Wasn’t there for fuel, newly purchased vehicle exhibited serious mechanical issue brought us in. Leilani was extremely gracious in letting us park under the pump shade (we had a running motor but unsafe to risk moving / steering) while we waited a couple three hours for a tow to the dealer. She put humans before profit, and exemplified customer service. Interior staff was also extremely polite and welcoming during our small purchases while we waited.
I had the best cup of coffee ever this morning. Thanks guys
Great fast friendly customer service, brief but pleasant experience. Thank you!!!
Place to get gas & food
Friendly place and friendly Indians. Good place to stop for gas, snacks and see the Pimapottumus graze the lan .
Good spot for anything that you need because it’s in the middle of no where.
Organic food not available here.
Stopped here on the way home from Phoenix and was surprised when we were barked at by the crusty looking woman behind the counter for not wearing masks. not to say they don’t have the right to ask people to wear masks but no store in Tucson or Phoenix has been requiring them for quite some time. For her to act like we were purposely ignoring their request was uncalled for. Get over yourself lady,
August 2022 and this place is still requiring masks? Hard pass.

I needed a quick truss rod adjustment and these guys took care of it real quick. Good selection of gear, new and used. Cool cats.
Recommended!
Very helpful. They are very well informed on what new music students needs are.
They’re okay
Best music shop.
It’s small music store with not much in there and some of the staff treats you like you dont know anything.
I’ve been there quite a few times before. As a child the owner was alright but somehow he just became rude after a while. There was a time when I was 19(9 years ago) and there was an 800 dollar Jackson on the wall that I really wanted. I brought $850 dollars with me and jammed out on it for about 5 minutes, the owner came up to me and said “If you put one scratch on this I’m going to make you pay for it, do you understand?” I know I look young and I looked about 15 at the time but there have been several times(like yesterday{let me play for 4 minutes and told my party to leave when I wanted to buy a practice amp}) that I brought money in to make a purchase of over 300 dollars and he makes me uncomfortable or says something rude. If you need a reed, or if you need a rental, this is a good place. If you’re a musician, and you want to try stuff out, drive 40 minutes, the owner has been rude to me for 15 years. I swear he hates musicians.
Came in for guitar picks and strings and was thinking of buying an acoustic guitar on the wall. I asked if I could play it he said “yes”. I played a couple chords and got kicked out for playing it to “hard”.
Went to buy a guitar but no assistance from the clerk was offered and large sign indicated you can’t touch them without assistance so we left. Makes it difficult to make a purchase. To be fair the clerk was waiting on another customer but just continued to ignore us and didn’t even bother to say “hello” when we entered the store. Not much available there in the way of instruments unless you need used amps, guitar stands, cheap guitars, or ukuleles.
4. Brindley’s Music Center
Address: 836 N Arizona Ave, Chandler, AZ 85225 , Casa Blanca , Arizona , United States
Great team, great customer service and always welcoming. If you don’t see it ask, they go way out of the way to take care of their customers
Good work, quick turnaround, nice folks.
I have had the best experience at Brindley’s. They were welcoming and very helpful for this mom that knew nothing going in this whole process of renting a trumpet for my son. Also the best prices.
This place is cool. Ppl are nice. IN THE HOOD IM LIKE PRINCESS DIANNA!!!

It was very awesome service but milanos was cheaper books were 8.00 and care kits were10.00 and at brindleys it was almost 16.00 and for book it was 10
They are wonderful people and always take care of their customer by heart.
Terrible. The service is great but. 13 dollars for 1. 1 Bari sax size 3 Reed is way to expensive. I could get 5 for 30 on Amazon. That’s a amazing price. The sax repairs are way to expensive. 100 for a check up. When you Could go down the street to superstition mountain music and get everyone about 50% cheaper.
After more then 10 months taking lessons a the place, and incident where the owner Bruce, disrespected my 11 year old for just looking at around the store just show what kind of service this place have. Extremely disappointed with Bruce, going back there no more. I’m sure there are other places with better costumer service.
My guitar teacher was the best, so sad situation here.
Sold my 6 month old Guild OM240 cuz I was struggling financially. I paid $425 for it at Bizarre Guitar. Owner tells me there’s major work needing to be done cuz wood was dry and neck was tweaked. He said he’d hafta put in humidifier for couple weeks and he MIGHT be able to repair. He offered me $150. I had to plead with him to give me $160…The very next day he listed it on Offer up for $375. Call it smart business. Call it shrewdness.
