Always service with a smile and very helpful. This is my smoke shop of choice!
Cheaper then other shops
Not a great selection on pipes & stuff like that
Love this place everyone so friendly they’re out of my cigarettes a lot I wish they’d order more
New owners not as friendly as Bob was
Too expensive
They sell expired gummies and changed the expiration date with a sticker so you can think it’s not expired yet. Be careful what you’re buying on that tobacco store, always check the date of expiration.

Address: 7509 Cantrell Rd Ste 103, Little Rock, AR 72207 , East End , Arkansas , United States
Very excited to have a music lessons studio/repair shop so close to home! The teachers are very knowledgeable and they offer a wide variety of lessons. The location is great & very convenient. They’re also the only place on this side of the river that offers guitar repair & sells strings. Great atmosphere, great people, excellent work. Highly recommend Renown.
Great place for guitar repair. Jay Scott has been working on my gear for years. Excellent job my resonator. Thanks Buddy
You can trust Renown with any of your stringed instrument repair needs. The owner is very professional and has many years of experience. I wouldn’t take my guitars or basses anywhere else. They have some great teachers if you are wanting to learn something as well.
4. Guitar Center
Address: 12315 Chenal Pkwy A, Little Rock, AR 72211 , East End , Arkansas , United States
The super friendly staff is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Helpful staff. They know products. Online price same as store price.
Es una tienda q atienden de lo mejor muy buen servicio
Guitar Center really is the only guitar shop in town that has a big selection of guitars and other equipment. The customer service is hit or miss. It depends on who is helping you.
I know it’s “Guitar Center” and not “Bass Center,” but I was a little disappointed in the selections of basses and strings. People were friendly and helpful. Just didn’t have what I needed.
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable
never saw a guitar shop where they didn’t have a room where you could turn stuff up a bit to try it out. I may as well order off Sweetwater or other internet shop if i can’t try out the equipment before I buy it.
They are making people stand outside in the heat for way too long.
Pro coverage is a joke and a scam to steal broke musicians soles and tip money.

I told them “I have a Gig tonight.” And they replaced the Neck Cork on my horn within an hour. I am Very Impressed with Independent Music. They NEVER Fail to get the job done in a timely Manners. And, “YES” I Will Return For Any Future Needs such as Overhauling my YAS 21 Sax.
Great staff, and great work on my horn. As always, consistent and quality work.
As a musician of over a decade there is nowhere I trust with my repairs in the state. This is not your average music shop, this is purely repair and is EXCELLENT service and hospitality.
Very helpful and informative
Did excellent work on my old trombone, very nice people!
I came in with a horn to have repairs done to it. I needed to have my saxophone’s neck recorked. I needed additional repairs, but above all needed the recorking. The repairman came up, looked at the instrument brand and said he could do nothing for me because if he broke something, he would have to make a part. I thanked him and walked out. I thought by the ratings that this would be a location with skilled craftsmen, but instead feel like it’s people prone to mistakes so they can only work on standard brands and not all instruments. I’d consider calling before coming. They are the only place around for quite a distance and driving over 60 miles to be treated like this felt very awful!

Came here to get a new set of strings for my not-so-great quality violin. The staff was incredibly helpful and understanding of what I needed as a beginner. These guys know their stuff. Great people, good vibes. Will definitely be back
Friendly and professional staff and services.
I had all three of my fiddles upgraded/repaired by Little Rock Violin Shop. I am extremely pleased with the result.
Both Joe and Wesley are graduates of the Violin Making School of America, and their training shows in the high quality of the work performed.
I had previously received fiddle repair work from an excellent guitar luthier, but the guitar luthier did not have the detailed violin knowledge about bridge height, bridge performance, sound hole placement, and corrective actions.
I highly recommend Little Rock Violin Shop for high quality and detailed knowledge.
Roger Reynard
I love that there’s a local place to have your stringed instruments adjusted and usually while you wait. My only complaint is that they charged me two different prices for the same service. My family is new to violin lessons and the instrument, so I can’t be absolutely sure that there was no difference…but there should be a uniform price for tuning/restringing a 1/4 sized violin. The staff is very courteous and informative. They also have a list of great string instrument instructors.
Unique violin shop

Reviews
I was in the process of buying a guitar from lane and then saw the Google reviews which I was very alarmed by. I talked to lane and looked into it. The people who left the reviews are a group of girls in NY who never bought a guitar in their life. If you want the real reviews go to his business website or Facebook page.
I would give this place zero stars if I could. Lane is truly scum of the earth. Abuser is an understatement.
you should never buy from this store or lane. he is a horrible person and lies about every product he sells. every thing i bought was broken and he refused to refund me.
just called to ask about acoustics and he talked to me like i was completely incompetent. so disrespectful

