Of all the coffee joints around, I say Yes to Yeti’s!
The coffee is great with unique flavors that aren’t overly sweet which I really appreciated. I got the chilli and it was flavorful without being overwhelming.
The food is also filling and completely worth the cost. Definitely my favorite coffee shop in Eagle.
Excellent coffee and teas and baked goods. Great place to meet a friend, read the paper or use your laptop.
Great atmosphere! Coffee was great and I had the deluxe avacado toast , it was awesome with all fresh ingredients ,only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the prices are a bit high!
Good Americano great service
Nice coffee shop with friendly baristas and good coffee.
This used to be the best coffee shop (by far) in the valley. My coffee-connoisseur in-laws would travel great distances to visit us and Yeti’s. Sadly, they just opted to change coffee suppliers. Consequently, it is now some of the worst coffee in the valley. Look elsewhere.
One star for Friendly and attentive service. Product was disgusting. My $8 breakfast everything bagel looked like it had been compressed by a truck tire. Bagel was burnt. Egg tasted powdery and was dry. The cook skimped on the butter. The entire sandwich was tasteless. I threw it out after two bites and headed home for a real flavor. Saddest part was the place was dead.
If you’re looking for a good smoothie, don’t come here. They basically gave me what is blended up peach and water. So basically juice but selling them as smoothies. My friends berry one was just watered down juice as well. If you’re going to claim they are smoothies, then actually sell people smoothies. Worst “smoothie” I’ve ever had.
2. Redbox
Address: 112 Fairgrounds Rd, Eagle, CO 81631 , Eagle , Colorado , United States
Great stuff at a better price than most thrift shops.
Encuentras de todo y a un buen precio
Great cds there
Quite the selection of clothes, housewares and an impressive array of used ski gear. Worth the trip to Eagle
Some things over priced
Has good amount of men’s and women’s clothing, lots of sports used equipment and house hold items. Daily sales based on color of tags. Inventory is Rotated seasonally
They seem to have nice stuff. But it’s so pricey for some things, I would sooner buy new. What’s the point of a thrift store if you can buy new for same price somewhere else.
Organized and clean but all of the items are used and many damaged so why are they so overpriced? Do not use “thrift” in the name of the shop if charging consignment prices. The two things I found of value ended up having missing parts or broken. Who are you serving? There are no other thrift shops in the area so you are gouging? It’s not great. Reduce your prices for donated items and do fundraisers for income.
Over priced, for used stuff.
5. Color Coffee Roasters
Address: 717 Sylvan Lake Rd, Eagle, CO 81631 , Eagle , Colorado , United States
Yummy coffee, cool atmosphere, and friendly staff. I want to buy all their bags of coffee! I love the camera and art theme too.
Quality coffee, positive hang out.
Incredible coffee ☕️
I am a coffee snob and their coffee is alright it is very slow service. If your in a hurry I wouldn’t recommend. Staff and shop is very nice though and it’s a great place to meet for a meeting or friends: LOVE THAT they have VEGAN Options
Nice little coffee shop. Independent so I prefer to support them but just a tad pricey! Service is fast and friendly.
Seems acidic. Maybe just not my roast.
On March 11, 2023, there were 3 employees—2 females and 1 male—working the shift around 1PM. As soon as I walked into the business, there was a tall, guy with dark hair who asked if the food he had just prepared was mine… I said no, it was possibly the only customers sitting at the table. Then there was a blonde girl, I asked about the Nitro Cold Brew, and she said they were out of Nitro but nothing offered as an alternative. I ordered a Dirty Chai but as she made the drink, she was incredibly careless. She threw the drink into the metal tin cup, and spilled some of it, so when I received the drink it was partially filled. I wanted to ask a couple questions about the company but as I took the drink, she casually said, “We’re out of straws, sorry” and walks away. Not sure what the issue was but it was my first time trying this place. I was recommended by locals, to try the place, but the customer service was so poor I will never come back.
Was good just expensive for the size.
Some of the worst food in town.
6. Eagle Valley Music & Comics
Address: 211 Main St, Minturn, CO 81645 , Eagle , Colorado , United States
Seriously, stop by. The owners have been nothing but kind with all my questions and the selection is pretty damn good. Love the store and I’m sure you will too 🙂
It doesn’t get better
Excellent service. Usually have what I’m looking for and if not they will get it for me. One of my favorite places in the valley!
