We are a couple of lessons in, and working with Aaron has been a great experience so far. Our daughter (8 years old) is taking private guitar lessons weekly with him and has visibly excelled after just a few weeks. Aaron is patient, fun, and clearly a master at his craft. He has tailored a specific plan for her based on her goals and experience. We look forward to continuing to work with Aaron and are excited to watch our daughter’s talent grow.

Address: 1980 Main St, Dunedin, FL 34698 , Dunedin , Florida , United States
Great deals…clean store…nice people. I’d shop here again.
Jos gave me a great deal on a cell phone
Chris and Allen are great people to deal with, awesome prices.
Great service
Soleaya was awesome. First time at that location and was treated a lot better than previous visits at other locations. Thanks for the great customer service.
Sell it on Craigslist. Offered 100 for phone I got 250. Offer 60 for bike I got 200. Offered 20 for reel I got 35 …HA
Yesterday, I got a broken DELL computer from this pawn shop. The computer behaved very weird. The sales person told my son “If you can connect to internet, everything is going to be OK.” That DELL computer looked quite new, so I paid $110 for that broken computer. Sales person told us “If you have any problem, you can get full refund within 30 days.” That night, my son found out that computer did not function at all. Today I took that computer to the pawn shop to return, another sales guy accused me “You are the one who broke this computer!” After they sold a broken computer purposefully, they accuse customers for their broken computer they sold.
Services sucks. They really don’t know how to speak with people. i would never ever recommend anyone to this pawn shop . Besides the fact of them trying to low ball you in every sell. The manager/employees are very rude. DONT PAWN ANYTHING WITH THEM ………
3. Creative Keys Music School
Address: 1602 Achieva Way, Dunedin, FL 34698 , Dunedin , Florida , United States
Great music studio! I’ve really enjoyed my lessons so far with Dr. Pelaez. He is passionate about piano and is very enthusiastic about my progress. The studio is well run on the whole. I appreciate the easy online payment and well equipped facility. Communication has also been easy, especially when I had to reschedule a lesson. Most of the students are kids, but the studio is perfect for adults as well!
Awesome as usual!
Yesterday I dropped off my son at Creative Keys “Creative Kids” camp. He was very nervous and I kept looking at my phone wondering if I would get the call to pick him up early, however to my surprise I picked up a very enthused little boy who couldn’t wait to start telling me about what he had learned. He spent the rest of the day telling me the stories he learned and humming/singing songs (as the stories are intertwined with music). As a norm my son never tells me anything about his days (good or bad), usually I end up hearing about this from his teachers or other parent’s which has always been frustrating because I don’t know how his days are spent. Today he couldn’t wait to share and he’s so excited about going back for his second session. I had concerns at first because my son isn’t fond of really loud music, I called the teacher prior to starting and she went over with me what the itinerary would be assuring me that it was very structured and due to the low student to teacher ratio the children’s reactions and attention would be monitored. I really recommend this camp even if your child isn’t that musically inclined (as mine isn’t) because it’s more than music, it’s combining stories, games and fun with music so that they learn with appreciation without realizing it. If there was one camp you wanted to “splurge” on because you think it would be enriching or be a different experience than VBS or a typical camp, then this is it. I’m going to sign him up for another session, I’ve just never seen him to eager to want to go back to a camp before. As a mom I liked knowing that the camp is centrally located in an area that is easy to get to, in a nice plaza, clean and well lit. The teacher made a point to greet all the parent’s and children as they came in and allowed us to chat with her and ask any questions, she was very welcoming and kind to the children – and she locked the door as we left letting us know that the environment would continue to be a safe one. The student to teacher ratio is 8:1, which is perfect with this age group (age 4-5). I’m looking forward to next summer when I can send him to their “Camp Creative” which allows for ages 6-12. I didn’t appreciate what a positive influence Creative Keys would be on my son, this was a nice surprise.
Nice all around music school. They have several teachers with different specialties which has allowed us to accommodate all of our kids.
Our 6 year old went for about 6 months. When we began, we were told if you have to miss a class due to illness or vacation, it’s no problem as you can have a make up class the next week or whatever. As everyone knows, kids get sick from time to time, families go visit relatives for the holidays, and so forth. We specifically inquired about this issue before registering.
