Sergio is amazing and super talented! He’s a fantastic teacher if you want to learn guitar!
Sergio has an enormous and contagious passion for music, which makes him a phenomenal teacher. I started studying with him 3 months ago (after not playing for almost 30 years). His classes (a mix of practice, theory and history of music) are exciting and I always leave them having learned new things. From the very beginning he asked me what my goals were and he encouraged me to play, improvise and explore. I highly recommend Sergio for any person wanting to learn and love the guitar!
I started taking lessons with Sergio without knowing how to play guitar at all and I was able to pick it up rather quickly because of how awesome of a teacher he is. I took lessons for about two years because I loved learning from Sergio and because I simply liked hanging out with him. He is an incredibly patient person who is very easy to get along with. He felt more like a friend than a guitar teacher. That’s not to say that he didn’t push me though. You definitely have to put in the work if you want to succeed, but Sergio will give you all of the tools you will possibly need. I haven’t been able to play as much guitar as I’ve wanted to in the last couple of years, but every time I go back and pick up my guitar, I can still play (decently well) some of the technical songs that Sergio taught me years ago. I think this is a testament to the techniques and foundation that Sergio instilled in me. I would definitely recommend Sergio because he is an amazing guitar teacher and an even better person!
3. The big Instrument
Address: 2400 Naegele Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80904 , Colorado City , Colorado , United States
I recently bought a guitar at a pawn shop and wanted to up grade it. About my experience: 5 stars all the way. Here is why. Initially I contacted this place through email explaining what I would like done with my guitar. I get an email back the next day with all kinds of info about the guitar I bought that I didn’t even know. So I make an appointment. I get there. Angelo was very informative, and super laid back. He even updated me with video footage on the progress of the repairs he was doing. I can’t say enough good things honestly. Really cool dude. The work is a fair price, and the place is conveniently located near me. You will not be disappointed with service.
when restoring, designing,or even an upgrade to guitars or lapsteels….the big instrument is the best….i had my non-pedal steel re-designed,with new electronics….a beautiful blue heavenly finish….p90 pick-up….volume and tone added…new designed legs making it more stable… it came out great….i also had my telecaster upgraded….frets smoothed….it plays so much better….here you will enjoy a friendly atmosphere….with knowledge to spare….thank you to the big instrument…
Great work, knowledgeable, easy to work with, with a quick turnaround. I’ve worked with a lot of guitar repair people in my life and would highly recommend getting work done here.
4. Piano Marvel & Music Marvel Academy
Address: 2090 Main St, Rye, CO 81069 , Colorado City , Colorado , United States
This my kind of music store. I get my harmonicas here, excellent instruments at a fair price. I also get sheet music and books, cables, mic stands, etc. Always great service.
Very professional very fast service. Explain what’s wrong they have a wide selection in the store they have great instruments the gentleman working there are very knowledgeable that customers are always made to feel welcome would definitely recommend to anyone who plays music or has an instrument to check them out and see what the hype is all about there a small store but understandably so they have the best service to explain it to you in plain terms what needs to be done and they try to get you the best price the best everything which is Fantastical they made my daughter’s dreams come true
Damien is the best luthier in Pueblo. I will bring in more guitars for him to tune-up. He’s very professional and knows his trade. I highly recommend Elledge Music. Five stars.
Classic hometown music store. Big plus is luthiers on site. I love the clutter, too.
Really nice man who’ll help you with anything owns this place. Been in Pueblo forever!
Nice owner. Friendly place. Very helpful.
Music store is very messy with a poor selection of instruments. Repair shop is questionable.
Not very helpful he dont know what he’s selling.
I called, and inquired as to whether he purchased instruments at his location. I am new to the area. He responded “that’s why I have a music store, to buy and sell instruments”. When I gave him my instrument model (custom Ibanez in wonderful condition), he responded again by changing his statement. He said “I have too many instruments, I only want to sell”. I don’t leave reviews often, but this seemed necessary for future shoppers here.
6. Mountain States Musical
Address: 311 E Abriendo Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004 , Colorado City , Colorado , United States
Little shop, big selection of guitars. The staff here are friendly and have lots of great stories to tell.
Not a great place for drum-related items.
I stopped in today to buy my boyfriend a guitar, the customer service and friendliness of the staff was amazing as they helped me choose the perfect guitar. I’m proud to support mom and pops and I most definitely will be back! Thanks for the personalized service.
