Jonny Magambo Band killed it at our wedding! I had no idea they were going to play the father/daughter dance song live, as well as my husband and I’s first dance live. They brought the energy and kept our guests going (for 5 hours!). 10/10 recommend this band!

DJ Erik was wonderful! Very responsive with all inquiries and recommendations. Our guests had multiple compliments for how well he did. Overall, just a great experience and if we would highly recommend them.
Booked for our wedding in Vail. Fred was awesome. Very professional, great sound set up and he did a great job keeping the dancing going. We were very happy with how the night turned out and would recommend them to anyone.
We had a great time! Fred and Jason were both wonderful to work with. We had to reschedule our wedding due to covid and they were so accommodating. Very responsive, friendly, and professional. I had no idea what I was doing and Jason’s confidence and guidance was so helpful when making our timeline and choosing songs. We had people on the dance floor all night and everyone had an awesome time!

Amazing breakfast and service was beyond expectations
If your ever in Avon, Colorado make sure to stop by Loaded Joe’s. Phenomenal drinks especially the Milky Way and Snickers coffee. Staff is extremely friendly and very attentive. Despite being a little short staffed compared to the amount of customers and volume they handled it extremely well. I will definitely be coming back.

UPDATE: had a really poor experience last time we were in. We went in at opening, first people there. No staff, other than kitchen staff. When someone showed up, we asked for a menu, and I was brushed off and told to wait while she cleared the line that had formed waiting for coffee. Very disappointing after previously loving this place.
Nice place. Good drinks. The place did seem dirty, some tables were left unwiped, the bar was dirty, crumbs all over. I heard the bartender say not to put the new, clean glasses next to the other ones, because they were dirty. Some things could be replaced, the leather in the seating was damaged. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Reeked like urine and not maintained at all. The barista was a joy. Super friendly. She made my experience delightful. Maybe if the staff spent more time cleaning instead of gossiping the place would be a lot better.
We got into town a little late, but Joe’s patio lights were on and the doors were open. We were just hoping to get some takeout food for a party of six. Maybe the kitchen was closed? Just let us know next time instead of being annoyed and rude, sorry that we were standing at the wrong register. We get your point and will not visit for the rest of our stay in lovely Avon, maybe this is just not a place for tourists.
If you want a beer, come on in great place. The atmosphere is great, however due to kitchen size the menu has changed and not a great lunch place. You can’t get a hamburger!
Worst service! Erica was super rude. The restaurant wasn’t even that busy. I have been to many other restaurants in Avon and Vail with way better service and ones that are extremely busy. With long wait times and every table taken.
I used to work in the food industry for many years. If you are stressed or frustrated you shouldn’t be rude to your customers.
Prior to today, I had ordered their breakfast sandwich 5 other times on different days. Today, it tasted like a ball of salt. No apology was given. The waitress was not willing to remake the sandwich and it was a struggle to get the sandwich off of our bill.
Why am I going to spend money on my vacation to be treated this way. You might have lost 2 new customers, but we have family and friends out here who are frequent customers. I will make sure to tell them to spend their money at a different restaurant. One that is nice to their customers. After all, if it weren’t for the us customers then “Loaded Joe’s” wouldn’t stay open. Loaded Joe’s should really take a look at their staff to make sure they are treating their customers right.
The eye rolling and attitude is extremely disrespectful and not ok.
5. Walmart Supercenter

Great Walmart, had the only breast pump for sale in 200 miles. Also great selection of baby clothes and ski clothes. Very nice location and store.

I’d like this Walmart as they have a good selection of items. So many Walmarts have cut down there selections or varieties. I went in the middle of the day, like early afternoon, and some of the stocking people had boxes everywhere. And several locations in the store, and it was a mess.
Other than that it seemed okay. One thing I liked was that there were a lot of registers open. The store is quite busy. Staff was pretty helpful.

SENIORS BEWARE. Shameful sales staff. Went to buy Christmas tree displayed outdoors with no staff. Was sent by greeter to customer service. Told I could go in the back and buy rope or my 78 year old wheelchair bound husband could try to load in the car. They provide wheelchair and tree but nothing else. Even the Grinch has more ❤.
The auto center is filled with lazy slovenly employees. I waited 40 minutes to be told my emergency blowout on I70 could not be addressed. Through a mouthful of pastrami, the attendant sarcastically suggested I call Triple A. Minutes before I heard him congratulating another employee behind the counter on their plan to close the shop early for the day. Unbelievable.
People In the store are really nice,and the store is always clean and we are really appreciate for their help .

Coming there from out of town I met a guy William there very friendly and has to be one of the most intelligent human beings thus far that I’ve met in life! Service was above and beyond from the guy. Will definitely be visiting next time I’m in town. Wish the guy the most in life!
This is a gas station which has gas and small commodities such as food and drank. It’s trash cans are all full and the facility is maintained in an average, medium to low quality, gas station kind of way. Here is a picture of me on the potty in the 7-Eleven bathroom, enjoy.

