Caffeinated is a super friendly local coffee shop. The ladies, Marisa and Natalie, are warm and helpful, always making me feel welcome. The pastries are fantastic, too.
Stopped just for Coffee. Nice little Cafe but they can’t make a good Americano. Paper Cup and dumping boiling water on top of the expresso destroys the coffee.
Kid-friendliness: Very nice employees
Great places. There have been a couple time when my order was messed up. I think it was just a newer employee learning, so it is to be expected.
Love Taylor Maid coffee beans but their barristas ruin the whole cup of Joe because they don’t know there’s a technique to making a good cup of espresso
THIS COFFEE JOINT GETS NEGATIVE FIVE STARS FOR HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I unfortunately had a run in with a stout, middle-aged mean woman, who I am assuming to be the head manager (?) of the “Caffeinated” coffeeshop this morning. I am an out-of-town visitor from southern California and am currently on work leave dealing with serious political issues affecting my job. At first, I thought this coffee shop was cool, as it was a great place to enjoy coffee and remotely work on my computer in the morning on some difficult work-related issues. This coffeeshop was just down the street from Colusa’s fabulous state campground, where my friend and I were “ruffin’ it” for a few days to switch up our routine.
This morning was perhaps my seventh and unfortunately last visit to “Caffeinated,” as I was rudely approached by this woman, who I am assuming to be the manager of the property, who felt entitled to suddenly sit down at my work table, WITHOUT A MASK, to interrogate me about all my personal details: what am I working on, where am I from, why am I here, why be here in Colusa and not somewhere else? Like why in the hell is this any of her business? Apparently, one of the staff ladies made a false and offending complaint about me to this manager. The complaint was that “I spent too much time in the bathroom,” which led to conversational assumptions that I was homeless, and that I was bathing and making a big mess in the bathroom, and I was in there for extensive amounts of time. If anyone would like to know the “dirty details” of this morning’s routine: >>> Based on my needing to relieve myself three times, potty squatting a few minutes with each visit, over 3 or 4 hours of my working there, I think I used the bathroom quite normally. Otherwise, I ordered coffee, made friendly chatter with a couple of locals, sat in the corner, worked on the computer, and kept to myself, like any good ordinary coffeeshop customer.
And as soon as this lady found out I will be leaving this town today, she said, “Okay.” and abruptly left the table as suddenly as she came. And then she publicly blurted out to her staff, “Oh, she’ll be leaving today, so let it go.” The way how this lady manager approached me and interrogated me, abruptly and rudely, and in a very entitled and nosy way, AND WITHOUT OBSERVING ANY COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS, she made me feel extremely uncomfortable and even to the point of humiliation on the premises of her own business. Never had I been in a situation where staff went out of their way to make up false bathroom occupation claims, in which the assumptions led to bathing and homelessness. THIS WOMAN REALLY CROSSED THE LINE WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND THIS SITUATION WAS BASICALLY CUSTOMER HARASSMENT.
I really try my very best to support local, small-town coffeeshops, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had in such a venue. I returned to the state campground in the early afternoon, and a couple of locals happened to validate my experiences of this now-wretched place. In random conversation with my friend, these Colusa residents stated that the people who run that coffeeshop don’t treat the customers or the employees very well. I am so sad to hear, and now I’m just another victim of it. Usually, I want the small guy to win. I want the David’s of coffeehouses to survive in the Goliath industry of Starbucks. But unfortunately, I discovered why this coffeeshop is so small and self-limiting.
To go out of your way to make offensive and grandiose statements, along with overstepping your bounds to interrogating me to the point of harassment, I will NEVER set foot in this coffee joint ever again. And now Caffeinated can enjoy the menu of KARMA: “You Get Served What You Deserve:” an unfortunate and honest review. (see full review in image)

Its fun staff isnt as friendly as should be and the pay out isnt that good
Love the rewards I received this month much better than any casino thus far wish I was having better luck on the winning end time will tell the driver is a little far but with the rewards I think it’s worth it can’t wait too see what next month rewards will be just as good
Love coming here to stay the night to play and eat. The new bbq restaurant is pretty good, although there’s no more seafood buffet. Rooms are clean and modern, but there is no way to play anything streaming. There’s a fridge in the room, but no microwave. Firm bed, but surprisingly comfortable. Unfortunately, there are only double beds, no queens!
Doesn’t pay well and security personnel is always rude and bullish
It was ok . I have better days winning. Today break even so it’s ok.
No excitement even on a Saturday night. I was very disappointed. If I could have collected half as much in cash as I did suicidal bugs I hit leaving the place, it would’ve been a little less disappointing.