At first, this worked with a one off class missed due to sickness. After being out of town for Christmas break and missing a couple of weeks (which was communicated to the instructor in advance), we accumulated three missed sessions (already paid for in advance, about $100 worth) and are now told you’ll have to make them up in summer, at an Expo day with presumably a different teacher. It’s January. That’s not acceptable. When we asked to merely pro rate the next month, we were rudely told absolutely not. Keep paying full price and make up any classes over summer, presumably with a different teacher. And we were then told this was always the policy. Not true.
The reason given for why no make up classes are available is that the teacher is so booked. You teach children. You should leave several open spaces a week for make up days. I guess you expect sick children to come in and cough all over the instruments in the tiny little rooms you have. After all,
there’s no make up days for about 6 months. Disgusting.

4. James Gero Music
Address: 1628 Greenwood Dr, Dunedin, FL 34698 , Dunedin , Florida , United States
My 11 yo has been taking lessons for several months now and loving it.
James is very patient, encouraging , and accommodating. He has good knowledge of my sons favorite style of music (classic rock) and does a great job keeping the music within his skill level so he’ doesn’t become discourage.
Highly recommended!!!
I highly recommend James Gero as a guitar teacher. I’m a Grandma and thought my guitar playing days were over. I decided to pick my guitar up again …. after …..35 yrs and contacted James. He has patience of a saint .
I can’t believe in two weeks I’m rocking again. I’m just so grateful to James for making me believe in myself!!!!
James did a great job teaching my daughter bass guitar. She loves her lessons.
Amazing shop! Jody showed my wife and I around and was so helpful and we loved talking with her. Daniela was busy in the back but came out to help pro clean a Star Wars record I had been hunting for and they just got in. Made this nerd happy!
If you’re looking for that rare vinyl record give these guys a check.
Cool place
Jody is fun to talk to…like their dogs and their VW bus( what’s left of it)
Really good vinyl collections
Will be going back
9. Lessons 4 Everyone/Math Plus Music 123
Address: Dunedin, FL 34698 , Dunedin , Florida , United States
Best Thrift store in Pinellas. Always new and great stuff..and incredible prices with 50% off certain categories every day. Very helpful staff..they all work very hard and all profits do go to help mothers and children. Beautifully arranged and very clean..A++++
Good cause, but items are priced quite high.
Very nice and well organized place.
The store is neat and tidy. But the prices I saw weren’t very thrifty.
Absolutely atrocious service, workers are very lazy and rude, lied about the sales and refused to drop price to the price on the tag, extremely high prices and terrible workers, do not shop here!
Very disappointed, prices are higher on many items than you can buy NEW at stores.
I have been going to this store since I was a young girl with my mother and I am appalled with their policy regarding this “pandemic” the fact that they will tell you to leave just because I dont wear a mask. I have a severe breathing problem that limits my lung capacity and after telling the sales associate this she stated that if I would not wear a mask I would have to leave. I am sorry to say you “Kimberly Home Thrift” store I will not be back nor my family.
12. Dunedin Coffee Company & Bakery
Address: 730 Broadway #3, Dunedin, FL 34698 , Dunedin , Florida , United States
“Oh wow” is what we said with every taste of coffee ( yes, coffee not watered down but genuine well made coffee (Puerto Rican approved lol), quiche, cinnamon roll, sausage biscuit gravy we had for breakfast during our short stay in Dunedin. Loves the paintings by local artist and the opportunity given in marketing their creativity.
Love this place great coffee pastry and staff
Very good coffee.
Good coffee but unfortunately they didn’t have a baker on site to make any food
Been here a few times. Unfortunately, this last time the employees were all arguing behind the counter. People in front of me returned their drinks. I ordered a drink that was made incorrectly (I’m a diabetic so it does matter for me otherwise I wouldn’t care) and when I asked them nicely to remake it I was given an eye roll and given the remade drink without any words like I was an annoyance to the staff. I read prior posts of unprofessionalism at this place and it seems to ring true. It was so disappointing.
Outside seating available. Kind staff. Food was good.
2 stars only because the Italian cake is yummy.
I was really hoping to love this coffee shop but Our experience here was so bizzare.
We ordered 2 lattes, mine was the smaller size with oat milk & and my bf got the larger size with almond milk. Mine was BURNING HOT. I burnt my tongue . His was barely luke warm. The flavor syrup tasted weird too. The lady working apparently doesn’t know how to steam alternative milks properly. Also we got a red velvet roll (which was no more impressive than a little Debbie or walmart bakery) and a slice of the italian cake (which was delicious) and our total was $26. Either we were over charged for the lattes or the pastries are overpriced. The lattes & red velvet roll definitely weren’t worth the $.