Bought a guitar there and am very happy with the quality and price. Great local store.
Jim and Jesse are really helpful, and a great selection of guitars.
These guys got all the guitars. that’s about it, a couple other instruments.
I’ve had several guitars set up at Mountain States Musical in the past. The work was well-performed and done quickly. I wish the review ended there.
Recently (as in this afternoon), I took two guitars in to have them set up. When asked where I got them, I truthfully said I got them both on the Internet, one as a brand new instrument from an authorized Fender dealer and the other as a used private party sale. The new Strat needed basic intonation and action set as well as having some sprouting fret ends filed down. The used Dot needed just intonation and action setup.
Immediately after this, I was quoted $125-130 each to do the setup work on them including a $90 “up charge for Internet instruments.” When I asked why the up charge, I was told it was because most Internet instruments are junk and are tons of work (paraphrased) at which point I packed up the guitars and left.
While I can understand charging more money for more challenging instrument setups, where an instrument was procured doesn’t really factor into the equation. A Fender Strat from Musician’s Friend doesn’t require more or less work to set up than a Fender Strat from Guitar Center (and in fact they’re the same company).
I’m very disappointed that I’ll probably have to take these guitars to another shop to have them set up since I’ve been happy with their work in the past. I won’t be returning.
Been by there half a dozen times, can never catch them open.
No marching drum sticks.. No practice pads….
7. Marck Time Music
Address: 2318 Jones Ave, Pueblo, CO 81004 , Colorado City , Colorado , United States
Friendly pricing is fair and they take time to talk to you this is a very good place to go to for your instruments
Amazing.
The lady’s there are nice.
Convenient friendly hometown music store
Had my mouth piece i needed.
Dropped off a clarinet for servicing. Waited 2.5 weeks and herd nothing from this shop. Went on to check on it and was told the man that does the work on instruments was out and it would be a few more days. Waited another week. No one called us. Went back to check on it and was told he would look at it in the next 2 days. Waited 3 days and no call again. Went to the shop to pick it up. Told them someone was supposed to service the instrument and it’s been a month we have waited and no one has even called us. The lady just stood there looking lost. Almost like she didn’t know where she was. Take your instrument elseware to have it serviced. This shop needs new management, badly.
Good takes from this. The shop is very clean and neat. The people that run it are very friendly. I really hate to see such a well maintained LOCAL business in this shape. I do hope they can correct whatever is weong internally.
My family has purchased many instruments from this provider, and I still got stiffed. I traded in 2 moderate level open holed flutes and put an $800.00 deposit on a flute and the owner stiffed me. She charged me full price for the flute and did not even give me a trade in value for the flute that i traded in. I am almost 100% certain they also gave me the wrong flute. I paid this flute off, but i am extremely upset.
Please reach out to me to me for different instrument providers. I live in Colorado Springs and there are several places up here that I can provide to you!
DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!
The repair man still hasn’t fixed one of my pads after I’ve tasked l taken it in multiple times
8. Meeker Music Inc
Address: 624 N Tejon St, Colorado Springs, CO 80903 , Colorado City , Colorado , United States
They are a local owned business that is always willing to help you with your next rental or purchase. I really like the staff and they know how to treat customers.
Very helpful gathering items to begin Clarinet for school!!
Brought my oboe in for a thorough look over and received it back quicker than anticipated. Fast and thorough service with a call letting me know it was done early! Highly recommend!
A good selection of musical instruments or to get advice from the musical community. They do lessons as well
Friendly, family owned music store.
The people are knowledgeable & friendly. Hats off to Sara.
Over this place and their terrible customer service. There staff is so unfriendly and lazy. After 5 years of patience with their staff, I can’t handle it anymore.
We needed a larger instrument and the lady tried to say we would be fine with the size down. When we explained that our daughter’s teacher said she needed the larger size, she was upset because she had to go upstairs for it. I’m not even joking.
Not only that, we were given an instrument with a broken case because they didn’t have a proper one on hand. They suggest I sew it myself. They later replaced it after that one broke and I had to follow up on the previous replacement.
Any time we’ve been in the store, we have been greeted with ignorance and rude attitudes. I won’t even get into the recent situation but I have had it and will never rent or purchase from meeker music again. What a terrible establishment.
