Many instruments, equipment, cables, amps and other gear instock. I picked up some strings, a new capo and a small part all for a good price. I will be back to look at G&L basses when I’m ready for a new one.

I love this little music store! Owners are very sweet an know there stuff! They offer many maintance services an always do a great job. A gem in the rough.

Everything!!! Customer Service, Safety with the Pandemic, Great prices on everything from the new guitar for our Son for Christmas to the tuner to the guitar pick… this is a One Stop Shop with a Family feel that I will recommend to anyone looking for a Premier music experience 🙂

Great Store ! I had been in here at least 5 or six times with my daughter before she picked out an instrument she liked. Staff was always helpful and polite. After playing most of the store inventory, we finally bought her an inexspensive guitar, they adjusted it, put on new strings for us and helped get us into lessons for her. We were small time customers and hadn’t spent much money, yet we were treated like we bought the best items in store.

Having had a good first purchase I told them what type of specialty guitar I was looking for, they kept in touch, let me know when it arrived, helped me order a custom case and did way more than any other store in town has done for me in the past. I’ve spent money in several other music stores in the area and can say for sure, the most knowledgeable musicians are here. I had nothing but great service and I love my Blueberry Burst Gibson Les Paul they helped me track down. I’ll be back for sure.
Wonder if they can find an Iced Tea Gloss Les Paul at a good price ? 😉

Small store, large selection of music equipment also lots of drum hardware. Staff is friendly. I always go there for the little things… connectors/ converters, Picks , etc.

Ditto to Sara’s review. I’m looking to buy a new nylon string acoustic so I thought I would check out this shop. The lady ignored me. She probably knows nothing about guitars since half the shop is dedicated to picture framing. Still no reason to diss a potential customer. They had some cool guitars, but so does Guitar Center. Guess who will be getting my money.

They sell frames and guitar lessons. Their gallery of five guitars that appear to be the same is pitiful. Really nice frames though. It’s a gallery of frames.

Walmart is just ok. I don’t like the self-serve checkout, the deli is limited, and I am not a fan of most products being the sub-quality Great Value brand. I’ve bought several Great Value products and usually disappointed. The clothes are poor quality and the meats are worse. When the display for the meats are leaking, you can bet the temperature of that meat is questionable. About the only thing I buy at Walmart is cleaning supplies.

Clean keeping social distance and all employees wearing masks. Wish Wal-Mart would enforce facemask be worn by customers.

If I could, I would give the store a zero star. Its not because the employees,its the overnight coach brandy she is rude to the employees. Every time I go to the store I feel like I’m going to trip on boxes or pallets they are everywhere. There’s no organization and they need better management, someone that know how to do the management position

Awesome! I went in needing a practice mute for violin and they didn’t have anything in stock but the instructor there actually had an awesome one to show me and the sales associate found it and ordered it to the store for me. I appreciate that extra work to get what I needed. Also made a great suggestion for cleaning some sticky fine tuners.

This is a great little place with friendly helpful staff. While the selection is somewhat limited the pricing is decent and they do have a good variety for the space they have. I would definitely do business with them again.

Nice, small music store, friendly staff with a variety of guitar options. The location of the store however is atrocious as Regency Square Mall is a very poorly designed store layout and to make the situation worse they design engineers created a mall with such poor means of entering and exiting the facility that the patrons get the privilege of sitting in long lines (usually 30-40 minutes) just to get to the 2 main exit roads so you can sit through multiple light changes before you can actually get out of this nightmare. Love the store, recommend moving to a better location.

Complete garbage

While the staff is friendly, they are completely unprofessional. They cancel classes the day before and sometimes the day of your lesson. I was told that it was because hiring of one particular teachers was “honestly a bad hire”, while their honestly was good to hear, it did nothing to help. I could not get them to understand a student cannot improve if they are not receiving lessons consistently, never mind the fact it is irritating to receive last minute calls that the teacher isn’t going be in for your scheduled lesson. This place is a complete joke.

