I love Exile! The selection of CD’s and vinyl is fantastic. I went there looking for a specific CD that I was sure they wouldn’t have and they had it. I was so happy I even bought an Exile on Main St. hoodie.
Great curated vinyl selection, and virtually all new releases are available.
Always a great store, nice people, there are boxes and crates and shelves overflowing with stock (in a good way).
They have a very good selection of vinyl &c d’s I would say the selection is organized very well by artist someone on the pricier end but very good quality records
Nice record store, good selection of new records and cds. The staff I’ve met here are always friendly. Good local spot.
It was ok I wish there was more music I like
Website says store was open at 10:00am and door was unlocked. We’re human and things happen. Could have politely asked to give him a few moments. But instead he was rude. A shame because it looked like the store had a good vinyl collection.
Never received one of the 2x records I pre-ordered from here. Emailed them after the release twice and did not hear back. I had to call them only to be told to “call back in 10 minutes.” The person who handled the phone call basically complained about the online website (don’t take online orders then?) and said they would get back to me. Meanwhile I asked to just refund the purchase since the record was limited release and I wanted to order it @ a vendor who has it in stock. Never heard back from Exile, and I ordered it before it completely sold out everywhere. They don’t reply to email, don’t seem to call back and don’t care. Please refund my $34.98 you kept from a pre order you never fulfilled. I usually try to buy stuff locally when possible but I will 100% never come here again.
The don’t carry a lot of country which is fine and told me they could order something for me and get it the Thursday before Christmas. (I went in the week prior to that). I said ok gave my name and phone number for the order and left. I called the Saturday after it was supposed to arrive to confirm I could pick it up and was told oh sorry we couldn’t get it. It was supposed to be a Christmas present and they knew that when I went in asking. I can’t find it anywhere to get it in time for Christmas now. A courtesy call to say we couldn’t get the record would have been appreciated seeing how I could have ordered it on amazon and had it in time but wanted to support a local business instead. Guess I learned my lesson.