This place is coming down for sure not what it use to be their pastries aren’t fresh anymore they tasted like they had been seating for a couple of days on the counter. As and advice stay away from the muffins. They use to do better coffee too now I have to add 2 extra shots to my decaf to get the coffee flavor otherwise is just a watery warm beverage. I did mentioned this to the manager and he wouldn’t care less about my experience.
Went in the afternoon, service was a bit disoriented, not keeping track of who had been helped yet or not (even though there weren’t many people to begin with). Tried a few different latte options but they were a bit watered down and lacked flavor. The place has a variety of baked goods, cold items (like parfaits), ice cream, dog biscuits, and roasted coffee. It has potential but definitely needs better management.
13. Cork & Beans Coffee House & Wine Lounge
Address: 733 Broadway, Dunedin, FL 34698 , Dunedin , Florida , United States
Friend and I went here and everyone was super friendly and breakfast was great.
First time visiting the establishment. Great coffee, great relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Nice little Cafe!! Good food selections!
Great place, they messed up the checks though and it hasn’t been fixed in mine or my friends bill. Thank Nicole.
Great food and service
Told the owner we thought we got whole milk, she just made a rude face rolled her eyes and told me I was wrong, then made faces behind our back to her friends never going back there!!
Very good coffee but service is horrible. Asked for several drinks and then was just given them without knowing which was which and when asked server she said she didn’t know and didn’t seem to care. She was not nice despite a sign saying new owners are very nice.
Asked us to leave outdoor sitting area despite us ordering drinks and sitting there and no one else around.
Outdoor seating was nice. Coffee was good. Scone was more of a cake with no flavor, except flour taste. Staff was NOT friendly. I’d skip this place for your morning coffee!
Great experience and would definitely love to see them perform should they play nearby again!!
Wow!!! We are ALL BLOWN away down in Foley Alabama! Quite an impressive tribute band!! I vehemently disagree with Maria about Martyn’s voice. Perhaps he had an off night a few months ago because tonight he was on key and they were phenomenal!! Wonderful energy and they seemed to genuinely love Queen as much as us fans. I sensed No bashing whatsoever! They were sincere gentlemen to my daughter and I! The lead guitarist was on FIRE and EVERYONE noticed!! Thank you for picking! When we arrived home tonight, the first thing my daughter did was grab her guitar and started playing! We Would Definitely Go AGAIN!
Two stars because the band was good, especially “Tim” on lead guitar.
However, the lead singer Martyn was horrible, I’ve heard better singing at drunk karaoke night. I was bothered by a man, supposedly paying tribute to Freddie, standing on stage talking about Freddie’s battle with aids. Not cool.
But even worse was the story he told about “the true back story of Live Aid” that he claimed was related to him by Jim Hutton.
I won’t repeat it because not only do I not believe it, but it was a horrible negative tale casting Freddie as unprofessional, the band members as physically agressive gay bashers and alleged division, anger and animosity between the band.
Queen’s performance at Live Aid was the greatest performance of their lives and Martyn’s attempt to cast dark shadows on the event was not only unnecessary, it was disrespectful and insulting to Queen and to their fans who attend Absolute Queen’s concerts because they LOVE QUEEN.
Oh my. NOT the best Queen tribute band. Please do not waste money seeing this band. Lead singer does not have a great voice, and frankly, he’s rude. Currently about 38 minutes into their show, and most likely will not finish this one out.
15. The Audio Salon
Address: by appointment only please, 1228 Lazy Lake Rd W, Dunedin, FL 34698 , Dunedin , Florida , United States
I had the idea to have the steel drums play at my wedding ceremony and then during the cocktail hour. I cannot tell you how fantastic they were! The communication was amazing, they were so accommodating to my requests, they even moved their drums to the beach where everyone was gathered after the ceremony. My oldest daughter was so excited that they showed her how the drums worked and even let her give it a try. These guys were a dream come true, would love to have the opportunity to have them perform again!
Absolutely fantastic from beginning to end! I didn’t have to worry about a thing with Dave. It was the perfect touch to our corporate reception on the beach. Thanks Dave!
We could not have been more please with Dave and the other musicians from Caladesi Steel Band. We hired the 5 -piece band for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour. They added the perfect ambiance and island feel that we were hoping for. I highly recommend them for your wedding or event. I will hire them again for our next special occasion or party.
