I bought an Epiphone les Paul special and a few things to get started again after a 4 year break of playing guitar. The woman that helped me listened to what i had to say instead of trying to sell me things I didn’t need or want. I came back a few days later because the overdrive on my amp quit working, the same woman helped me when i needed to decide whether i should buy a new amp or a distortion pedal. Once again she listened to me and my concerns instead of trying to get me to spend more money than i needed. I’d give this place 100 stars if i could but unfortunately 5 stars is the max. I’ll be heading back in a few weeks for more supplies even though i could just order online. Guitar Pro’s LLC has made me into a loyal customer. Keep up the good service.
Wonderful people! The in house repair is fantastic- they take a lot of pride in their work and are always fair. My son has taken guitar lessons here and he has has improved so much in a short period of time. Im truly thankful for this local guitar shop and the personal investment the owners make in every individual that walks in the door.
Great people and fair prices. Support your local music store!
Friendly staff they have a few harmonicas
Have a decent variety of all different kinds of cords and instruments and the guitars rule great prices too. And the lady in there is always super sweet
I will never set foot in this place again. Not that they will care. Thought I would give it another chance after several years. Nothing has changed so now I know for sure.
WAS our trusted source for guitars and gear.
Took in a Seagull acoustic to have the battery and strings replaced at the end of December 2020(only having someone else do it because of the value of the guitar).
The battery went dead MUCH faster than normal (usually takes 6 months). We are very aware that leavi g guitars plugged in drai s the battery. That was NOT the case here. We took it out and found they had installed a promotional Progressive Insurance smoke detector battery in it. Instead of what we are used to getting, Energizer or Duracell. I called and was told that we should have told them we wanted a better battery. It cost us more than $30 for the strings and a battery replacement. No offer to replace it. The lady said they just use whatever is “handy”. I don’t pay for what’s handy. So much for being Pro’s. If the lady had simply apologized, that would have been the end of it. I wasn’t looking for anything other than to let them know that a substandard battery had been installed. When we brought it in initially, we asked for the strings to be changed and the battery replaced. No one told us at that time that we weren’t being charged for the battery, just that what we asked for was $30, if I had been advised of that I would have either asked for a better battery or brought my own. I hung up when her tone told me how disgusted she was that I called with a problem. As for my other reviews of other businesses you mentioned, I review honestly and fairly. If you notice, I have many very positive reviews of several companies in the area. I managed customer service depts with 4 Fortune 500 Companies in my career. Again, I wasn’t asking for anything except courtesy, which was unfortunately lacking. The lady I spoke with had a “how dare you complain” kind of attitude. (modified for clarity based on the reply from the company)
I bought a guitar for $2,875 from this shop online and they listed it as mint condition. I had to take it to a local luthier to have the frets polished because they were so dirty the guitar was unplayable. The shop refused to even split the cost ($50), wow! Incredible.

Best place ever. My son takes drum lessons here.
Lessons prices are reasonable.
Freestyle Drumline is Free training on Sundays for young ladies and gentlemen
Store usually clean, new layout is nice makes store look a lot bigger, some associates are friendlier and or more polite than others, overall usually have a good experience here
Usually only one cashier, but the line moved pretty fast. Currently smells like spoiled food, due to a freezer section gone out. They have not removed the spoiled food.
Nice
Because the workers had an attitude when i asked for correct change
I give it one star. I took my mom there and it was this women very ratchet and hood came outside following my mom to she went out the door. She open the door and continued to film my mom to she put her things in the trunk of the car. That is one of the most hood ratchet Family dollar that you can go to on Center point parkway…. I would not recommend know one to shop there… Not professional at all…
I’ve shopped Family Dollar for years. This is the first time I’ve had a customer service complaint. I needed to exchange and this store was the only store that had what I needed in the color i needed. Manager was rude and di not want to do the exchange because my previous items were not from her store. Cashier was very nice but explained that she could not due to her boss and suggested me asking her myself.
Very laid back store, quiet and not so busy sounding. Great customer service very friendly and helpful.
Got 2 bags full for just $6.
This is probably one of my favorite go-to thrift stores. Yes, the inventory is a little slim and some clutter towards the back of the store but the prices and the staff can’t be beat. The staff is great and are always so friendly and just mind their own business, which I appreciate. And the prices… definitely the lowest of any thrift store in the area. Seriously, I was shocked. Definitely recommend Heaven Cent.
A Lot Of Merch! Needs Better Organization, Great Customer Service
Great prices
Don’t go they are racist i was there and seen a black man get kicked out all because he looked at some speakers that was already purchased he just looked didn’t bother them. I watched as the store worker was very rude and kicked him out the store. I put my stuff back they put out trash anyways
The cashier’s should really wear a mask when checking you out and handling your money. They should also not wipe their noses with their forearms, It’s very unsanitary and could possibly spread germs.
My aunt purchased a desk and I called for her to let them know she wasn’t able to pick the desk up.However, I called to confirm the pickup for tomorrow due to the weather. However, I get told they sold the desk and no refund will be due stating they called last week but it was no call nor did the person say anything about it when called.I asked to speak to the manager he talks over my aunt then says no refund store credit take it or leave it, then hangs up in my aunt face.As my aunt calls back and ask the person’s name she was speaking to a man kept saying don’t worry about it.Poor customer service and what’s sad this Thrift store isn’t non profit and it shows especially when they are benefitng from people not paying their storage bills and selling their items then reselling twice to customers that can’t pickup in 3 days even when a customer stated to them and they stated fine.Bad Customer Service and there’s nothing Heaven about this store at all!!!!!!!!

The ladies this morning were very slow but found out it was just two of them and they were so nice and they were working hard and as fast as they can. It’s a shame that you can’t get young people to come to work those two ladies need a raise god bless you both.
They always make my day!!!! Great customer service and the wait there’s never one if I could rate them a million stars I would
Ok
Slow but improving
Slow
No apples no milk, no BBQ sauce for happy meals. Always out of something and you the the ice cream machine is broke.
Sucks
The service is slow, they take forever to answer the drive thru, the order does not be right or missing something the internet says the open 24 hours and they closed early so they won’t have to do anymore work. This McDonald’s need to fired all worker and shutdown cause it doesn’t make any sense how they are running this place.
About what you’d expect. Pretentious, unhelpful, and offended that you’d dare shop in their overpriced thrift store. But they’ve been in business forever and they ain’t changing.
Let’s just say that my kind ain’t welcome
Twice treated very rudely by staff. I’m over it.
