Very nice and accommodating. My child’s saxaphone needed repair for a tournament the next day and they were able to make that happen.
They are very knowledgeable about instruments and accessories, have fair prices, and give great repair service
Great store! Jerry and his team do quality instrument repair for low prices. They do sales, rentals, and repairs for individuals and schools. I highly recommend them.
Knowledgeable staff, very helpful if you have questions about instruments and even some of the band programs in local school districts. You can buy or rent new or used instruments or get instruments repaired. Prices are good compared to local competitors.
Came here to drop off my child’s school saxophone for the end of year deep cleaning and check of parts. Saxophone was then going to be delivered from store to school music department. Cost about $48. Customer service was ok.
Very helpful on care and maintenance on my kids Clarinet for school
It is expensive and the instruments for rent are sucks.

Purchased a new G&L Tribute ASAT Classic blemish free for the price of a used one that had a flat high E string issue I didn’t catch on the test run. I remedied that with a proper setup, string change to DR Blues 10’s and tightening of all loose tuners and hardware. Now she sings! This was not the seller’s fault but the factory! Kyle offered to refund or repair!
They didn’t have a molded hard case to fit but lent me a soft case to get her home in with a refundable deposit if I returned it the next day unblemished.
Monique went above and beyond to help me out!
Superior customer service. Could not find anyone to tune / repair my daughters violin and they went above and beyond. In a family full of wannabe musicians, this will definitely be our only stop.
Awesome selection and service! We won’t go anywhere else! Thank you to the whole team for all that you do for us customers 🙂
Supposedly I financed something here when I was 15. I called and told them multiple times that the financed item was under my father’s name. They told me they switched it and it was taken care of. Now I have $1400 due to a collection agency. I am now getting a lawyer involved because they obviously can’t keep track of paper work.
This place sucks… at least for cleaning and repairs. I took my sax in for a cleaning because my bell had marks on it and it came back dirtier than before! Also, I had to take it in for a repair because one of the prices that attaches the b key and high f key fell off and I couldn’t fix it. I had to take it in 3 times before they actually fixed it.
Try calling and no answer. Left a message and no one returns my call. Very unprofessional, especially during these times.

I just bought my new guitar
They have all kind of guitars.
In and out with cool guitar for great price.
Found what I was looking for, thanks to the salesman.
Great selection. Decent deals, seemed slightly understaffed.
Very helpful customer service in Pro Audio department.
As GCeters go, this one has a good choice of acoustic guitars
All expensive guitars under lock and key. Small guitar selections. Guitar picks behind the counter…I wanted to speak to someone about recording equipment no one could be located to help me…seemed very locked up and empty…I don’t know the area maybe it’s warranted.
The people that work here have no idea what they are talking about. You should be required to have at least some musical knowledge to work here.
Workers have no idea what they are talking about. DO NOT trust Guitar Center with your instruments especially if they are expensive. I came in the other day with a 000-28 MD and the technician claimed that my truss rod was missing and that I should return the guitar. That didn’t make sense to me so I took it to another shop called Mo’s Fullerton Music Shop and they were able to find the truss rod adjusting screw. Turns out that the technician from guitar center was most likely using the wrong allen key to adjust it and just made up his mind that it was defected since he couldn’t latch onto it. It makes absolutely no sense how a technician who claims he is a certified Martin technician or whatever couldn’t find the truss rod adjustment screw and just made a claim that the guitar is defected and that I would need to return it. Clearly this person didn’t even try to find it and just hastily said I should return a perfectly fine 4,000 dollar guitar. The workers seem to have no idea what they are talking about and have poor quality of service when trying to fix your instruments.

Took my son there to get his guitars fixed good crew
I could spend lots of time here trying out different guitars. A nice array of strings at different price points.
Excelente lugar. Lo recomiendo
Fast and friendly I was in and out just like a robbery.
Curbside pick up was quick!!!
Everything here is great, service and everything except, you should never come here to repair amything, they’ll do a horrible and sloppy job and when they repair something it tends to get the same problem after some time, but buying guitars, pickups, picks, and drums here is great everything is of quality
Please do not order online! My friend ordered a guitar and guess what? They cancelled his order and shipped that guitar to someone else! Other than that the store looks nice.
Their entire Violin section includes 1 bow.
They have the worst customer service ever in this store.