For a music store, not many options for accessories for electric guitars
Was just there planning on buying a new instrument. Had a few hundred dollars in my pocket and walking in I wasn’t even looked at by the lady at the register. Upon playing the stringed instruments for about 15 minutes (mind you half that time I was tuning them all for them) I was told I had 5 minutes to buy something or I’d be asked to leave. It’s a shame I had my eye on a Washburn electric mandolin, strings, cables and rosin… could have been a 400 dollar sale but with that kind of rudeness I’ll take my business to one of the stores I frequent. BYE
9. Music Go Round Colorado Springs
Address: 410 W Fillmore St, Colorado Springs, CO 80907 , Colorado City , Colorado , United States
Great prices, and quick communication! Excited to try my new reverb pedal!
Absolutely phenomenal! This shop has come under new ownership, and he is doing it right! Bigger/more vast inventory. More knowledgeable staff. He even created a 3rd party shop, for the best instrument technician in Colorado Springs! Max will blow you away with his technical prowess! And the shop owner let’s it be possible, with his exclusive inventory!
Nice used selection
Call on a piece of audio equipment and was helped with the holding of the item until I could come from Denver to purchase it. Store has a good selection of guitars and pro sound equipment.
Website says you can rent instruments at Music Go Round, walked in and you can’t. Nice employees though
Decent enough selection of electric guitars. Ok selection of keyboards. I think the store is worth stopping by.
I was not impressed with their cellos and violins. (Acoustic room in general). I understand they are used instruments, but half of their selection was missing strings, and strings so loose it was unplayable.
Overall, the store is worth checking out if you just love instruments.
They act like they don’t want me there, weird way to do business.Ive bought a guitar several pedals cases and strings there,as well as selling those things to them. Now the new people ignore me when I want to buy things or to inquire about it.I was going to buy a 2×12 speaker and boss delay,as the salesman was supposed to get the pedal out of the case, someone else came and started talking to him he and just talked to him and left me standing there. But it’s a good thing because they wanted $20 less for a model dd-6 than what I can get a dd-8 for brand new!
Not helpful
Took advantage of my wife’s lack of knowledge and sold her an over priced lemon of amp.
10. Guitar Center
Address: 5759 N Elizabeth St #150, Pueblo, CO 81008 , Colorado City , Colorado , United States
I personally think they should incorporate Google Pay/Apple pay, other than that staff was super nice and useful!
music shop with anything music related you could need or want. from amps, mics, speakers, lighting, guitars, literally anything a band or musician could ask for.
Always is very accommodating to what my husband needs.
If you’re a big spender you’ll get great customer service! In fact you’ll get pushed ahead of the line. Happened to me just today. I was next in line and 2 people got to go ahead of me. My purchase? Only about $26. The 2 that got waited on before me? $100 or more. Well Guitar Center you lost your little $26 sale today and all future sales from me and my family.
Rude
No one wanted to help me, so I had to search for someone. I asked some questions about a guitar that had buzzing. The sales guy played it, said I was playing it wrong and left the room. I don’t have any buzzing on my three other guitars. A lot of the guitars had grubby fingerprints all over them. Not sure I’ll be back to this store.
11. Moondog Music Shop
Address: 1716 W Uintah St, Colorado Springs, CO 80904 , Colorado City , Colorado , United States
This place is the BEST music store in Colorado Springs that I have found, and I am pretty confident that I’ve exhausted them all. I went in looking for a banjo for my husband, and the owner was so nice and helpful. I would say that this is one of the few places in town that has both a good selection of high-end string instruments for the pro AND affordable ones for a beginner. He was also honest with me about the quality I could expect at a certain price point but was not at all pushy. He ordered an additional banjo for me to look at, letting me know that he wanted to have it in stock anyway. I will definitely be returning here for any future work on our banjo or uke, and I may even sign us up for some lessons.
Everyone says this place is always closed when they say that they will be open. Well unfortunately that is the reality I too have experienced. Multiple times I’ve tried to visit during posted operating hours but I can never seem to catch the store open. I’ll keep trying though maybe they need some extra help like a part time employee. We need local musical instrument stores or all there’s gonna be is guitar center.
2nd time I’ve stopped by during advertised open hours and shop is closed. I mentioned this to a friend and he laughed… Apparently it’s pretty difficult to figure out their schedule even though it’s posted on their front window and on the internet. He told me that’s definitely their reputation around town. Maybe it’s an amazing shop. I keep trying to find out.
Stopped by to get a guitar and they are closed. Wish I would have know this, I wouldn’t have drove across town to come here.
