I and my husband went in and I haven’t played in a while and so I was unsure about my knowledge and the man was super nice and knowledgeable and I was so excited just to get a guitar but he was happy to share his knowledge and be personable differently going back for any other musical instruments or advice!!
A great locally owned music shop! Very generous owners used grant money to buy masks and bell covers for the entire school district in town during the pandemic! Great for repairs as well.
I called and they were knowledgeable, helpful, and fun to talk to. They had competitive prices on the strings I wanted!
Nice employee and nice store.
It’s ok
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff
i’ve brought my instrument here three times in the same month because they won’t fix it properly but claim it’s fixed when i pick it up, very limited knowledge on instruments. and they made me pay for it every single time when they should have fixed it the first time given it’s the same issue.
Terrible service. Very limited knowledge of instruments. Only intetested in orchestra instruments according to their employee. Used to have friendly employees who were knowledgeable. No more.

Hear ye! Hear ye! Come one come all to the best music store in FOCO!!!! Seriously If you’re your new to the game, a local musician, or just passing through this is your place.
Even though they knew that we weren’t planning to spend much on my daughter’s guitar, they took the time to help us and answer all of our questions. They even let us try the beautiful used cello they had. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and good prices on a good assortment of quality used instruments; what else could you ask for? Brandon, especially, is a real peach.
Great shop! These folks know their stuff and love what they do, can’t wait to visit again and again!
Good deals and knowledgeable staff .
Pricey stuff. But good condition. Great service. Would love to go back and see what else I may want to get in the future
Asked about where to repair my amp, told him I had it looked at by a local sound guy that has been repairing amps for decades(including four of mine, which I was very happy with) but wasn’t sure if I wanted to return it to the factory to be refurbished. The guy behind the counter(the manager) took that opportunity to bash the guy I went to(pretty excessively), and try to convince me his amp guy would be better than having it factory refurbished. It was rude, unprofessional and I’m doubt I’ll ever be back in the store.
A little pricey for used
Had good experiences in the past here both buying and selling but chose to offer me $200 for $1500 worth of bass gear. At least guitar center offered me 50% of the total worth. Avoid if you are selling. If you are buying check EVERYTHING over as much of the wind instrument stock has issues.
EDIT: Went back last week to trade another guitar. The salesperson claimed that the neck was twisted (so they of course couldn’t buy it) which was debunked later by a good luthier. I really want to like this store but they don’t employ honest people.
Came in with my wife yesterday. Picked your sign off the ground on my way in the store… someone thanked me. that was the only employee interaction I had in 10 minutes of browsing. Not a single person offered me help or asked me if I wanted to play anything. I was here to spend money. you have 500$ shecktor that would have been sold. and the 170 bass would have been also. and a wireless pickup system. but i felt like i wasn’t valued, i grabbed a couple strings and left. oh well i guess?