Conan comics!
Not very customer friendly
I asked about certain comics and was basically denied because they were “too expensive “
And was referred to the “affordable “ box
He kept bragging about the amount of comics he had stocked in the back and wouldn’t even let me and my brother look at them
The store was extremely cluttered and unorganized.
I would not recommend shopping here what so ever
I walked into this little comic shop and I was definitely excited to see the number of comic books they had available. The guy who handles the comics there asked what I was looking for and I told him. At which point he went to the back to browse through his piles and piles of books to find what I had told him I was in search of. After locating some of the books I wanted/needed, he proceeded to pull up eBay for the current prices that the books were being sold for. Needless to say, my excitement quickly subsided. IF I WANTED TO SHOP ON EBAY, I’D DO IT FROM THE COMFORT OF MY OWN HOME! The guy who handles the comics clearly doesn’t realize the point of going into a LCS; which is to find those HTF/Rare/Unique hidden gems. Anybody can pay top dollar for those books, they simply need to do exactly what he did…go online! Now if the “Jonah Hill in 40 Year Old Virgin” moment wasn’t bad enough, I decided to ask about some modern issues that I needed and would be willing to pay cover for. After looking through about 1 and a half stacks of books (maybe 100 or so comics), the guy says to me “oh, those are in storage”…..for every book I bring up after. Storage being that back room and according to him, 500k books upstairs. I don’t doubt he has that many up there, seeing as how he’s asking top dollar for every book and it’s apparently too much effort to go into the back room or upstairs to locate what the customer is asking for. I was prepared to look through his collection and spend an absurd amount of money when I walked in there, but in the end, I paid him $20 for about 5 cover price moderns. My guess is the 4.9 stars this place currently has must be based on the vinyl part of the store (which did look impressive), but as far as the comic book section goes, stay home, sit in your favorite recliner, kick your feet up, crack a beer, pull up eBay and shop to your hearts content. It sure as hell beats driving to Minturn, CO for what I experienced. You ever even heard of Minturn!? Yeah, me neither, and I’m from Colorado!
7. Legacy Athletic Club
Address: 50 Chambers Ave # N, Eagle, CO 81631 , Eagle , Colorado , United States
I love this studio! I moved away, so I do not get to go to it anymore-but it will always be one of my all time favorite places to practice yoga and barre!
This studio has the best teachers and classes of any yoga studio I have ever been to. It’s where my love of yoga started and continues to blossom.
Love the Yoga Off Broadway studio in Eagle, CO. It is a well-established studio that has been around for many years with countless loyal charter members. The studio has a grounded reputation within the Eagle community and gets involved and supports an array of local events and nonprofits. It’s a blessing that this small town has such a professional studio available with a variety of classes to choose from throughout the day. All classes and teachers are super approachable – you will be embraced if you have an established practice. Also, this is your studio if you are anxious about being a beginner! The studio office staff and karma crew keeps everything clean and communicates thoroughly in person, newsletters, and social media, and the MindBody app is always accurate. The personality of the culture amongst all students is welcoming, friendly, respectful, and accepting of all.
Amenities: This a bring your own mat studio and the studio has no mirrors and no yoga strap wall. In addition to the traditional offerings: ample street parking, coat & shoe room, well-stocked restrooms, studio temperature control, good sound system, blankets, bolsters, straps, retail – including logo ware, red light therapy, essential oils, and barre wall mounts✨
Do NOT go here. The owner is manipulative and promotes false advertising. I signed up for a free class here 2 weeks ago and less than 24 hours before the class she emailed me saying I have to pay. Furthermore, rather than apologizing for her mistake, she tried to blame the it on me. The class was listed free on Mind Body; how is that my misunderstanding?
9. Steve’s Guitars
Address: 19 N 4th St, Carbondale, CO 81623 , Eagle , Colorado , United States
This venue is incredible!! The acoustics, the wall to wall guitars, and the comfortable theater seats. Great place to see local musicians leaving it all on stage. Also able to meet Steve, and he is a genuinely beautiful soul with a passion to share this space and enjoy good music. Our little mountain town is lucky to have this venue, what a gem.
Great place to see and hear live music. Look up streaming Steve’s at grassroots tv.org .Every Fridaynight 7:30-9ish.(on YouTube) you honestly don’t know who you will see.