Not that great, I went in there with high expectations and came out disappointed. First, I got blatantly ignored, the person who worked there was talking to another person and didn’t acknowledge my existence, He didn’t say anything like ”I’ll be with you in one moment” NOTHING! I stood there awkwardly for about 10 minutes, finally the guy stopped catching up with the other customer and got to me quite UN- enthusiastically.
12. Scero Guitars
Address: 1913 Pioneer Rd, Pueblo, CO 81008 , Colorado City , Colorado , United States
One of the best sounding guitars I have ever played.
Great find! Brought my bass to Louis for a string change/set up and went home with a super player! So good to find a local, independent with the skills and care to help with such service. Thank you!
Highly recommend. Louis is a super nice guy and really knows Guitars. Very helpful and great service.
If I could turn back time, I would. Hand made guitars is thrown out there loosely by Louis… mostly CNC like the big Coorporate names. I was drawn to this Company because I read five 5 Star Reviews… huge regret after getting what I got from them. A 3 month project turned to a 6 month nightmare. Original plan was going to end with me driving down there on a weekend to personally pick up this “Handmade” Guitar which was going to make it that much more special. Received a couple of phone calls in between the 6 months to inform me about why this Build was taking longer than usual. I kept my cool thinking it would add to the experience on having to wait longer for “High Quality Top Notch Product”. The day finally came when I was asked to pay the second payment in full before shipping it to me. I did… I paid and waited. 2 days later, I received a text from UPS stating that my guitar had just been dropped off at the front door. “No Signature Required”… just left at the front door for the world to see. Being a busy busy single parent with work and everything in between, it took me about 3-4 days to finally Crack open that case with a sloppy stenciled spray painted logo to find a beautiful guitar with a handful of flaws. I reached out to Mr. Scutti but started making excuses about the Delivery Driver having dropped it during shipping blah blah blah. Long story short… I paid almost 3K for a horrible experience and having to make final adjustments to be able to play this man’s Guitar. I don’t even consider it. I played it a couple of times and got absolute ZERO inspiration. I have planned on taking the electronics and transferring them into a 30 Dollar Squier Tele I just got at the Pawn Shop and leave the 3K dollar nightmare hanging on the wall to serve as a reminder that there are still great salesmen out there. No hard feelings, only stating the facts.
13. Guitar Center
Address: 535 N Academy Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80909 , Colorado City , Colorado , United States
Had exactly the cable we needed for our sound system at church! Thank you!
One of my all-time favorite spots. Extremely friendly and educated staff. Plus I love seeing that they’ve expanded the store.
Excellent!!!!
I know… It’s the evil Guitar Center… But they employ a lot of people over local stores, actually have gear I want and the used online pool of instruments and cheap shipping are a win! Plus I have 45 days to return it.
My local GC has knowledge player’s and I shop the three independent store’s as well. But I have no issues with GC.
Plus I just got a sweet used Jazz at a great price
Excellent staff!! Lots of toys. Wish it didn’t have such a “big box store” feel. That’s why I took off a star. But the staff is great!!!
Good selection and friendly staff
This location is a mess. The keyboard/pa amp room looks like a storage room. Online inventory has nothing to do with actual inventory. Sales people with little to no product knowledge. It’s no wonder GC filed for bankruptcy with stores like this one. I won’t be back.
Stood at the counter for 15 minutes while the employees stood around and talked with each other. I finally just left.
As far as GC goes, it’s probably the worst experience I’ve had in one of their shops. All of the sales reps were rude and they dont seem to do any sort of communication with the repair department. I stood there and watched a rep tell a customer to turn down because he was on the phone. Excuse me? It’s not the library , also I was there ipt wasnt that loud. Then he uttered under his breath something about not wanting to deal with customers who dont listen Here is a hint if you dont like your job , do something else. Also if you’re several weeks behind dont tell people you’ll have it in a week. Also make sure you tell the sales people realistic time frames to give customers. I found a guy in Manitou who’s been a luthier for 50 years. Took care of me same day and didnt quote me nearly $200. Get it together GC also bring back the pro discount. Otherwise you’re just the Walmart of guitars. Hard pass.
14. ProSound Music
Address: 2235 Academy Pl, Colorado Springs, CO 80909 , Colorado City , Colorado , United States
Great! Helpful cheerful staff! Pleasant shopping experience!
these guys know whats up, very knowledgeable and willing to help. guitar center has lost a customer. prosound has a musicians feel to the place, where most music shops seem like they belong in a mall somewhere.
