No how of customer service walked in nobody say anything
La recomiendo tiene buen precios
Was about to spend over $1000 on speakers but there was a discriminatory “wear a mask” sign on the front door so I left without stepping inside as I don’t support businesses that are run by dolts. Masks create more problems than they solve.

6. The Guitar Nook
Address: 13744 Biscayne Blvd, North Miami Beach, FL 33181 , Biscayne Park , Florida , United States
Amazing and friendly service. Affordable and professional guitar lessons. Took a couple of old guitars there and came out like new.
Johnny did an amazing job setting up my acoustic guitar that really needed help. He filed the saddle down, straightened the neck and installed new strings, it has never played better. He has a great selection of electric and acoustic guitars at good prices…
This guitar shop is amazing. The staff isn’t pushy at all. I spoke with a gentlemen named Joshua and he was extremely informative due to his 12 year experience playing guitars. Honestly sold me on getting a beautiful fire orange red bass.
3 stars because it’s mostly a Fender shop, small, cozy, nice, but Fender
Much better than Guitar Center. But unfortunately they don’t repair amplifiers.
One sales rep was extremely dismissive.
I gave them a second chance with a repair. The second rep was nicer, but misquoted me on the repair at a very low price. After doing the work, he told me it was more.
He compromised.
Unfortunately, the work (saddle/intonation set) was done without glueing the saddle at all, so it was never actually set, the work was never actually done. I basically got a glorified string change.
Absoluterly terrible guitar tech… Hired him to re-work the sottering on my guitar. I showed him the back open so that he could have a solid idea of how difficult it would be and that no surprises would show up. First we agreed on $40 cash (which is not only more expensive than guitarcenter but I would assume he wanted cash so that he could avoid the owners cut). He said that he would call me in two days max… I called the third day and said that it was $50. Also said that the guitar was done yesterday and so I went to pick it up. He shows that the potentiometer (volume knob) wasn’t working and that he didn’t really check it…. after suttering the electronics… Anyway he says that he’ll work on it and the day after I pick up the guitar (without the old potentiometer) and once I start recording with it, the know feels super loose… low and behold the picture provided…
Listen I love competition and its the main reason why I went here. But do yourself a favor and avoid the guitar tech….
Use to fix all my guitars there, and buy guitar accessories plus many guitar lessons for my son. I referred many people there and my son did too. Until one day I trusted their judgment on an electric guitar case by Fender. It broke in less than a week and now it’s still falling apart. I went for an exchange; the answer: “Sales are final” -showing me the sign. “Contact Fender, that’s not our problem now” I tried to contact Fender, no answer so far. I tried to help their small local businesses; now I buy online!
Me encanto , buen surtido , comodidad , cerca a todo .
Amazing selection! Everyone is nice and prices are great 🙂 Check this place out !!
Cozy new record store in Miami with lots of classics and affordable pricing. Definitely my go to record shop in Miami.
Drove 30mn to get there. Arrived at 4:30pm. Hit the ‘back in 12mn’ sticker. Fair enough… Waited 15mn. Yes Ralf is back and even waved me.
5mn later he is still inside and never let me in. It is 100F outside. I had to go. So it may be a good store, but you may not be able to check.
Long time record collector. My first visit to Found Sound was nowhere near what other reviewers have shared. I decided to go here because of such high praise. I wanted to love it, but just didn’t.
I was glad to see there was a small parking lot. Upon walking in, I was instantly hit with the strong smell of Marijuana. I honestly don’t care if anyone smokes, but going into a fairly confined space and smelling that wasn’t at all appealing to me. Plus, I get bad headaches and nausea from overpowering smells.
I’m assuming the guy working was the owner. He didn’t say much to me, but seemed pretty friendly with the customers he knew. The selection itself was hit or miss. I saw one record on the wall that was just way more than I wanted to spend. I’m glad I passed, cause I found the exact same record, in better condition at a shop in Broward for $20 less.
I just didn’t find much that interested me. I’m sure there’s nice stuff rolling in all the time, but not so much on my visit. Lots of run-of-the-mill titles you’ll find anywhere. There were some cool wall pieces, but not much I was searching for. The Hip-Hop and reggae sections didn’t really pack much of a punch either.
Based on my initial experience, I’m not likely to return. But if I was in the area, I would consider giving it another try.
9. Miami Music Lessons
Address: 1565 NE 127th St, North Miami, FL 33161 , Biscayne Park , Florida , United States
My 8 year old son wanted to get into drumming so I was happy to find someone who could come home to give him lessons. Nick has a real passion for music and he used popular rock songs to get my kid excited about drumming. After a few lessons based mostly on getting hooked on playing the instrument and discovering songs that my son liked, he started incorporating some drums technics along with playing along with songs and my son really loved it. The proof being that my boy would practice in between sessions without being reminded to (which, for parents, is a dream come true). More than teaching music, Nick is transmitting the enjoyment of playing music through songs that the individual kid like. To me that’s the secret sauce!