17. Art Smart Coffee Gallery
Address: 1275 Bayshore Blvd, Dunedin, FL 34698 , Dunedin , Florida , United States
Love the iced coffee. The art is interesting to look at while waiting for coffee.
Literally the best iced coffee ever!!! I am the biggest coffee addict and this is my favorite iced coffee ever. Mario knows what he is doing.
Awesome
The coffee is terrific, espresso is very popular there so I bought coffee and a nice muffin and enjoyed the diversity of Art on display throughout the pleasant surroundings. On the way out I purchased a pound and they grind it for you so that it is fresh.
Coffee is very good.
Iced Coffee for $3 was pretty darn good. Art was all very overpriced in my opinion. Maybe I am just not in touch with market but with wondering eye with money to spend nothing caught my eye.
Big no go.. art is interesting but coffee is a huge no. Doesn’t even taste like coffee.
A “no animals or minorities allowed” sign would be appreciated. I went there yesterday lured by the nice reviews. The place was empty so I purchased a coffee and sat down to draw. The attendant kept showing up and giving me dirty looks. After 30 minuted he asked me if I was planning to be there all day. Needless to say, I got up and left. It is okay if you prefer a certain type of clients, just let us know so we don’t show up. I am not a Starbucks consumer but his place made me appreciate it.
Excellent transaction from start to finish on a special order Acoustic Signature Typhoon Neo turntable and Acoustical Systems Aquilar tone arm. Michael at Unique Home Audio and the US distributor spent a very long evening after hours at Florida Audio Expo to set up the new TT with my cartridge and it turned out fantastic. He was very easy to do business with and I would highly recommend him if you’re looking for the best in high end audio!
Reliable audio store.
They are prompt in their communication and courteous.
I would buy from them again.
Mike was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. He went the extra mile to resolve an issue with a defective remote control. If the opportunity arises, I’ll most definitely work with him again.
19. Family Dollar
Address: 1420 Main St, Dunedin, FL 34698 , Dunedin , Florida , United States
Staff is always friendly and willing to help you find what you need..they always make you feal welcome. .
Great place to shop with an excellent manager that is always smiling and welcomes every customer.
Nice people. Good selection
Nice clean store with a big selection of goodies. It’s one of the nicer family dollar stores around. The selection is nicer because the size of store.
It’s a Family Dollar. No surprises.
Crowded aisles were difficult for my Mom’s wheelchair to go through, due to many boxes sitting around.
I have been going to this location for awhile now, after today never again. My coupon for 5.00 off of 25.00 didn’t come off and I was told there was nothing they could do and to call corporate. Then they didn’t like it when I said I didn’t want the stuff they rang up. Even said it’s only 5.00.
New store manager at this location. Came in to get laundry soap and used the coupon app and when i got to the car i noticed it didnt come off. Went back in and the manager working told me to call corporate for them to fix it. Mined you i used to work for the company for 5 years and if a customer brought this to my attention i would of fixed it for them. The shelf even had the coupon sign hanging under as well so thats not my fault. Never going to this location again.
20. Lavita Bakery and Gelato
Address: 332 Skinner Blvd, Dunedin, FL 34698 , Dunedin , Florida , United States
Absolute favorite pastry and drip coffee spot! So kind and helpful to explain what a scone is compared to other pastrys. I had the pineapple and it was out of this world! Also, the craft organic sandwiches and other goodies are all worth the trip! Bring your dogs and enjoy the efforts this place has made to bring you the very best of what they have. Organic ingredients, love and true pride in their foods.
Enjoy!
Great option for keto, paleo and all natural…
My service dog and I just enjoyed a wonderful visit to labors bakery and gelato cafe. The gelato was delicious and the welcome was top notch! Scout enjoyed a big bowl of water while we cooled off in the cutest cottage in Dunedin.
Excellent Bakery/Cafe located on the Pinellas Trail in downtown Dunedin. Stop by for coffee/tea, and variety of Scones/Baked goods, plus Soup/Sandwiches.
Only open Thursday-Sunday. Seating inside, but also excellent outside seating with great people watching. Enjoy.
Other people brag about the scones but I was disappointed.
Tasty cinnamon roll.
Gluten free food was dry and bland. Very disappointed.
Worst gluten free bagels ever!!!
Hardly had anything left and no scones. It was only 11:30 when we got there, you would think they would have more especially on a Saturday. Disappointed.