Great store, helpful staff. Checked out a piece of equipment for me at no charge. I will be back.
Can find what you need.
Nice place. Nice people. They focus on guitars, drums, stuff for bands.
Well priced guitars and equipment. The people there were very nice and helped me find what i was looking for.
This place looks like a garage sale threw up on it. Even the parking lot is literal garbage. Inside is confused and akward. Looked like a swap meet.
Aweful! Just awful. My husband used to work there, went to them when he passed away from Cancer to resell some of his gear he left us, the offered WAY less than market value. Don’t sell your gear there.
The quote only covered 10 pieces, didn’t account for the rest. NOT ok. Felt scammed.
And if that wasn’t enough, the manager raised his voice to me when I said no to the offer. The other guys there were incredibly helpful though in unloading and loading the two car fulls of equipment. I think that was the straw that broke the camel’s back. I’ll never ever go back! Not ever.
They have a terrible selection of drums, Their gear is as out dated as their staff who perseve themselfs as “rock stars”. They do not honor their own return policy, and try and talk down to you for finding better gear elsewhere. It’s pretty sad that they are forcing any serious musician to have to shop at guitar center. I will never go to this store let alone purchase from them again.
15. Music & Arts
Address: 2872 N Powers Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80922 , Colorado City , Colorado , United States
This seems like a place for kids in band but they do have some good deals on cheap guitars like epiphone/Squier. Some decent fx pedals as well. Seem like nice folks. Even gave me a mask when I forgot mine.
Love this store! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. The manager, Tristan helped me find a new bass amp and even restrung my bass for free! He also gave me some helpful info on music lessons. I will be visiting here regularly!
Karissa was so helpful and even stayed late to re-string my guitar when a string broke last minute! Great service and selection of products.
Large selection very helpful staff and you can even get free guitar lessons different days of the week
Very nice service l and I got an epic instrument
Great time getting my daughter to handle different guitars. Very knowledgeable.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I rented an instrument from them back in 2020 when schools locked down during the early days of Covid. I then returned the instrument in October of 2021. Everything seemed fine. A few months went by and I noticed I they started charging me monthly again, so I called them to dispute it. They said that they had no record of my returning the instrument. Since it had been MONTHS I couldn’t locate my return receipt. And that’s it. They’ve been charging me ever since. YEARS NOW. With seemingly no way to get them to stop. What a joke. They’re just like every other subscription company looking to swindle you.
I have made a complaint against this company with the BBB
Worst company in Colorado Springs. Do not sign contract with them or do any business what so ever. They charge my account after the account was closed and refuse to get me any refund. Their excuse is that their system is new and it is backed up. Basically they treat people like they are idiots. When I first started with them they say that if class is cancelled they would issue refund and I am still waiting for 3 classes of refund after I have been promised that they will posted a week ago. They will tell you that corporate does that, but they are lying. Their corporate office told me that the refund has to be issued in the store. The store apologized and said that they cannot do that and ticket has to be summited and that was 11 days ago. The company is runned by bunch of crooks on local level who just want to take you money and have no intention of giving you the money back.
Unknowledgeable in pricing. Was told deposit was required with 2 or more instruments, ok that’s fine. Have been in contact with the 888 number to make payments and what not. Call to make a payment today, one is in collections. They are under 2 separate accounts, so I have only been paying on one instrument. Ask the 800 number why I had a deposit for 2 or more instruments if they are separate accounts anyway. I was informed that deposit is just based on customer. According to reviews this location loves to lie. Very displeased with my experience with music and arts. I will most definitely be checking my other options out next year. This has been a nightmare.
16. Graner School of Music
Address: 4460 Barnes Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80917 , Colorado City , Colorado , United States
We rented my son’s horn for three years. The rental was as easy as the return. He’s moved on to guitar and is able to find whatever he needs at Graner. Love working with Charlotte and her staff. Thankful to have local business that loves my community as much as I do! Thanks Charlotte for loving music and sharing it with all of us! Music makes our kids smarter and soothes our souls.
Graner is my go-to for piano scores, they have a great selection and it seems every time I visit I leave with a new music book in hand. They have also been more than happy to order anything for me if out of stock. Take that, Amazon! Great service and accommodations always. Have also used their recital hall a couple times for the AMS recital and it’s a great space. I consistently recommend this store to all my friends.