Nicholas is a fantastic instructor. Nicholas is a true professional and makes learning to play fun. I’m a really decent drummer thanks to lessons with Nicholas! Well worth it!
Excellent Guitar classes in Miami!
My daughter has been learning how to play the guitar through this service and she is very happy and looking forward to each session. Her music teacher has shown to be a very experienced, patient, fun and engaging teacher and my daughter is having great fun learning how to play the guitar.
Great communication and possibility to change days has been great for us living a busy life with lots of engagements.
I highly recommend this service!
I brought my instrument to Miami String Haus for an emergency repair. My nervousness at leaving my viola to new people went away the moment I walked in to find repair expert Dale, from the former Duffy’s shop in the Grove, in the workshop. This guy knows what he is doing, and the sight of him put me at ease. Turns out that he is part of a great local business run in a friendly, straightforward, and professional manner. You can feel assured that you will be treated with respect, courtesy, and fairness, and that all work will be performed with the utmost skill and precision. Thanks again, guys! see you in 20201!
Thank you to Charlie and the wonderful team at Miami String Haus. We were shopping for a cello for our son and there were over 100 cellos to choose from! Charlie was incredibly patient with us as our son tried out over 15 different cellos, went back and forth and tried them again. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and expertise with us – we learned so much today! We are now home and the beautiful sounds of our son’s new cello is already filling our home. We’d give you more than 5 stars if it were an option!
Enthusiastic staff, great selection, however people need to know about the billing department. My advice to anyone dealing with the billing staff is DO NOT give them any other credit or debit card numbers to cover your monthly bills. They will use whatever card they can with or without your permission.
Had an issue with my “real” credit card that I provided for billing purposes when I signed my contract and used my debit card to cover my monthly payment in the past. Fast forward to today, where I emailed their billing department stating that I had some financial issues and would be able to forward the whole payment to them within a week (my next payday). 45 minutes after sending the email, I look at my online banking and find out that they had already debited the funds from the debit card today presumably because they payment wouldn’t be fast enough.
I understand that they are running a business, and that we are contracted for the monthly payment. However, most of the people renting instruments are parents renting them for their children, and parents occasionally fall on hard times. A business that thrives on parents business shouldn’t make them have to choose between a monthly payment to them and their light bill… oh wait, I didn’t have any choice. Just taking the funds from any account that they might have held onto the debit card number from is devastating to families in some circumstances. Currently I will be left with next to no money until my next payday.
I am considering returning the instrument immediately because of this, if only to get them out of my life.
In my personal opinion owner is a narcissist. Extremely unprofessional and unethical in their interactions would strongly not recommend. The most unprofessional business owner I have ever interacted with.
When consigning my violin and selling my bow I ran into some minor issues with cashing a check.
1.) When calling the business and trying to find an alternative resolution the owner tried to extract money from me falsely stating that a check costs 150$ to cancel, acted in a condescending and haughty manner as if his time was the most valuable thing in the world. Tried to and attempted to extract money from me and weirdly accused me of trying to cash a check twice. During my actual interactions with him in person- several times berated employees for taking too long to inspect the violin, consistently displayed a contemptuous, haughty attitude.
2.) They failed to advertise the violin online for the actual consignment. Owner was very aggressive in his pursuit of me consigning the violin probably because he has no intention of actually trying to sell it. When expressing concerns about the contract they failed to make any alterations, and after retaining an attorney it is abundantly clear that they took advantage of me.
These are extremely dishonest and unethical people and I would steer clear from doing any form of business with them.
We love Ms. Jane’s music class! It has been an amazing experience to watch my baby grow into a toddler and see how music has such an impact on brain development in young children. I learned my little guy likes to bounce and rock and needs to do it! Ms. Jane is an expert in her field and we are grateful for her and her classes!
My daughter has been taking piano lessons from Miss Jane since she was five years old and she is now 17! Jane expects excellence from her students, but she is also very patient and understanding! I credit Miss Jane with the fact that my daughter has continued with piano for so long!
I’m not sure who loves Miss Jane’s music classes more, my toddler or me. At home, she regularly starts singing, dancing, playing instruments, doing hand gestures or talking about friends from class. We’ve met lots of neighborhood kids her age, and the classes help teach social skills using the activities. If it works for your schedule, the unlimited package is a great deal. Highly recommended.

Working with her was an absolute delight as she exuded incredible energy and displayed utmost professionalism and creativity throughout the entire process. The resulting pictures were simply stunning, and I wholeheartedly recommend anyone in need of headshots to consider working with her.
