Items arrived in perfect order and a few days earlier than expected!! Very happy with this store!
Great prices for high quality instruments and equipment. The employees are very fun and friendly, and are experts when it comes to music. They very much appreciate their customers, and take great care of them. If you are a musician, this store is definitely worth buying from. They even have music lessons, for people who are aspiring to be musicians.
Friendly & helpful people
Mixed bag. Some employees are great, others rude and condescending. Rude enough I’d rather go to a pawn shop than do further business here, which is a pity.
Nice people. I have gotten some good deals here
Case And bow is falling apart. I wouldn’t recommend musicworks to anybody. Complete rip off. I got a 15 inch viola and within a year I had to get rid of it, because it was poorly made.
I bought a Zero Glide zero fret nut replacement through Amazon, but it was fulfilled and shipped by Arkansas Musicworks. I bought it 8/3/18. It is now 8/12 and there has been no shipment. Amazon emailed that the seller had not shipped within the time frame allotted and that I could cancel the order, follow up directly with Arkansas Musicworks, or whatever. I cancelled and will buy elsewhere. Never a peep out Arkansas Musicworks. Small item but they totally dropped the ball. Now I wouldn’t trust them for anything I need or am in a rush for.
They ended up not being able to fix my guitar. Horrible. They scratched the finish on my custom guitar. Didn’t put my pickups back on correctly, or even all the way. They also thought my input jack was glued in, when it clearly isn’t. Made a passive-aggressive about the guitar. Don’t take your instruments here.

Not the same without David but still a great place!
Just easy to do. Ya know?
Nicely laid out store. Wish the employees know a bit more about their products.
Excellent customer service.
Good service and a nice selection
Good place to go for cheap items in a hurry, otherwise you’re better off going online or to a local shop. Their return policy is awful even though they upsell the insurance on every sale. Avoid this place for real gear.
Nothing in stock. Kinda rude.
One star about sums it up, I believe . . .

It’s a wonderful place, you can get any kind of musicians equipment down there that you need ; service is great and people are just wonderful. Bill’s the owner and he’s a wonderful guy you’ll enjoy just chatting with you, so if you need anything in the way of musician’s equipment stop by The exchange
The guys in the shop were very friendly and helpful in picking out what I need. Honesty seemed to be a big factor, and I expect to do more business with them in the future based on this experience.
Awesome place I’ve been in a few times just for a quick browse but today 4-22-23 I made my first purchase, I bought a new 5 string bass and a few other items and while waiting for my setup I learned some things from Bill I surly didn’t know he is very knowledgeable as is his wife and mark. I’ve always dealt with the corporate music stores but I won’t anymore give this store a chance you won’t go wrong.
Drove by & stopped because I’m new to the area and was looking for a music store. I’m a new drummer, so I was only curious about their drum supplies. Sadly, they had very little drum stuff, with only a handful of used cymbals for sale on display that I could try out.
The few drum sets they had were used, in bad condition & were stacked (not on stands or with heads on them). So, I was a bit disappointed.
Store looked a bit old, dirty & run down. The two guys working behind the counter were busy chatting with regular customers, but did welcome me when I entered the store. They were pleasant enough (which is why I gave 3 stars instead of 2). Wish they had more quality drum stuff to offer.
Nice enough staff. Lots of good inventory.
This place is very small and crowded with goods. Most of the things are for those who really want to rock out. Lots of amps and electronic equipment and electrified instruments. Very little acoustic. The photos you see on Google maps don’t quite represent as much what you see in the store because it looks from the pictures like there’s more acoustic than they’re actually is. But the staff seem to be very good at helping customers make decisions.
#accessibility accessibility is poor. There is a super steep ramp step to get into the store and then it’s crowded inside. My friend on crutches with a large service dog had a difficult time getting around inside. I had a small guide dog and found the quarters very cramped. I’m just mentioning this so that people will be aware. Next time I go in, I will leave my guide dog at home and use a white cane to navigate.
The vast majority of the store has everything for electric instruments. There’s a little teeny acoustic room in the back which is so small that you barely have enough room to turn around and certainly not enough room to change your mind. Again mentioning so the people know what to expect.
Bought a brand new acoustic guitar here after years of using this store for my musical needs. The guitar wasnt staying in tune and i noticed the intonation was a little off as well. I took it back 4 days later and they offered me 100 bucks for it. It was brand new and i spend 400 on it and bought a 150 dollar case as well. Thats not the way you treat repeat customers. I will never be returning to this store again.
Hate it I could not find a clarinet ,:(
Dropped a guitar off for the owner to look at. He told me over the phone he’d give $150 for it and only a few hours later when I came in to get the money he prints me a ticket off and hands me $100. I reminded him that wasn’t what we agreed on and all he said was “that’s all I can do unless you want me to undo the transaction”. Not good business in my opinion. He lost a customer over 50 bucks. :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
And now he’s calling me a liar. This isn’t some story I made up when I was bored, it actually happened. Remember the guitar was dropped off so it could be appraised. I don’t enjoy writing bad reviews but this one was earned.

There is no other place quite like this one. Antiques and music memorabilia they would normally expect to find in a museum can be found right here in Glenwood. I was fortunate enough to meet the owner a few years ago but but even today the story is still amazing
A unique mixture of a museum and store. I WOULD recommend it highly. If I am close I will definitely go back. It is an experience!
Good folks here
Interesting place not a store as much as a museum
13. Harps Food Stores

Always clean, hometown friendly and always has everything I need. I actually live in Siloam Springs, but drive out of my way to shop here.
Not bad prices but there was some items that I was going to get they were out of date their employees need to leave me to watch that but great customer service
Great service really helpful employees. Love it that employees go out of their way to help out with any questions .
Clean, medium size store. Great meat sales.
This is on the one in centerton ar it is awful, went there at 12:01 for some lunch to take home the special was gizzards I said ok I will have the special sorry they are not any she forgot to thaw ok let me have the 3 chicken lunch sorry there are no brest or legs and only one wing, ok mashed potatoes? No not fixed it is lunch time she did not care
Expensive with ordinary items, with the exception of a few cakes/sweets
Would leave zero stars if that was an option, last time, will shop in this store! $30 I spent for 4 items, highway robbery, compared to competitors, then they shorted me one of my items and required me to pay for it a second time
Absolutely unacceptable- never shop Harps!!

The location is very convenient, as I live only three blocks away. Anything I go there to get, I find nine times out of ten. The staff is friendly, and helpful. They stay open til eleven o’clock, which makes last minute decisions for ice cream easy and convenient.
Easy in and out
It was very dirty
People are rude there
It’s never clean. The parking lot is also nasty
Looks like a flea market exploded !!!!!!!!! The higher stars on this store must be the employees reviews because I have never seen such a horrific store!!! Dirty , prices are wrong, shelves are cluttered with wrong items, on-hands are wrong!! I could go on for hours !! Unhelpful store manager !! YOU SELL BROOMS, SO TAKE ONE AND SWEEP YOUR STORE!!!!!!! Take some pride in yourself and your store !!! UPDATE !!! JULY 4th 2020 – This morning rude man yelled at me that I made him come up front !!!!!!! is this real life!!!
