I would personally would like to give a shout out and positive review to Frank in the warehouse!! He did an amazing job with helping me and finding this set in the warehouse, and just going that extra mile. He even sent me pictures of the set for reassurance that they were intact and factory sealed still. His customer service skills were great, and I wanted to make sure he was commended for it. Found this studio while searching a rehearsal space in Miami. On Saturday June 8th I decided to call and I was able to speak with Carlos who took my information and told me that he would “give me a call back” to confirm my booking for Wednesday June 12th at 8P but I never received a confirmation call back.
On Sunday, I decided to give them another chance and call them back to confirm my booking. I spoke with Carlos again and he told me that Wednesday was already booked. We then decided to book our rehearsal for Thursday night.
I provided Carlos with my name and email address over the phone because he said that he was going to email me with a confirmation email so I could provide him with my technical rider.
That email never came through so I decided to book another studio. On Wednesday morning I received a text message from Carlos (completely unprofessional) asking me to send him a technical rider. I then informed him that I never received the confirmation email so I was forced to book another studio.
Carlos proceed to tell me to “relax” because he didn’t have my email which I had provided over the phone together with me name which he continued to mispronounced after I had spelled it out for him a bunch of times.
**WHO TELLS A COSTUMER TO “RELAX”?**
It’s very sad to see a business run this way. My experience with 305 Music lab was completely unpleasant because it was managed in a very unprofessional manner.
I do not recommend this business if you are a person like me, that’s organized and like to keep a schedule. I was really hopeful to go and use this rehearsal space (hence why I gave them a second chance after they never called me back) but I will not be using this studio due to their unprofessionalism and lack of costumer service.

Rehearsal space is always messy. Not a enough attention is given to the band when setting up. Make sure to show up early to organize the room yourself.
The bathroom is disorganized and the pa system for sala 2 has a cheap sound system. The ceiling of the room is very low, its small and can get a bit hot. The service is minimal.

Checkout was tedious. A “Route Shipping Protection” fee was added to the “Free Shipping”, and even though I removed it, it remained in the cart summary. After I clicked Edit cart, it was eventually removed. Also, I selected Amazon for payment, and got authorized, but by the time I was checking out, the Amazon was forgotten and I had to enter my credit card… The online chat person was helpful regarding removing the shipping protection fee.
Mostly all was ok – but filling the fields
“country” and “region” on iphone was difficult. Those menus were non responsive and leaving them blank was rejecting my order. I had to re-do the whole process 4x, finally succeeded on Chrome, instead of Safari. ..getting charged $50 (in a fine print) for damages&loses seem unfair.
Fast and easy. Still waiting for them to ship.
They steal money
This is horrible. I don’t make a lot of money and a $900.00 purchase with a company I don’t know is really sketchy. But I did it and now I was told I would have the product shipped yesterday. And nothing phone goes to someone is on the line leave a message everytime. And sales email not responding info not responding. They took the money out instantly and said they would send a product. I haven’t seen a label created or anything letting me know. I’ve seen other reviews the same way. Saying oh now its not in stock or ect.. I really need a response. I also think scam. I’m not sure what is going on. If something changes I will update. But until then DO NOT BUY!

Been doing business with them for years. Called today and the woman who answered was EXTREMELY rude. I was told to talk to a specific sales associate and she laughed and thought my business was a big joke. She refused to connect me to the sales associate. Very confused.
Very strange experience. I called and the woman at the front thought everything I said was a joke or I’m not really sure if she was on something or tipsy. She was laughing through the conversation though and refused to help me with my normal business there. My manager called a couple hours later and had a similar experience.
My shop attempted to business with this company and we tried calling multiple times only to get the same woman on the phone who refused to help us and was extremely rude. I have an accent from another country and was told she wouldn’t help me unless I spoke english. She obviously knew I WAS speaking english and it seemed like she just wanted to insult me for ay reason she could find. It was very weird. As I’m reading some of these other reviews all I can say is, this is the wrong company to buy instruments from. After reading horror stories of broken instruments being delivered with no refund, I’m glad we didn’t end up working them. Horrible customer service and apparently horrible business ethics.

It’s a fun experience at first but once you actually think of buying is when it goes downhill. First, the customer service was really bad. These employees are busy doing something else rather than helping their customers. Second, the prices are way too high. It’s a lot cheaper to buy online than it is to buy here. A lot less time consuming as well. But being able to use any instrument to see if you like is a huge plus and you can get opinions of the employees ( if they acknowledge your existence) on a product. Try not to forget that it is very fun to be surrounded by so many instruments!

Fea Experiencia. Pero a los pocos días me atendió VICTOR ( otro vendedor) y la experiencia fue muy buena. Compré parlantes potenciados, auriculares Audio Technica un pie de teclado y otras cosas y la atención fue excelente. Compro en SAM ASH hace más de 30 años
The staff was very professional and courteous. All my questions were answered and the various options explained.
The lessons are a joke. My son has taken several times lesson with them, but just to book a lesson is a completely nightmare, unless that I drive. Last week I even spoke with Store Manager, who apologized because they have a new class coordinator and guarantee me that this time the call will be return to schedule the class, because the last 8 times she hasn’t. Apparently only one person can book the lessons, she’d never at the store and doesn’t return calls.
Worst store ever! That’s why this place is getting smaller bc of the horrible CS experience. I made 3 order online and none of those were dispatched, refund incomplete, awful treat to the customer, very bad attitude to people. I just made the order for a product they have and GUITAR CENTER where I am used to buy don’t, but definitely I won’t go anymore to this people, I always will shop at GUITAR CENTER even if I have to wait a bit more for a product 100%!! Avoid at all cost this people