Super cute and only coffee truck around. I ordered a coffee, but sadly didn’t really taste any, mostly only milk. I personally enjoy the flavor of black coffee, but there seemed to be only a very small amount in the drink, maybe 1 shot of espresso for a venti sized cup, so when I got home I added some instant coffee to it and that added the coffee flavor I was looking for. The presentation was super cute and the flavor was good as well with regards to the caramel, but just lacked any coffee flavor. I definitely want to go back and try out the breakfast items they have and would try out another coffee type now that I know the amount of milk used and see if they have options that do not have so much of it or almond milk options. Was definitely a sweet treat for a rough morning and will be back to try out more options.
Had the breakfast sandwich, quite good. Probably a good place for coffee, not a drink I do though so no good opinion on the quality from me. Would like to see some breakfast tea variety as I do like tea. They do offer military/veteran discounts. I will teturn to sample more, and review, cause I do that stuff.
The coffee is good, but the food is hit or miss. Some times I get a tortilla with a pinch of egg. Other times, I get an actual burrito. Their burrito bowl costs $7 and had less food than their $3-4 burrito.
Ill go back for coffee.
Called 15 times today when it says they are open. They won’t answer the phone or respond to the text messages to order food. Won’t ever order from this place again. Awful customer service.
Coffee Not flavorful and lukewarm not what I expected for the prices. One cold coffee was very watered down.
I have no idea why this place has almost 5 stars. That was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The girl at the front had no idea what she was doing. We waited a good 30 minutes for a coffee and sweat tea but she just “forgot”. The people beside me completely canceled their coffees after reminding her about their coffee which they shouldn’t have to do. Overpriced and mediocre. They need better help and training. Never coming back that’s for sure.
16. International Piano Gallery
Address: 5817 Crystal Hill Rd, North Little Rock, AR 72118 , East End , Arkansas , United States
Great delivery service and very helpful stuff in the store. Got the dream piano in good price!
When I first spoke to Steve (the owner) he told me “I have your piano”. He wasn’t kidding. After giving me a tour of the shop he let me roam around at my leisure to try out the pianos until I found “the one”. His knowledge of pianos and their care made it easy to make this important decision.
Professional great showroom lots to see delivery in the price just pay taxes
Best Piano store in Arkansas hands down ( no pun intended) I purchased my very first Baby Grand piano from Steve and play it everyday .. Definitely recommend Steve and his knowledgeable staff to
anyone who is interested in quality pianos Grands, uprights etc.
Before you put your money down someplace else
you owe it to yourself to visit The International Piano
Gallery.
After using several Flute Techs, you only THINK your flute is playing at its best…..until you send it to Erik, who can ALWAYS find something to allow your instrument to be better. Erik is at the top of his game!
I’m a clarinetist currently on the road with the show Les Miserables. When we were in Little Rock, my clarinet cracked from the poor temperature of the pit one night. Needless to say, I was so fortunate to have found Erik and his shop in my time of need! Erik did a fantastic job repairing my instrument at a very fair price. He is also a very gracious person and was great to chat with. I highly recommend him to anyone in Arkansas for their woodwind needs. Little Rock is lucky to have him!
I sent two flutes to Erik: one for a COA and one for a complete overhaul. The COA was done beautifully and that flute plays very well. What is more impressive was the overhaul. The flute is an early-1900s wood Rittershausen that needed some work done on the mechanism and it came back looking like a brand new flute! He kept in touch throughout the process and always consulted me on what needed to be done and how I wanted to proceed (in case extra costs were anticipated). I would highly recommend Nugent Flutes for any work you need done!
18. Palmer Music Company
Address: 1131 Front St, Conway, AR 72032 , East End , Arkansas , United States
A great, friendly local music store. Wonderful place for music instruction for children and adults, as well as an excellent variety of instruments and supplies to purchase.
Strongly recommend them!
The instructors there are amazing.. my boyfriend and his three kids get lessons there… Preston runs a great business !
Great store! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and I’ve never had a bad experience there. You can’t go wrong shopping at Palmer Music!
Talked to Joey in the store today. He took some time to help me plan for an upcoming purchase for our church. They have a large selection of all kinds of musical instruments and they do lessons, as well. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Highly recommended! Thanks, Joey!
My guitar was in for repairs for about 4 months. Almost no communication was provided about status of the repair work. It’s understandable with Covid making it difficult to have parts shipped, but the lack of adequate communication was uncomfortably disappointing. I don’t blame the young individual who was working on my guitar, but rather leadership who should have provided direction on appropriate and timely customer service communication. It doesn’t matter to me that it would have taken considerable time for repairs. But the lack of communication stating that due to a backlog in parts, and it was just a waiting game, would have been enough. A 30 second phone call every couple of weeks or so to advise a customer that no progress has been made is better than nothing…it would have been enough to have left my guitar there for months longer. The ironic thing about all this is that I really like the store and the people at Palmer Music, so I will most likely continue to purchase my music supplies from them and I hope my experience there was a one-off….
Usually busy because they’re good at what they do!
Went in expecting to buy a new guitar on 01/26/2023. The man behind the counter was very unfriendly & unhelpful.
I found one I wanted to buy but I just didn’t really want to give my money to a person who didn’t know how to smile.
Another employee walked by and was even more emotionless than the other guy. I left feeling very unwelcome.
I will not be back.
Go to GUITAR CENTER instead (you can actually have FUN there).

One of my favorite stores…. Low prices an great quality….
Working
After shopping there for 2 years they started to ID me even though everyone in the store knew who I was for whatever reason I did not like that they got very rude with me when I question them about itlots of people tell me all the time that the people that work there are very rude still I have not been in there in a year will not return
Cashier charged me for 2 packs of cigarettes when I was only buying one. Then she told me that they cant return them! I was confused when she kept trying to tell me I would just have to take another pack when I only asked for 1!! How can you force a customer to accept something they didnt ask for.Called their “corporate” number on the reciept and of course got no response.