It was an easy process and the staff were great and helpful
Outstanding experience! Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All the staff was first class! We’ll done.
Josh and Trish are the best and worked wonderfully with me. They kept me informed and were very speedy in getting my vehicle taken care of.
was a good deal, Chris Costas was good guy.
Low pressure. Folks have been easy to work with. Very competitive on pricing
Being used to going to bigger oil change places in the past, this place is way too small for me, but hey; it doesn’t matter as long as they do what they are supposed to do, I am ok with that. Again, being a “spoiled” customer that I am, I miss not having my car washed after they change the oil…and that’s why you don’t get 5 stars from me….sorry
Went in on Monday afternoon to see what my trade in was worth. Not only did they low ball a truck that is very desirable. But they low balled it by thousands of dollars. They weren’t even close to what KBB said the truck was worth on trade. The truck is a 2022 ram 3500 HO limited longhorn with only 12,300 miles on it. It’s in perfect condition and needs no work done to it whatsoever. My family’s farm has been doing business with this location for years and after yesterday. I think it’s time we start doing business elsewhere and start recommending our friends and family to do the same as well. What’s the point of buying locally when they try to screw you over….
Ive been buying cars from Hoblit for years , but however this visit wasnt so great! My mother ended up buying a use Toyota Tacoma with bald tires. The tires are at the wear indicator markers. Im am surprised the service Manager let this pass through the safety inspection. When i had addressed it to our salesman he had then said let me bring it to the GSM to see what he can do. He had then came back and said there isnt anything we can do! Wow!! What made me upset is that he was very Rude and wasn’t very professional what so ever for being a manager there at Chevrolet Hoblit! Very disappointed! I give just 2 stars this visit! Will not be returning to this Hoblit location.
Thanks
The Garcia’s
I went to trade in a 2019 wrangler rubicon unlimited That’s in excellent condition the other day and to no surprise this dealerships name may have changed but the way they do business hasn’t. The female employee was nice. But if you want a low ball offer by a sales manager then this is the place to go. I’ve never bought a vehicle from this dealership and I don’t why anyone would want to buy a new or pre owned vehicle in Colusa when you can go to yuba city, Roseville or Elk Grove and save thousands of dollars more on a new or used vehicle when buying from them.

This place was great such a smooth transaction and they even took care of washing and filling my gas. Its kind of out of the way but if you go there check out this town its amazing.
Experience was awesome! Brandan meet me at the dealership on his day off to make sure I got the truck I wanted!! Was in and out.
Great service from great people.
the price they quoted was $65. less than the final bill but other than that everything was great.
Call it crazy, but we decided to go car shopping on Friday afternoon of 4th of July weekend. Hoblit had what we wanted, but the dealership was 7 hours of from our home. Steven and Miguel had everything ready for us when we arrived a hour before closing, on the 3rd of July. Thanks guys for the car of my dreams. Even though Hoblit is not my local dealer, I will check their site next time we are looking for a new car.
I have taken my truck in for oil change and the service is really good. I have had no problems with any issue . Great job to guys how work there.
First let me say that Josh the salesman was excellent! We felt that out of everyone we first had contact with josh was genuine. If the survey was just about him I’d give it five stars, but it’s not so that’s why Hoblit as a team gets two stars.
I’m going to say this now and again at the end of this review if you a buying a used vehicle from them please take it to your own private mechanic and have it inspected, because I can promise you they didn’t!
The finance guy was you typical used car salesman and I honestly got the impression that he felt he was doing us a favor by selling us a truck.
The truck we bought in our opinion was fair priced 2017 f350 diesel with 16,000 miles on it. It was a certified used vehicle. I’m not sure what good “certified” title is besides just being a tag line to sell cars. I don’t think they inspected anything on this truck. It had a broken tail light which could have happened on their lot so I won’t hold that against them.
Now for what they had control of the truck had a broken air dam, vibration at highway speeds, a filthy cabin air filter (which made the air condition barely work), mud caked on brakes and rotors, and squeaky doors when you opened them.
I realize this was a used truck but I feel that if you buy something you shouldn’t drive it home only to have to turn around and have the service department do a days worth of work on it and still leave the shop with a vibration.
Speaking of the service department I’m not overly impressed and haven’t decided if I’ll use them again.
If you are buying a used vehicle from them please take it to your mechanic and have them inspect it because I can promise you they didn’t!
Got a service done.. few days later my car was leaking coolant everywhere.. left me in the heat for 2 hours before a tow came and then couldn’t get the part .has had my car the whole weekend so I lost out on 500 dollars worth of work and has offered me No compensation!! Paid over 800 dollars for the service to end up losing out!
Garbage dealership. Well, can’t say that of course, since all dealers are shady and play bait and switch. Ordered a custom 23 raptor, Justin Hodge claimed that their dealer charges no markup and it’s their “company policy” to take care of their customers. Three months later with no communication about vehicle status, he calls and claims that “due to market demand the vehicle will now be charged $10k ADM”. Luckily, since I had a funny feeling about this dealer and sales, I also ordered two raptors from two states should any one of them pull the century old tactic. I can’t wait until the dealership model gets abolished so we can stop playing cat and mouse games. Avoid this place and sales at all cost. Total garbage.

Peaceful
Nice little park
Beautiful place to visit
Muy limpio perfecto
The outside bathroom was a godsend. Thank you Colusa.
Nice place well kept but the druggies were there
As a veteran of Colusa I am not paying to have my name put in a park that smells like urine and has a camera posted on a locked bathroom. Please fix this it’s embarrassing and It’s a public hygiene issue at this point. Random people travel through this town at all hour and just urinate wherever. It’s on highway 20 as well as being on path for anyone who needs or wants to get physical exercise in this town. When I was a teenager I personally used this restroom on my walk homes after the end of my shift at the refuge which was usually around 10 pm. I served the people of this town for 5+ years at the refuge before I left to serve this country in the Air Force and this park is an embarrassment to both of those things.
