Ian worked with me to obtain a PRS guitar that was hard to find available in the current Market. He was able to reach out to other sister stores to get me the guitar that I wanted. In addition, he worked with his manager to get me a good trade in value for one of my other guitars to bring down the cost. In summary, these guys work smart and hard in the customer service business. Great Job.
I’ve been to every music store in town and the Music Shoppe is hands down, the best! They really know how to treat their customers. Doug and Jonathan are fantastic to work with!
Very helpful staff was able to guide me right to the different snare heads needed making it a quick and easy stop!
Every single time I come here it’s nothing but problems. Being misled by an employee on a price of an instrument. After calling the day before getting one price, to going there getting another price, and then her calling back and giving me yet another price. To finally I had to just sign up for something because I was told they didn’t have any available. Was told today they have books and now they don’t have any available.. They basically couldn’t tell me when or where they could get another. I highly suggest going to another store.
*update*- the owner took care of all of my issues and is addressing the problem. Nice to see people still care!
Staff is helpful and they have lots of instruments to view. One bad thing is that they always seem to make you feel like they are waiting for you to steal something. I realize there is lots of theft that happens but you don’t need to follow me around while I browse.
This place will go the way of the rock shop if they keep treating customers like suspects.
It was not like this at the Stevenson location.

Beer was really good! Had the Grandma’s Banana Cream Pie and Formidable de Golden Star. Atmosphere is cozy. Dogs are welcome!!! Well Done Slaughterhouse!
Great brewery in Auburn. Stopped here on a bike ride to enjoy a couple beers, which were excellent. Nice place, friendly staff, and great outdoor seating options with live music if you come at the right time. I will definitely be coming back!
Great brews, great space!
Good beer, cool place,a little young
Neat craft beer bar. Liked the layout and the food truck. I’m not a huge fan of craft beers the two I tried were good but not my style. The French Saison I think I would have liked but they we’re out. Bar staff seems to still be learning. My 12oz and 16oz were poured in the same glasses. When crowded it’s hard to get to the small bar for a drink.
Slaughterhouse is one of those places you wish you could give 4 1/2 stars to, as their beer selection, patio and staff were absolutely spectacular, but the food options were unfortunately limited to pre-made frozen pizzas. Don’t get me wrong, the pizza was pretty decent for being pre made and frozen, but you just wish there were more food options. Again, this place deserves 4 1/2 stars all day as their staff were exceptionally friendly and on-point if you needed anything without visiting you too much. Wonderful experience on the patio, just wished there weren’t more food options on an early Sunday evening.
