I’ve been coming this Walmart for many years and started doing my pick orders here twice a month. had a couple issues of missing items but it was so easy to contact customer services to get refund.
It’s Walmart. Cheap stuff at cheap prices and most of anything you’d ever need in daily life accompanied by below average customer service resulting from underpaid employees trying to make up for stores that are generally under staffed.
check out was busy but I had a nice gal helping me more checkers less machines
Masks strictly enforced here. This store is on tribal grounds and is under tribal law. Good product selection as you would expect from Walmart.
It’s a Walmart what more is there to say
Couldn’t get an employee with keys to unlock a shelf item. Waited 20+ mins.
They yelled at me for stealing while I was browsing for movies smh

Great
Un buen lugar para comprar música clásica de todos los estilos
It’s a good store owners are very nice people and offer some discounts but I do admit the records there are a little over priced especially Beatles records even then I love this store and can’t get enough of it
Cool vibe but very cheap instruments
Records and music instruments
Approached with a very condescending and rude attitude from an employee after strumming a guitar without asking permission. I’m 43 years old, been playing guitar for 30 years. I know how to respectfully treat a new guitar I have not paid for. Immediately left the store with my family. Shocked this place is still in buusness with such terrible customer service. Their selection is substandard, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
Most unfriendly staff I’ve encountered in Big Bear. To musicians looking for an instrument, don’t waste your time. It was empty for a reason.
