After their amazing trade, the service is 12 stars but they don’t have 12 stars on Google reviews. I was given a faulty horn on accident, but they worked to give me a much better horn. Amazing store.
Art’s is our go to place for all things music. We have purchased 2 guitars, 2 saxophones, and a baritone from them. The employees are patient and helpful, and very knowledgeable about their products. We love Art’s!
Great staff, very helpful, quick in and out service. Easy to find!
Friendly staff.
The level of customer service you receive really depends on who you speak to at the company. Some do not understand customer service while others go above and beyond to help you out.
This place sucks
My daughter gave them all the correct information for her banking and the 3rd month they billed her for overdue payment. When she called to make sure they had the correct information they still refused to take off the late charge when it was evidently no fault of hers. They rip people off!
I hate this shop. I have paid an exorbitant amount of money for this stupid clarinet that my daughter plays at school. It’s hard to set up payments. Do not like!!!!! Uggggh, I cannot wait until this is over
Organized and borderline immaculate in it’s level of cleanliness. Great employees and a great selection of a certain spectrum of guitars – Fender heavy, limited Gibson and non-existent hard rock/metal instruments. Phenomenal acoustic selection of Taylor, Martin, ect. A smallish store, but it uses it’s space very well. Well done, Spicers.
Helpful staff. Great selection, especially guitars. Also have many options to choose from with pianos and other instruments. I had to order something they didn’t have in stock, and it came in within a couple days.
Wide variety of investments available and the staff was awesome!
Nice place
Pretty small store with the essentials needed to get by without having to drive all the way to guitar center.
The gal at the front desk knew exactly what I needed and took me straight there.
I tried selling a trumpet to these folks the other day. Simple enough, right? Well I though so. I went in Monday and was told their trumpet guy would be in Tuesday, so I left it with them. Wednesday afternoon rolls around and I hadn’t heard from them, so I went in and nobody could tell me what was going on with it, so I left and waited. After not hearing a word by Friday I just picked it up and brought it back home. I can’t speak for the buying experience at this store but the selling experience is awful.
Friendly but limited selection
Stoped in today to pick up some stuff.guy behind counter would not put his phone down to see if I needed any thing.
Just moved into town and had a problem with my LTD Eclipse, after restringing it…fast and friendly service will be back…also let me know if you guys get a Butterscotch Tele in!!
My son has loved his drum lessons here. I couldn’t have asked for someone with more patience and encouragement to teach him. What I love the most is that my son can have lessons during the weekday since he’s home schooled. If your child wants to learn an instrument, no matter what time of day you want to schedule lessons, this is a great place for it!
Always enjoy coming to Lisenby’s. Always something new and cool.
Lance and Tracy are nice folks. They have a good selection of strings and accessories. Neat place for obscure instruments.
Very good at what he does he stayed open late to be able to help me get strings back on my guitar also adjusted the neck and it’s never played better. He was extremely nice and we had a great time joking and playing.
Great place to learn music
I have been going to see Mr. Ted for over 2 years now and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I have purchased 2 guitars from him in that timeframe and other equipment. He is very reasonable and you can’t beat his deals. He is a character and he sure can play that guitar at 75 years old !
