Great food. Good service. Three young men accepted Jesus Christ as savior.
Very slow service. People arriving after us were getting their order taken before us. I finally had to get up and request service.
Service was okay. Food was okay but not outstanding by any means.
(The chopped steak was very tough.) Didnt seam fresh. I was not pleased at all with the chopped steak. To be blunt i DID NOT like it. I wasnt going to go back but my son and niece said the burgers were good. So i might try huddle house in Centreville again. There is no outdoor seating like a picture on here shows it is.
I was having dinner with family and a bald headed women was screaming at her poor staff. Everything was fine until she came in and ruined our meal with all her drama. One of her staff was even telling her to please calm down and lower her voice because there are customers. She didn’t seem to care at all. It was absolutely ridiculous and totally unprofessional. We will not have another dinner there if she is in the store. Other than that the food was great the other employees were awesome. Please get that women under control.
Food is ok (waffle house is way better), never any music or anything just awkwardly quiet, server never checks up, $3.99 for a soda!
Long wait tines and terrible service. Needs new management or owner

Repair shop – especially the woodwind tech, Brian, since I’m a sax player – are fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the workings of the instrument and willing to work with you on modifications. I’ve taken several saxophones for full overhauls and they are lightyears better than before. Even when I move I will try and get work done here if I can.
Had what I needed. Great service.
The folks at Art’s are top notch people who were incredibly helpful and most importantly, expressed themselves to be true enthusiasts of music themselves. They may be “salesmen”, but they came off more as highly knowledgeable fellow shoppers that had very straightforward and non-salesy opinions of the Breedlove acoustics and G&L electrics I was looking into. I had a really fun time trying out at least 10 different guitars in a relaxed but helpful atmosphere. Importantly, every guitar they had on the wall was expertly setup with appropriately filed nuts, adjusted saddles, and perfect relief on the necks. The Breedlove Organic Series Concerto I purchased was legitimately came as perfectly setup as you can get right off the display wall. I just with they had a store in my hometown of New Orleans, LA.
Friendly & knowledgeable but took longer than expected to get instrument serviced. I was told would be called the next day with estimate, & it was 3 days before I received the call. I told them I had to get instrument back by a specific date for a performance, he said “not a problem”, I was calling them to get it back 4 days before performance, & was able to pick it up the day before it. They kept it for a month, & I was never able to speak directly to guy doing service which was not cheap. Don’t be in a hurry when dealing with them!
Very helpful and friendly
Attended a Breedlove Guitar Showcase. Art’s Music Shop in-store acoustic guitar lineup includes Breedlove, Michael Kelly, and Yamaha.
You should think about buying an instrument from another source, this place is a money pit, will find ways to charge you more than you should have to pay. They have in-house repair but will charge alot for any normal wear and tear, when you turn in a rental instrument after just 4 months rental. Ended up spending around $500. Should have bought an instrument elsewhere and would have owned it for that amount. Wish I had listened to my intuition. Lesson learned.
Arts is overpriced.
If you want to resell any instrument that you previously bought from this company, don’t do it. Don’t waste your time. You will not be offered anything close to what the store sold the instrument to you before.
