Dang it RedBox got me again. Classic easy rentals for the DVD player when the internet is down. I hate how they always get me with the late fee tho ;-;

The cashier was so incompetent that he shouldn’t be operating a register to begin with. I was buying 3 pk tuna that was $2.75. After they didn’t scan, he asked me to get another one off the shelf. The two I had wouldn’t scan so I knew another one wouldn’t scan either. I took a pic of the shelf label with the tuna to prove the price. Another cashier had to tell him you could type in the bar code when it wouldn’t scan. I almost walked out and left my stuff on the counter. Maybe he needs more training or moved to another position. I despise self check outs but I definitely would use one at this DG!

Always out of supplies and when I was in there they had the nerve to down grade a police officer which was a customer buying goods and always a mess. This place needs new management or employees.
Employees are very rude and Obviously do not want to be there and they let everybody know. The one and Pinson has their computer locking up and shutting down constantly where are you leave your buggy behind and just have to leave
They never have enough cashier’s working so the line is always crowded

These guys did the sound at the Singing Showdown in Oneonta, Alabama & I was so disappointed with their sound quality at this outdoor event. The Singing Showdown is a singing competition & almost every instrument or track that played for each vocalist was way too loud. I’m just bummed !
This place is awful. They had my sons guitars for a week and when we picked them up, they still were not ready. They had not checked them or even tuned them and I had to call that day to get them even to work on the last one. They were supposed to fix the pickup switch and they just did a bandaid repair. They just needed to be set up which is about a 30 minute job. These people are the worst. We will never ever use them again.
I took my Ibanez Ps model to them to have a set of push pull pots put in. After it being there for four months, I went to pick it up. He was finishing it up as I showed up. Got home and it did as he said. It was out of phase when both pickups were engaged and wasn’t playing right. Inspected the wiring and found it was wired wrong, and when I removed the nut for the selector switch, it was on so tight it messed up my finish. Currently in the middle of rewiring it

It’s a good Redbox that are always got some great movies
Redbox will not authorize my movie rentals because I didn’t have a password took me through all the trouble trying to log into my emails and still wouldn’t accept my transaction I have not signed up for the new things that you all have on your boxes or whatever! Messed up my Christmas Eve and wasted my time.
