I brought my old Squier Strat into Zeke for a tuneup. It had fallen into ill repair over the past few years. Zeke cleaned out the fretboard, leveled and polished the frets, straightened out the neck, replaced the saddles, and fixed the dead spots at the top of the neck.
It’s bananas how much of a difference a tune-up made. It plays so much smoother now that the frets are leveled and polished, and the sustain is noticeably improved. It feels like a completely different guitar. It’s actually fun to play again.
When I first brought my strat into Zeke, I thought the neck was beyond saving and told Zeke I wanted to replace it. He could have just sold me a new neck, but he pulled out some luthier tools and showed me how the neck could be fixed, and ultimately saved me $100-$200 by fixing it instead of junking it.
I’ll never take my guitars anywhere else.

Zeke set up my Squier guitar beautifully without judgement, and was able to fix some issues I was having with it. Very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly overall – you can tell he has extensive experience as a luthier and player.
The space is a little cluttered from remodeling another part into a studio or practice room, something along those lines, but it is a non-issue.
I was referred to Zeke through a friend who took his Fender Telecaster in for extensive modification, shown in the photos.
Zeke, a wonderful guy, very professional a guide you properly as you needed. He fixed, my son’s guitar and he did not charge me much 🙂 Thanks Zeke!
Horrible! I spoke to rep, after telling him what I wanted, he put me on hold and never get back to me, I hang up, and called back over ten call no body pickup anymore,

I love this place. Yeah it’s a big chain shop- but this one still manages to keep a mom and pop vibe. With familiar faces like The Mayor, who always keeps treats handy for local pups who are welcome inside (and a lucky few are even photographed on the wall)…just one example of keeping a rad family vibe. The staff are ultra helpful and they get anything they might not have ordered ASAP. Love this place!!!
Overpriced
Son ladrones, fui a reparar un equipo de audio, nunca me llamaron, pasaron unos meses y llamè, me dijeron q aun no lo habían reparado, volví a llamar a las semanas después y me dijeron lo mismo. Hoy hacen 9 meses y aun nada bueno hoy entro y ya hace más de 2 años

Friendly folks but not much of interesting or new devices, customer service is lacking a bit too. Also avoid their electronics repair as though a seperate entity works under their roof and is not very responsible… A simple fix for my instrument has take 1 month and yet no news…and its always when I call no updates or reassurance on anything. :/

Like others, I bought a guitar from Walt Grace Vintage online after finding it sold out most other places. I called prior to ordering, and they were a great pleasure to deal with. The guitar was shipped promptly and safely, and it is very nicely set up and ready to play! Will definitely look at them for future purchases.

Placed an order online for a guitar I couldn’t find anywhere else (except eBay). Not only did they have the specific guitar I was looking for, it got to me the next day (when using next day shipping). While this isn’t typically a big deal, during the pandemic, shipping has been a slow process, and they didn’t waste any time getting my new guitar to me.
The only reason I didn’t give a 5-star review is that I didn’t have any interaction with anyone from the store or online. The experience I have was top-notch, though.

Hoy visite el lugar es pintoresco pero si no vas no te perdes nada, la comida mala, lo peor la atencion, el encargado extremadamente maleducado y agresivo. No es un museo tampoco un café y menos una casa de musica. Piensan q tienen algo especial, pero solo es especial para ellos.