I’ve never seen a more disgusting ladies room. Would have thought they were maybe short-handed and just hadn’t been able to get to the stopped-up toilet yet. Then I noticed no one has cleaned behind the sinks in years.

Good experience, nice staff! We were able to find the marble track for my little cousin, but they had also asked about a mellisa and doug food set, which we were told they don’t sell anymore. Wished they still sold it but we were able to get it at the Walmart which was only 3 minutes away.

The owner if this company does not pay his bills. He doesn’t know how to use a meter. Which is unbelievable for an electrician. He has no certified people on his jobs. He deserves to lose $10,000 a day.
I didn’t not walk off the job. I worked a 12 hour day and realized you don’t own a drill and can’t turn on a multimeter. You roll green apprentices solo and jank together what you get at the other end. You had jobs with no wires, wrong devices, no pipe, no home runs, no floor to floor days from final. All of which I identified and fixed for you. Logged into your application to log my hours and work done everyday. Your excuse for not paying me is that you don’t have a paper with the times coppied from your application I downloaded and used? I called Monday at 3 and your secretary said you would be there till 5 and you’d have my check. Drove all the way from a jobsite. Cost me an hour of overtime and the drive. Only to find your office locked tight at 4:40. I went in the following morning and instead of hand me a check you called the cops. Because paying what you owe is threatening to people like you. You cost me another 3 hours overtime and the drive. A smart person would have cut my check when I turned your car in weeks ago. Thus avoiding all this ugliness. What’s funny is I’ll get my money. But this review will stand long past your memory.
I was nearly T boned in the roundabout in Avon, CO by one of their drivers in Van number 11 today at around 12:45 p.m. I called with a description of the event and the vehicle and the driver and the office person made a big joke about it and did not care what so ever
I WAS SHOCKED….if you support this business you are supporting the fact that they are OK with endangering human life by letting their drivers text and drive.
If that’s OK with you more power to you, they didn’t care, the cops didn’t care..so literally no one cares..except me. I care. I should have just let him hit me and then I could own vail electronics.
Then at least maybe someone would ensure that their employees behave in a safe manner and do not in danger the public.

A gem in the mountain mining town of Minturn! The vinyl selection and limited run pressings rivals any shop I’ve been to as far as selection and variety. This is the kind of indie music shop worth supporting; it’s now a must stop anytime I’m in Vail Valley. Great customer service also. Only 5 minutes off I 70!
Conan comics!
I walked into this little comic shop and I was definitely excited to see the number of comic books they had available. The guy who handles the comics there asked what I was looking for and I told him. At which point he went to the back to browse through his piles and piles of books to find what I had told him I was in search of. After locating some of the books I wanted/needed, he proceeded to pull up eBay for the current prices that the books were being sold for. Needless to say, my excitement quickly subsided. IF I WANTED TO SHOP ON EBAY, I’D DO IT FROM THE COMFORT OF MY OWN HOME! The guy who handles the comics clearly doesn’t realize the point of going into a LCS; which is to find those HTF/Rare/Unique hidden gems. Anybody can pay top dollar for those books, they simply need to do exactly what he did…go online! Now if the “Jonah Hill in 40 Year Old Virgin” moment wasn’t bad enough, I decided to ask about some modern issues that I needed and would be willing to pay cover for. After looking through about 1 and a half stacks of books (maybe 100 or so comics), the guy says to me “oh, those are in storage”…..for every book I bring up after. Storage being that back room and according to him, 500k books upstairs. I don’t doubt he has that many up there, seeing as how he’s asking top dollar for every book and it’s apparently too much effort to go into the back room or upstairs to locate what the customer is asking for. I was prepared to look through his collection and spend an absurd amount of money when I walked in there, but in the end, I paid him $20 for about 5 cover price moderns. My guess is the 4.9 stars this place currently has must be based on the vinyl part of the store (which did look impressive), but as far as the comic book section goes, stay home, sit in your favorite recliner, kick your feet up, crack a beer, pull up eBay and shop to your hearts content. It sure as hell beats driving to Minturn, CO for what I experienced. You ever even heard of Minturn!? Yeah, me neither, and I’m from Colorado!

Signs on the freeway, but you have to use Google maps to figure out where it actually is. It’s in a Walmart. They charge more than normal McDonalds. Maybe because they’re near Vail. Either way, they’re not worth making the trip off the freeway. I refuse to pay over 5.00 for the same 2 beverages that a regular McDonalds charges 2.00 for.
They should fix their times on here. If you close at 9:50 or 9:30 then say that NOT 10.
I ordered the same items I order every morning from the McDonald’s in Rifle. The total was almost $3 more than I pay in Rifle so I explained to the lady she must be mistaken. She said no and read the order back to me. So a manager came forward and I said I pay $4.87 every morning for the same items. And he told me that the same owner owns this McDonald’s as owns the rifle McDonald’s. But the prices here are exorbitantly more. I cancelled my order and left because I refuse to pay nearly $3 more for the same items at the same franchise. And I also am really surprised that the same people own the McDonald’s and yet it’s so much more expensive. I’m going to Burger King.