The store’s products are fine, but its current management is mind-numbingly incompetent. My saga started off when I ordered a curved head joint for a flute that I already owned, with the challenge being that I needed to find one that fit the flute body. I talked with the store manager over the phone and had the head joint delivered to the store. The head joint arrived earlier than expected, and I brought my flute to the store on Monday, Nov. 12. The head joint was slightly too small, so I left my flute with the manager so that the head joint could be expanded. I was told that it would be ready the next day, and that he would call me. So far, so good – a 5 star review.
At this point, however, things began going seriously off the rails. Having not received any phone call from the manager, I returned on Wed. Nov. 14 to collect the headjoint. When I arrived, I was informed by an associate that the head joint was ready, but that it and my flute were in the manager’s car, and he had just left for at least an hour. Rather than my waiting, they offered to ship it to me, free of charge, with an arrival date of that coming Friday. While I wasn’t thrilled, I accepted and returned home.
Well, the package never arrived, and I called on Sunday to see if someone could let me know when I could expect it. The manager was not at the store that day, but I was told that the flute had been shipped out on Friday (not Wednesday as promised), and that the manager would call me. He didn’t.
Believing that the package had been sent out on that Friday, I patiently waited for a week until the next Friday (Nov. 23) rolled around. Still no package. So I called the store again, and spoke with the manager. He said that it had been mailed out on the Thursday (a day earlier than I had previously been told) and he would find the UPS tracking number and call me back. He didn’t. I called multiple times that weekend, and kept getting the same response (either from the manager or an associate) – the manager needed to locate the tracking number and would get back to me. He never called.
On Sunday evening, the manager said that he needed to reach out to the UPS rep to get the tracking number, but he would call me by 10am the next day (Monday, Nov. 26). He never called. Instead, I called him several times that day, and several more on Tuesday. Each time I got the same response – he needed to find the tracking number and call me back.
Finally, Tuesday at around 5pm, I called one last time and spoke with an associate. After a brief hold, she informed me that the package had somehow “been returned” by UPS and was in the store. IN. THE. STORE. They tried to send it “again”, but instead I drove to the store and picked it up before UPS could collect it.
I have no idea on what day the package was mailed to me, or if it was ever sent at all. I also have no idea why the manager decided to keep MY flute and MY headjoint in his car when left the store that day. Cars do get broken into, and musical instruments would appear to be exactly the sort of thing that someone might want to pawn off to make a quick buck. Finally, it is mystifying that no one realized that the flute and headjoint were at the store until I called at least 15-20 times.
But what really steams me most about all of this is that, having called over and over and over, I never once received a call back from the manager. NOT ONCE. If I was the manager, I would have personally delivered the package to my door, or done something to atone for everything. I didn’t even get the courtesy of a single phone call. Incompetence is one thing – apathy from a manager is another.
When, as a courtesy before writing this review, I called the corporate number for Music and Arts, the only response I receive was that they would forward my concern to the manager. I know exactly how well that will work! In the future, I will shop somewhere else.

My wife and I had a great time shopping with Dave. We ended up purchasing an electric piano which we are very happy with. Dave has pianos in many price ranges and is willing to help you find exactly what you are looking for. Would highly recommend to anyone in the Tampa Bay in the market shopping for a piano.

Went here to get a used piano. Told Dave what I wanted, and he gave me a series of options. I picked one, and received the piano a couple days later. Couldn’t have been easier. The only complaint I would make is that their are zero prices on any of the pianos. Kind of makes you wonder if the prices ever change based on being sized up which is a general fear for most consumers; however, Dave showed me his pricing schedule, and I felt more comfortable about the price he gave me afterwards. Maybe he moves pianos so much that putting a price tag on them isn’t worth the time & effort :-P. In either case, I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a used piano. Dave will find you the piano based on what you’re looking for. He didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need, he just sent me right to what I needed. Loved it.

Once we are ready to “upgrade”, we will definitely be back here.

Bought a used piano 03/17/2019. Was told at that time if we ever want to get rid of the piano he will buy it back for purchase price. I don’t play the puano like I thought I would. I called the showroom today and talked to Dave. I reminded him about the buy back promise. He said yes text him pictures. After he received the pictures he texted back and said, “Unfortunately that is not a piano I can use” I just don’t want others to be deceived like we were

I did not elect Dave’s piano showroom to move and/or tune my piano. I wanted to, but after my email inquiry to get a price quote, I was very turned off by their customer service.

My wife asked Dave on two separate occasions if he wanted to buy back a piano she purchased from him. He told her he would give her $200 for the piano and would be out later in the day. He never showed nor would respond to repeated phone calls. Several months passed and she called again asking if he was interested in buying back the piano and he said “yes” and would be by to pick it up at 10:00 in the morning. Another no show and when contacted said he would be out the next day. Guess what, did not happen and ignored calls, text messages and e-mails about picking up the piano. Dave is obviously unprofessional and not a man of his word. Would recommend NOT doing business with Dave!

Ugh! The drive through line is SO INCREDIBLY slow! Was in line for over 30 mins. Inside is extremely packed as well, so either way I chose to go, will take forever. Usually my coffee order is correct though.

I have tried to go there many mornings in the last week around 6:13-6:30 and they are not open . I drive about 5 miles each way and for them to have loose opening hours is very aggravating . Today I was there at 6:20 and they put a sign in the window saying they will open at 8:00am. Wth? eight!? for a coffee shop ? Ridiculous !