Loved the store and customer service! We got tons of help for our son to pick the right instrument. The salesman was very patient and detailed. Prices are also very reasonable!
Great service, very helpful!
Great place for kids to get musical lessons, voice lessons and books and instruments. They also do repairs here
Very helpful. Explained all contracts well, good with kids, instructors onsite. Staff helpful.
Did not repair what they said they were going to repair. I trusted them and only realized when my kid went to play it. If they make it right I will update my review. This is absolutely horrible. I can’t believe they would do this to a local school teacher.
Chelsea with Graner music is the most unprofessional and unreasonable person I have ever dealt with. I would highly encourage you to go with another company and not rent equipment through this one. The principal at my child’s school forewarned me about Graner and I wish I would have listened.
Went to exchange guitar string, and wow what an attitude. Now I will remove my grandkids from their guitar lessons school. And take them some where else. Yoga can thank your sales guy at the guitat counter fir these.
17. Square Music Company
Address: 2332 Vickers Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80918 , Colorado City , Colorado , United States
Just bought an Ibanez bass guitar from them at a really great price. Cordell was super helpful in making sure that everything worked the way it should and that it would fit my needs. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy my consumables from Square moving forward
Square Music is a great music and repair shop for musicians AND Music Therapists in the Springs area! Cordell has helped repair my guitar by leveling the fret boards, as well as helped add a peg to my ukulele to make the playing experience better for my music therapy clients. The turnaround times for repairs are quick and the rates are reasonable. Check them out if you haven’t already!
P.S. They also offer Music Therapy Services and instrument lessons.
Brought my classic guitar in last week for new strings. The owner took to the time to do it right. You can tell that they know their business and care about their customers.
Dead business. No one answered the door, or phone during normal business hours. Would have liked to drop some $$$ on a local business, but I guess I’ll go to another major retailer.
18. Quality Street Music
Address: 2310 W 13th St, Pueblo, CO 81003 , Colorado City , Colorado , United States
Our experience was great! All of the staff were super friendly, super attentive, and WOW Super attractive!!
I don’t remember the name of the burrito my wife had, but I had the pork and avocado. It was excellent! Pork was super juicy, and the sauce was just right! The bread pudding was awesome!!
All in all it was good food, and reasonable prices. I will definitely stop in here again.
The chicken relleno was amazing! Its was a butterflied, grilled chicken breast topped with two grilled, stuffed green chilies over a bed of poblano-cream sauce. I could eat a bowl of the cream sauce! The portions were big enough to split if you are a light eater or big enough to fill up a 24 y.o. athlete. Make the drive and eat here, you won’t be disappointed.
Good food, decent pricing
Vegetarian options: Not sure what all, but I did see some.
We stopped for lunch at Three Sisters while passing through the area. It is conveniently right off I-25 and highway 165. It was a beautiful day so we ate outside and enjoyed the views of Greenhorn Mountain. Our server was friendly and our food and drinks were brought out quickly. The food was excellent – I had a BLT with avocado and it was delicious, probably best BLT I’ve had. Overall, we had a great dining experience and would definitely eat here again if in the area.
I got sick, but I think it was from my drink.
When I moved here last year I couldn’t eat at the three sisters enough. Food was great, service great, location was great. This year you can’t eat here comfortably and carry on a conversation. They’ve installed a new music system and management refuses to turn music down or to teach the staff how to do so. Very disappointed. Had my family out tried to eat here twice couldn’t carry on a conversation
After spending 3 days in the nearby travel center/rest area working on my pickup, and finally got it up and running…..I decided to treat myself by eating out. There’s not much to choose from in Colorado City, believe me … I decided to give 3 Sisters a chance and called in my order from there parking lot….
2 orders of wings, and an order of onion rings….
Price $33.00…..the wings were micro-waved, which made them tougher than shoe leather, and I had to use a knife to get the meat off the bone… and the onion rings….all grease, and over cooked!!!!!
A total disappointment, and I will never return to eat there again, and I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE…. try the other BBQ restaurant out by the interstate….. I’ll bet my bottom dollar, it’ll be way better than at 3 Sisters….. evidently there master chef they refer to on there website either quit or took the day off…. in closing, they should have paid me to try and eat it…do yourself a favor…. and stop someplace else.. it will be worth your time and effort.
Respectfully,
Daniel & “Just-Us”