Intimate, beautiful guitar display. Fun nice place to get to know musicians upclose. Byob.
It’s ok
Intimate venue blanketed in an eclectic collection of guitars. Great for solo or small acts to play in, especially warm acoustics.
This place chronically doesn’t pay their musicians who play there. 50% cut of door sales?? No response when folks try to collect their earnings?? Support local music – not this place.
10. GLENWOOD MUSIC
Address: 3102 Blake Ave D, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601 , Eagle , Colorado , United States
Encontrarás los básicos de una tienda para músicos.
I bought a wonderful “carry on piano” and the staff was nice and generous to allow us play a couple of instruments . So much fun
Bought a drum set for my son, and they were really helpful. I’m definitely going back if I need anything music related
W H A T ?? I can’t hear you !! Lol. Yeah it sounds good . ha ha .
Nice store!
Guess you’re not open until 6pm…
Not Very NIce or knowledgeable.Been in there several times to pick up strings or picks stuff i needed for that day. and it seemed liked they didn’t have time for me or my questions. Its a bummer because I own a live sound company and it would be nice to pick up all my supplies from a local store.
Customer service is absolutely awful. The rudest staff I have ever had to deal with. They are so pompous and rude I am sad I gave them my money. If you aren’t knowledgeable about music DONT GO HERE, the staff is terrible to customers who don’t know music. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere or just shopping online. Not one member of the staff is nice and helpful, worst musical experience ever!
I took my guitar in to sell on consignment. I was told I would be called when it sold. After 2 weeks I called to see if it sold. I was then told it had sold the week before but I never was called by the owner. When I went in to get my portion of the money, the owner was very standoffish and if he had been a bit more approachable I would have told him how he never called me to tell me it sold. Luckily I won’t have any reason to go back there for any reason!
11. Grand Ave Grill
Address: 678 Grand Avenue, US-6, Eagle, CO 81631 , Eagle , Colorado , United States
Awesome food, and their milkshakes knock it out the park!
Went for dinner with Chris and Carol Novak tonite . Good dinner! Hello to Doug whom we missed
Was a good meal. Glad we stopped.
Great food
Good food and service
Biscuits and gravy are good.
Fui a comprar helados y los empleados atienden mal
Tried this place three times in the last month. Usually get a steak dinner and it’s a crapshoot to see what you get. I order rare and two times got medium well. Tonight the steak was way over salted, and the restaurant was overrun with flies. Got five bites into my steak and had my beer get two flies into it, and was spending more time fighting flies off my dinner than eating. Gave up and asked for a to go box. A half hearted apology was all I got, and the waitress agreed the flies were bad. Also avoid Friday night when they have a horrible band that drowns out everything
Waited 10+ minutes in a nearly empty restaurant at 8:00 am. Even after ringing the bell for service, no one came to seat us. Left and won’t be back.
12. Brush Creek Saloon
Address: 241 Broadway St, Eagle, CO 81631 , Eagle , Colorado , United States
Great burgers, great atmosphere, and great sound system. What’s not to love?
Good beers, fun folk, burgers to die for… like you’ll need a nap after one of these burgers.
The breakfast and lunch was delicious.
Here for the music, the selection of drafts and the cowboy hats. All good. Still waiting on the food, though.
Good local watering hole.
This would be 5’s all the way across however the 1st time in everything was top notch and they were pretty busy. Went back in the next day because the food and service were great. This time though they didn’t even acknowledge us for 15 minutes so we got up and left. Half as busy as the day before Andre staff standing behind the bar.
This place is definitely a locals only establishment. I would not recommend going here unless you want bad service if any service at all.
I’ve been coming to Brush Creek Saloon, over 10 years. Even before when it use to be on the other corner of the street. I love this place. I eat here weekly. The food is great! But jesus christ the staff you have now, I feel is rude and make me feel so unwelcomed, the dudes mostly. NOW DARCY is the BEST bar tender they have there. She is always kind and patient and awesome when shes working. That girl needs a raise!!!!!! The others should take note and learn something from her. But I guess it is 2022 after all.
Felt like a bar that should be on bar rescue. No entertainment, dead on a Friday, nothing special or making me want to return again. I will travel further east or west for a better bar from now on. Staff was decent and the only reason I’m not giving 1 star.
