Really wanted to like this company. I was cheated and conned, and after a week with zero communication I contacted them. They fumbled around for another day or two then stated they couldn’t find the item. I was left empty handed and confused. No attempt at finding the item or ordering another. Nothing. Zip. C’mon guys!

Jeremiah was friendly and professional! I appreciated how he took his time and did not make me feel rushed. Jeremiah explained the test results and answered my questions. I did not need hearing aids but have recommended him to friends having issues with their hearing.
Last August 2020 Jeremiah Mobley tested and fitted me with my first pair of hearing aids. I knew my hearing was getting bad but was blown away at the difference these hearing aids made. I have not ever been without them since! This was a life changing event for me, I was missing so much around me, husband, grandkids, music, tv. Jeremiah was so patient and kind a real joy to work with. I have recommended him to several friends. Thank you Jeremiah for making my life so much better.

The square footage is very big and has ample HVOC. There are a number of items, but, at this time, well spaced out. I do believe that as the months progress, there will be many more pieces installed for your shopping pleasure.

This shop feels like your friends house. He has some things in the works where you can have all your gear homegrown which is the coolest. Does incredible guitar repairs and sells all kinds of cool gear and accessories. Feel good after buying the best stuff and knowing your money goes to a good human and local shop!
As of writing, I just dropped off my 4th guitar CCV will have worked on (for transparency, the biggest thing I’ve had done so far is a J Mascis jazzmaster bridge and pickguard swap, pictured). I’ve been happy each time I’ve visited, whether that’s dropping off or picking up.
While I don’t have experience with multiple luthiers, I can confidently say the guitars I’ve sent in have come back feeling way more playable. That aside, Dylan’s a really transparent guy who clearly values both his customers and the music of the town he’s in. He seems to have a keen sense of his clientele’s needs and budgets, which is a big plus in a college town. At this point CCV’s the first place I point to whenever a friend mentions some guitar work they need done.
It is comforting to finally have a go to and trusted expert like Dylan for all my guitar needs in Athens. Anyone who asks me about a guitar or repair I just tell them they need to visit Dylan. He is a genius and is also a joy to talk to and work with. He has a passion for his craft and the city of Athens. The man and the product can’t be beat.

Unit B at Kroger is often on the fritz. It’s a total hassle to get movies after it’s locked your card down with advance reservations only to arrive and find the machine broken…AGAIN… because you’re only allowed 3 per card. Then it takes another week ti get a refund issued to the card from Redbox. They really need to keep the equipment in better working order. The Jefferson Kroger Redbox has more issues than any other Redbox I’ve used.
The credit card reader didn’t work.

My old guitars seem new again. Great work on my acoustics and electrics. He has my business for life if he wants it.
I am overwhelmed by the work that Mahesh does with string instruments. His shop is very impressive and looks to have everything he needs to do an awesome job no matter what it is. He has an amazing talent and really knows his stuff. Even though i just wanted to get it playable and I did not want to change the uniqueness of my fathers 1800 violin, Mahesh’s professionalism and knowledge did it just how I wanted it to be. I just had my acoustic guitar refretted and strung by easy play. I was completely surprised when I was told it was ready the next day. I was given a loaner in the event additional time was needed for completion.
I enjoyed the few minutes spent at his shop. Clean and organized. The guitar plays just as I asked so far. I found my go to g-tech. Thanks for outstanding service. Time to put the guitar to the test of live performance and recording.

Had a hard time finding an item, but it didn’t appear any of the employees wanted stop chit chatting and assist me. Once I found where the item was, the entire rack was empty. Flagged someone down and they said Best Buy corporate hasn’t been replenishing their stock since Christmas. Waste of a trip.
horrible customer disservice and lack of attention
I went here to this Best Buy to get help on something simple like buying a stereo harness and I sat there for about an hour and nobody help while the lady just kept sorry will send someone and I keep looking at the same guy helping different people walk through the door
