In my experience, this company does not excel in customer service. They appear to lack the necessary skills to engage effectively with customers and often fail to pay attention to their needs. My daughter had a particularly frustrating encounter where she felt her time was wasted, and it seemed as though they never bothered to verify that they had the correct information for us. Given these issues, I cannot recommend them.
Visited this business with my daughter. She wanted to purchase a guitar. We did like the selection and the layout of the show room. However, it seemed no one could be bothered to give us a second of their time.. When we decided on what we wanted we literally had to get an associate to answer some questions. It was like pulling teeth. We did end up buying two guitars. ( Cuz hell I used to like it too). I asked if there was a veteran discount. To which no one at the front of house knew or not. No attempt for add ons or accessories. All I’m saying is if you want a cold experience this is the place for you. Not really digging their vibe .
Basic place for instrument classes, Limited of anything musical as far as hardware. Staff was not knowledgeable about instrument names. Go to Guitar Center for all your music needs. Otherwise, Very clean store in a great location.

My daughters go here for music classes on bass guitar and piano since June last year. Their teacher is Matt and I think he is wonderful…the improvement that I have seen in them in such a short amount of time is amazing. He pushes them to go above and beyond their capabilities and that’s what a good teacher does. I’m very please with him and I recommend it to anybody that wants to really learn music.
How much are the guitar classes?
As a local musician, the inventory is average…I would love to see more selections. However, personal service is very good and will return often for strings and guitar accessories.

Went in here and bought some expired gummies. They refused to exchange even though they sold me an expired product. I spent $30 on some old gunmies that don’t have any effects smh. Becareful when picking out products. Customer service is lousy! They treated me like it was my fault for picking out a bad product, that they evidently left on shelf. I will never spend my money here again, there are better smoke shops in the area.
Bought cbd cart at 6:39 go home tested the cart was clogged go back in an hour they wouldn’t exchange even after they tested it with receipt. Not happy at all because I’d bought a wrist Invicta Watch and 2 later the hourly needle fell off and took it back to repair and still got charge for it and it is the second time experiencing bad wrist watch not happy at all.

I believe that the pawn shop switched one of each of my diamonds to glass pieces. They didn’t remove all, just one on each side so I don’t notice. I bought my diamond earrings in NYC at a reputable place and over 10 years I never left them anywhere.
I took my earrings for repair of the clasps. I had to leave them because I was asked to pick up after 5. I usually sit and wait but it was 7 hours! The clasps were repaired with a non gold metal. I regret going there.
I purchased a ring from w vine the lady there told me to take it to this shop which is 30 mins away for them to go two sizes up i got here at 4pm because of the traffic and our schedule i called here before i got here when i got here the guy that does the up size was getting ready to leave he said if my boss says go ill do it he came back out asked for the ring went to back i could see him working on it through the glass the boss lady stepped in and told him to stop. I think that the service is horrible im from sc i cant cme back in a few days but the way the manager handled the situation was unproffessional and selfish
¡Wow! Me quedé sorprendido por el mal trato que recibí como cliente en La Familia. Estaba interesado en comprar no solo un, sino tres iPhones y una tablet. Como de costumbre, verifiqué el producto, algo que suelo hacer en todas las tiendas para asegurarme de que sea una buena compra. De repente, una empleada salió y me dijo que no estaba autorizado para comprobar el producto, arrebatándomelo de las manos, incluso fue ella quien lo sacó de la vitrina. From the second we hired C’Nergy they were helpful, accommodating and in constant communication with both myself and my parents. Rafy and his team are truly incredible people and performers. Everyone is STILL talking about our wedding band saying they felt like they were at a Live Concert. Whether you were dancing all night to their music or watching them perform from your table, every guest was entertained and having fun. Our wedding was perfect, but C’Nergy made it a dream come true-the band brought the party!! C’Nergy exceeded our expectations and we are forever grateful that they were a part of our special day. My family and I will be raving about them for the rest of our lives! We absolutely adore this band and each individual performer. Thank you for everything! If you want everyone at your wedding, from young to old, to have the best time hire this band. Their music had everyone out on the dance floor the whole night. We appreciated their high energy and their involvement with our guests. The only downside is that you will have to turn the a/c low because everyone is up there dancing the whole time! Fabulous music. We had one gal who never left the dance floor. Do yourself a favor and hire them!
Guitars and music are my passion. Great place to find gear if you have a lot of cash. I only shop sales because you can get a better deal online. Dean was my guitar tech but moved to another store. I miss Dean. He knew how I liked my setup and did fantastic work.

It’s hit or miss with this place.
Purchased a new Nord Stage 3 online because it was “available” but when I got to the store the only one in stock was the floor model. Make sure you call the store to confirm what you’re buying and what they are willing to do for you in the event you are buying a floor model. In my case, a discount wasn’t available and I’m still trying to figure out how they are going to source the multiple items without me having to shell out another $7k. I had to call the 800 number only to find more complications because I purchased other items that would not be available at the nearest store, requiring me to return my existing order which would place a delay in when those funds would actually be credited back to my account. What started out as a quick purchase has now turned into a disappointing experience.
It’s unfortunate that this review reflects on the local store. I’m mainly concerned about how the online system allowed me to select this store as having an item in stock but there was no indication that the item was going to be an open box item that was on the floor. There should be a distinction made online to better inform the buyer of what they’d be getting.
It’s also unfortunate that the store is getting a bad review for processes beyond their control regarding the systems and processes in place for in-store pickup. They were not able to assist me unless I was willing to take the open/used item (without the original packaging). They could have offered a discount but given the item’s popularity, I understand why they didn’t especially since they are not incentivized to do so.
This poor review is really meant for the overall process which started online.
Tried walking in to leave a guitar for a setup and I couldn’t find anyone willing to take it in or even the technician themselves. Also beware there are a bunch of client guitars in front of the repair area that anyone can just take and run off with them. Just dont waste your time here.
Went there this past week. These guys are horrible. They guy in pro audio couldn’t even tell a customer if a Live x 18 had more than one speaker in it. Come on dude, it’s an 18″ sub cab. Those 2 holes are ports. Couldn’t get help and stood around the store for about an hour. Thumbs down!!!!

I am loyal customer of bestbuy, always buy from bestbuy. I about cooking range with protection plan of Geek Aquad for 3 years. This was my biggest mistake. Geek squad charge me $100 per visit of tech person and now the 3rd party saying parts not available from company. I am calling them, chating online mindless agents but no body resolving issue. We are getting food from restaurant since last 2 weeks. Nobody there to listen or replace faulty appliance.. BestBuy looking loyal customer now. I will never buy anything from Bestbuy.