13. Eagle Outside
Address: 200 Broadway St, Eagle, CO 81631 , Eagle , Colorado , United States
The scenic drives offered by Eagle Outside are highly recommended. Am completely game for a tour next year ..once again!
I remember having spent some of the best times of my life with my two kids in a close knit outdoor camp under the splendid Colorado skies. I camped twice with my children and both the times with Eagle Outside. Love their services!
The Town of Eagle brought out the adventurer in me… something which my brother always wanted to do! thanks!
” Mountain biking hasn’t been a passion since
childhood. I, quite strangely, treated it as a way to target my obesity. It’s
my brother who egged me on to try out mountain biking- since it was his fav
sport. We started out only a year before and the Town of Eagle was our first destination. Hardly could I estimate the importance of taming the Rockies
amidst such wondrous natural beauty. We are definitely heading for it next year
as well!”
14. pickled. kitchen + pantry
Address: 65 Market St, Eagle, CO 81631 , Eagle , Colorado , United States
Delicious. I had the “Frenchie”, it was delicious: baked honey ham, smoked pork shoulder slice, real Swiss, pickled onions, Dijon, on a crusty roll. I was very good. But my husband’s sandwich, wow, it was dreamy. Jeff had the “Louisville Hot Brown”. If we go back I’m ordering the Louisville. It was openface turkey, thick bacon slices, beefsteak tomato slice, havarti, sauce mornay, on sourdough. It melted in your mouth as you ate it. We will definitely eat hear again; if in this area again.
All I can say is WOW! That was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life. I didn’t really know what to get it all sounded good but the staff was friendly and I ended up with the pastrami and pork belly rueben. It was actually unreal. You can taste the quality of ingredients and care that goes into this food. They do NOT skimp with the portions of the meat. They also have awesome mustards, jams, spread, sauces, dry pasta from all over the world to purchase. 100% recommend 10/10 will definitely be a regular here.
Everything was very delicious! We got the PB& Jelly Sandwich, Mini BLTs & the Daily special with turkey & potatoe salad as a side
Really good food…the chi-town sandwich is awesome…
The staff was wonderful. The food portions were minuscule for the cost. I paid $13 before tip for this. The little container was a $2.50 side of pickles.
Good sandwiches
Pretty tasty food, but its rather expensive and a very long wait from ordering to eating, and to top it off, they beg for a tip for counter service lol. All of their sides were frozen as well….
Good food but small portions. I’ve been there twice and both times I walked away hungry after spending 16 bucks.
We stopped here because the reviews were good and from the moment we walked in the door the staff was beyond rude. At one point ordering the woman taking our order mocked us as the people of many changes because we wanted our sandwiches with our onions. We spent over $80 on sandwiches and were treated like we were a bother and imposition. That is the reason places like this fail in this area….terrible customer service. Won’t be back!
15. D’Angelico Guitars Aspen Showroom
Address: 240 S Mill St Suite #201, Aspen, CO 81611 , Eagle , Colorado , United States
Such a gem in Aspen. Shane was super nice, laid back, and knowledgeable. The showroom is comfortable and the guitars are gorgeous. I visited three times, including nearly an hour killing time before a show at the Belly-up. I felt welcomed and I enjoyed the experience so much…I bought a 12-string.
Bought a beautiful acoustic from this beautiful spot earlier this week. Jonathan was the best, and made the selection, purchasing, and shipping experience a breeze!
Best guitar shop I’ve ever been in. I stopped in on a whim after seeing all of the eye candy in the windows. I received a warm friendly welcome. I play bass. After some friendly conversation, I tried out an acoustic model and bought it on the spot. I feel I got a fair to very good price that included free shipping. I flew home on Tuesday and my new souvenir from Aspen arrived on Wednesday…polished and in tune. Awesome experience. Highly recommended!
Great find- been playing guitars for decades and happened to stumble across this store.
Very impressed with the guitars and the showroom.
The store manager was very helpful and explained the brand in detail to my friend who accompanied me. He was knowledgeable, friendly and NOT pushy.
Def felt comfortable inside the store with their couches. Place was well appointed and very clean and tidy!
The guitars seemed well built and had great action and time.
Def considering this brand when I’m ready to increase the guitar herd.