Stopped by for a Carmel Frappuccino and a piece of lemon loaf. They had no Carmel for the top and I had no frosting on my lemon loaf. They don’t care how they serve you. Leave the cake in the wrapper it comes in if you can’t serve it correctly!

Arjun is an amazing teacher, taking his expertise combined with his patience and kindness. He is always making sure his students are having fun as well as learning as much as possible. He teaches kids as well as adults. I have learned so much from Arjun and he works well with my hectic schedule.

Great teacher! and super patient with my wild 5 year old. I would definitely recommend.

We hired Matt for our daughter’s Quinceañera (15th Birthday). She and I considered a couple dozen DJs online. She was particularly concerned that the DJ would be too loud or play music she and her friends didn’t like, so we emailed the top three and asked questions. Matt answered promptly and professionally and reassured her. Before the event Matt was in regular communication and got all the info he needed. Although the crowd was smaller than we planned for, Matt did an excellent job of keeping everyone engaged.

Highly recommend the interactive dance floor, which was a huge hit for everyone!

A wonderful experience put on by a professional Dj Will definitely have Matt back again . Everyone enjoyed the music and loved the beautiful lighting during the show.

I don’t typically leave reviews but Rhythm System absolutely blew us away! Matt our DJ, had everyone up and dancing the entire night! You know it was a great night when people aren’t only mentioning how great the wedding was but how impressed they were with the entertainment. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My rating is based off of the guitar teacher Michael, front desk staff, and location.

I’m taking classes with Michael and he is by far one of the most thorough teaches I’ve ever had. He tailors his lesson to the student and we focus on the music that I love which really gets me engaged. I leave every session more confident than when I went in and carry a lesson not only about playing music but how music unites us and is embedded into our culture. He slows down and teaches patiently whenever I’m not quite catching a principle or technique and hones in on repetition to improve my accuracy. When I grasp something quickly he has no problem with increasing the tempo (sometimes quite literally) to make sure that I’m getting the most out of every session. He’s also VERY talent and extremely passionate about music as a whole which helps me to connect and center my focus during each lesson. They’re releasing a new technology where there’s online assistance and homework so I’m excited to see how quickly I advance.

The front desk staff is so kind and they smile often. When I enter the lobby I feel like I’m at a family establishment where I’m not just someone who pays a fee to take classes but rather a student whom they’re truly proud of. Scheduling sessions is easy and they’ve never made me feel like a burden the couple of times I’ve had to reschedule. (Keep in mind to let them know in advance so that they can accommodate the change.)

The location is tucked away in a quiet plaza near a yoga studio and it’s easy to find.

They fixed my 1970s Pig Nose promptly with more than satisfactory results.

I have had 3 of my amps repaired by Diversified Audio in the past several months. All work was performed on time and as promised. Don even worked some magic on my Fender Blues Jr to make it sound so much better than stock. I highly recommend these guys.

I brought in my martial (valve state 100) and they did a fantastic job, picked it up a week later now they’re going to work on my ( Echo Plex ) that’s next in line thank you Bruce and Dave the technicians.

Always go out of my way to go here even though High Energy is right around the corner from me.

I am a faithful customer, but I sure wish you guys would have posted on line or left a Voicemail message that you wouldn’t be opened on Monday July 3. I rode all the way in from St. Pete Beach , got to your shop at 10:15am only to find you closed. Waited around 15 minutes and even phoned from outside. Phone rang and rang. Not even a message to warn that you were closed. I wasted 2 hours and rode 80 miles round trip.

Have brought my P 200 in for repairs and tune ups several times over the the past. Reliable and economical. Outstanding service.

I have been a musician for fifteen years and had my amplifier sent to them through Seminole Music for a simple fix. I needed the power switch fixed.
Two weeks later I called and they said they never got a confirmation from me to order the part. ( I never got any call or email from them) Two weeks later, I called and they said they lost the confirmation that was given to them and the part was on back order. In the mean time, they said they sent my amp to Seminole Music(whom I was was going through). My amp was not there and obviously was still being fixed. So, I received a loaner amp….
The amp I was given as a loaner had just been repaired By Diversified and was malfunctioning. So, I returned to the loaner that didn’t work properly.
I received a phone call that my amp would be in the next Wednesday because it had been fixed over the weekend. (By now, it had been 6 weeks for a power switch!!) … I came in Wednesday to pick up my amplifier, and the amp was no where to be found. The company said they had dropped it off, but they dropped off another amp that wasn’t mine!

I am still waiting for my Marshall to be fixed and returned. All I needed was a power switch fixed. It has been about TWO MONTHS!

HORRIBLE.

No hustle, no updates. Had my cdj for 3 weeks before I finally got in touch and they said they couldn’t do anything.. wasted my time and lost money on rentals due to their lack of effort, care, and communication. Got it fixed at another shop in less then a week