I call it dishonesty. Only Guild I could ever afford and I’m humiliated. Regret going here.
Great live music and talented performers! Amazing events and amazing people!
Amazing live performances, they have great singers and talented musicians! A great choice for your events live music. They have a variety of genres for you to chose from overall amazing experience
Hands-on music store with knowledgeable employees and a decent selection of gear.
Friendly and amazing they let us cut through their store. I knew the original milano family in the Frazier neighborhood.
I go for strings and spend over $50 every damn time!!
This is a really great place and huuge store to go to for your music needs! The staff is always great and happy to help.
The parking situation is terrible a lot of the times though since you have to park somewhere else and walk to this destination. That’s one if the downsides about having a place on main Street though.
There are Some staff members who have been wonderful and pleasant while a couple of others have been verbally rude and condescending. If my children weren’t so in love with their instruments and playing them, I’d give them back. I don’t like rude people.
Guy running the shop acts like he’s being bothered if you ask for help to find anything you are looking for. Been out of a certain size of drum pad for a year now. He claimed they had just sold out and were on order then asked if we wanted to be put on the list to get notified when it came in. Never got a call.
They have charged my card for my brothers Instrument twice even after I told them to take my card info off the account. Obviously they lied about doing so because they just today charged me again. They can’t keep their files in order and because of them my bank account is all screwed up.
Great place to see instruments! However the service really isn’t top notch. When I went to purchase a guitar since I am a learner, the salesmen really hesitated to truly assist me since they weren’t going to make much commission. One of the reps (John)told me in the end that i bought a “cheap guitar”. Really undermined My excitement and enthusiasm. Truly a great place for it all except service.
9. Williamson Piano Lessons
Address: 37379 W Amalfi Ave, Maricopa, AZ 85138 , Casa Blanca , Arizona , United States
A very friendly helpful staff and they didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need.
A very knowledgable staff that works hard for exactly what you need. Highly recommend.
Bought my first acoustic guitar from this store. The employee there, Eric, was a really awesome and accommodating dude. Very knowledgeable about guitars and willing to help me out with my 1000s of questions. He told me about what accessories would be good to buy as a beginner and was just a great guy. 5/5 experience great worker and great store.
It’s a good shop with kind staff and great teachers. But it’s missing some TLC. Cello bow options are limited and there’s this huge tent inside that is just in the way
Definitely not as friendly or helpful as the Power location.
This place is a great place. They are helping navigate being the mom of an orchestra student and it’s a task! They are so nice about helping me figure out what book I need to get him and what size chin rest he needs. They’re super nice.
Stood in front of store for 1 hour on Thursday no one there to open. Needed repairs and supplies had to go else where. New management can’t be like this if you expect to keep customers. Music and arts also just opened another “experimental” store dedicated to string instruments. That’s fine, fix your current stores before setting up new ones.
Difficult!!!
While the in-store staff are friendly and you shouldn’t have high expectations because this is generally a company designed for beginner instruments for young children, I was less than impressed across the board.
The “brand new” trumpet we rented had to be repaired within just a few weeks and it was replaced with another “brand new” product. That is just the beginning of the issue.
I knew my card was set to expire and it had been compromised so I replaced it. When I tried to go in store to change the card on file, just as I had done to set it up, I was told I’d have to call customer service directly. I got a letter a short time later asking me to provide all of my card information on the piece of paper and mail it back to the company. Due to security issues and having just had my card compromised I opted not to go down that path. I even attempted to reach out to the company through email and got no response. I later got an automated message from the company closer to the due date and it told me to call a customer service line. I went online and located the number and called the customer service. It was clearly an out of the country representative who assured me multiple times that the only way to provide the card information was to give it to her verbally and she promised it would be secure. I asked about an online account set up so it could be done electronically and was told this was not a feature of the company at this time.
I understand this is a smaller company designed for equipment rental but if I can set up a rental in store with my card I don’t understand why I can’t update it there. Additionally there didn’t seem to be a lot of consideration for security of financial information as the only option is to do it over the phone verbally. This is not a bad company and the staff in store tend to be nice but it’s not a quality instrument, the instrument itself is overpriced if you want to buy out and they don’t seem to consider the security implications for financial records. Accordingly at the end of this rental year / school year we are likely moving to a different company.
Sour experience with customer service