Beautiful guitars! Walking into the store, you see the beautiful guitars and equipment out and ready to play. The staff here was nice and welcoming. Sadly, I’ve bought too many guitars in my life and couldn’t get another for the guitar’s sake. If, in the future, I ever want to buy another (for some reason), this is probably going to be the first place I look. Overall, I absolutely recommend these guitars for their good prices and amazing craftsmanship.
8/10
16. MORE2Dance
Address: 725 Chambers Ave # 19, Eagle, CO 81631 , Eagle , Colorado , United States
I take my 3.5 year old to a ballet/tap class once a week. She absolutely loves it. She comes out of class with a smile each and every time. The teachers and older students are kind, welcoming, and great with the kids (not to mention patient!). They truly care about each kid and helping them grown in their listening and well as technical dancing skills. We love it here and couldn’t be happier with our experience thus far.
More2Dance has provided a space for my daughter to not only grow as a dancer, but as a young woman. She is supported by her peers, encouraged by her instructors and kept on track by Samantha, the studio’s owner. I have witnessed beautiful changes in my own daughter and those around her, as they beam with not only their physical extensions but their inner ones as well. I am excited to see what happens next, as Samantha continues to expand the dancers opportunities with live performances around town, and off the more traditional stage so that the community can see the diversity More2Dance offers its students!
We have had several private lessons with Aubry.. (bride & groom, father/daughter, mother/son & girls line dancing) and she is absolutely amazing. FUN, accommodating and patient. Can’t wait to learn more from her!!!
17. Taco Bell
Address: 774 Chambers Ave, Eagle, CO 81631 , Eagle , Colorado , United States
I ate in several Taco Bell while I was on a road trip in the U.S. this was the best looking.
Very, clean ppl are nice
Riquísimo todo
The Bell! Would get 5 stars if they stayed open late like the city taco bells because sometimes you need some crunchwraps at 2am.
Nice place
Bathroom is almost always flooding. It’s ok it’s just a tocobell
They made two back to back mistakes on my order.
The lunch crew is very rude and messy. Was in the store around 2:30pm. Ordered on the mobile app. Gave me wrong items from my order and missing items. Went in to correct the order with them, there was 0 customers in the drive through or lobby and they made me wait 10 minutes at the counter for them to get off their phones after already going through the drive through. When I address the problem they wrap it up with “oh well” and refuses to correct their mistakes because their lazy. Lobby and kitchen had puddles of water everywhere to where it smells like mildew. They have messed up orders several times and just don’t care. Why is this place even open? Management needs changed quickly. This review is coming from an experienced general manager in fast food.
There was vary little steak on my order all lettuce. Vary disappointed in this order.
18. Costco Wholesale
Address: 170 Cooley Mesa Rd, Gypsum, CO 81637 , Eagle , Colorado , United States
A Costco that is tucked away in a nice secluded location. Store is nice and open as with most Costcos but didn’t feel so cramped and busy which was great. Staff are all friendly despite being a holiday weekend!
Loving coming here with my kids, every staff we have encountered are very helpful and nice.
Great store, lines move quick even when they are busy
Good Costco. Decent size. Rarely busy. Adjacent wine/liquor/beer store run by third party.
Mencata ir a esta tienda porque conpro todo por mayor
Amplio surtido, poca gente, sin duda regresare.
Went in to buy a TV I live hour and half away. TV $2200.00 the sales associate said if you wait until black Friday this Tv will be $720 OFF wow what a great deal. So I took a picture with my phone so I would be sure to get the TV I wished for … But on returning the TV that was $2200 had been raised to $2697.00 so the $720 off was really just a waist of my time. Not really up front we were very disapointed
Tire shop only – I purchased tires from Costco and had a great experience overall. Unfortunately I just stopped in for a rotation and was informed that because I was past due for a rotation the front tires had worn unevenly and I had a screw in one of the rear tires, that they could not patch the hole or rotate the tires. Luckily a shop down the street patched the tire and did the rotation. Truthfully the guys were correct however there is still plenty of life left in the tires and it was absolutely patchable. I am a big Costco fan but today I got the sense they are more interested in selling tires, even when not entirely necessary. I may buy tires from there in the future but it’s important to know how they see the customer commitment.
What’s the point of self checkout if only half are ever open and there’s a staff member in the way, slowing down the process?
