone there, hence the reason I drove all the way out here from Hawaii Kai.
4/12/22 UPDATE:
I came to the Honolulu store for a few items (Roomba, apple watch to replace current broken one, and Lockley Vision Lock(video&fingerprint door lock).
I stood around waiting and waiting while employees just walked right by. No one offered help despite me standing there for over 20 minutes! I asked someone if they could grab a Roomba from the back since they weren’t on the floor. They obliged but then bailed in that quick task. After another 15 minutes or so, I asked a cashier if they could grab one, finally 10 minutes later, they brought it out.
They didn’t have the lock and ALL of the caged ‘open box’ items were deliberately arranged with the price face down, required customers to stand around even longer(another 20 minutes) just so inquire about the price.

WHO’S TRAINING THE HONOLULU STAFF?? THEY CLEARLY NEED TO BE FIRED AND REPLACED BECAUSE THIS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE (OR LACK THERE OF) SHOULD NOT BE A REGULAR THING, LET ALONE AT ALL!!

Maybe I should just go in there with a huge empty bag and start opening boxes, …THEN I’ll get helped with the nonchalant “can I ‘help’ you with something?”

It took the salesman close to 20 minutes to answer what should have been a yes/no question. Needless to say, he made no sale.

When my family and I visited Hawaii last winter, we saw Pacific Ukulele store at the stadium. We bought one concert ukulele there and we brought it back home. My only regret is that we could not get a lasered one due to us leaving Hawaii. However, I just noticed that they had a website and I ordered a customized option. It arrived from Hawaii in 2 days! I also asked and received a coupon as a returning customer. I recommend this store to any ukulele lovers, also, don’t be afraid to message and ask for coupons, the owner is awesome.

Easily the best music center for all music/instruments everything. Friendly staff, they encourage you to use their instruments, test them out for yourself. They have their own acoustic & percussion rooms, offer private lessons. Incredible selection of guitars & keyboards. There’s something for everyone here.

Lots of good stuff, especially those music and instrument related odds and ends that are often searched for.

The people who worked there were very nice and helpful

They need to sell tote bags if they don’t offer bags for purchases. Adam the clerk was not very helpful,when I asked for a bag for my purchased items (a guitar stand, books ,strap for my bass), it is difficult as a person with disabilities,and just seemed interested in when I was going to pay for my items.
Customer service was unfortunately lacking

Friendly staff and lots of selection

I was not able to purchase my items because they don’t take cash after a certain time and that was weird. I felt judged by some of the men that work there. they were not to friendly on top of it all. it was not a good experience overall for me.

Poor customer service… instead of trying to help, told to speak to manufacturer on missing item in box. They apparently don’t want to help or stand by a product that they sell, even though I paid extra for warranty.

Tried to buy a ukulele and they tried to sell it without the case that was supposed to come with it. When I asked about the case, they couldn’t find it. Will take my money elsewhere from now on.

0-2 on purchases at this store. Not a good first impression.
