Wheelchair accessibility: The employees will come out and help wheelchair accessible people if they need to and I think that’s amazing sweet.
Fast and friendly service!
I always have to wait in a slot when I go to this one no matter what I order, but its the best McDonald’s around. Quality over quantity. Nice!
Everything was as it should be.
Honestly the food is good. the service is okay. At times they struggle to get your order right. And if you use the order it yourself kiosk in the lobby, Don’t expect any help.
It’s McDonald’s. Good as any other one. Makes for an easy dinner.
Didn’t have sweet tea or food ready and it’s 1:00 after sitting in line for 20 minutes.
Order through the app, sat in a curbside spot for 20 min. Said the food was given to me, it was not. Waited another 10 min. Still charged for everything never got food.
By far, my favorite music store to visit in northwest Arkansas. Great selection of equipment and great people make this a definite stop for any string instrument lover.
More vintage equipment in one spot that I’ve ever seen anywhere and really cool modern stuff as well
At Blue Moon you always pay Les.
Great stuff
I got a Fender blues Jr. amp fixed here last year and payed $60 for the work. A few weeks later the amp stopped working so I called the shop and the owner told me that they don’t guarantee their work. I took the amp to another store and spent another $60 to have it worked on again. Take care of your customers and they will come back.
It cool

I purchase oboe reeds for my daughter from their website. The reeds are high quality and sound great! We have been very happy with Edmund Nielsen for oboe reeds!
Worst Reeds I have ever played on. I would rather play on a Jones reed than spend $20 on one that makes every note sound like winking terror, and adjusting couldn’t salvage the poor thing.
After posting this review they sent me a replacement reed, and I am more than happy with it! Thank you for such great service!
I buy reeds online from this store. I have been very happy with their oboe reeds, and I especially enjoy the detailed descriptions of each kind of reed. Whenever I call the store, the staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable. When the reeds are in stock, sometimes they even ship them out the same day! Very good service, if there is a dud in the order. Thank you for making oboe reed buying enjoyable!

Always great for guitar maintenance and sales. My go to………
Best costumer service out there! I’m definitely recommending this store to everyone out there!
Great service, they made sure I was happy with my purchase! Great repair work also. These guys are good!
Firstly, this shop provides great service on guitars, setups and string changes. But beware of purchasing a guitar that is not currently hanging on their shelf. For example, the Fender American Professional II Strat, comes in 9 different colors. If you want a color that isn’t hanging on their wall, they will offer to get it for you, but it will be considered a “special order” and not eligible to be returned. This is an odd policy since they are an authorized Fender dealer. If you order the guitar direct from Fender, or Sweetwater, or any other online retailer, the guitar is eligible for return no questions asked. So essentially, trying to support a small shop will eliminate any guarantees offered by the manufacturer. Understand, I realize a small shop has limitations and must do what’s best for their bottom line. However, it was never communicated to me “hey if I order this guitar for you, it’s unreturnable.” The thought never crossed my mind to ask, since the item I ordered was a stock offering from Fender, nothing special or custom about it. It’s extremely surprising that a Fender dealer is not able to provide the same customer satisfaction policies that are in place by Fender themselves. Most of the guitars hanging on the walls are mid-tier or entry level guitars, so if you want something better, and you want the peace of mind to return it if you’re not happy with it, then I suggest looking elsewhere. If you need a great setup on your guitar, ReMix can do it.
We bought a guitar here for our son a couple weeks back. One guy was way too salesy and talked too much but I like supporting local so we bought one.
Friendly’s staff knows equipment.
I would like everyone that may read this to know that this business has absolutely NO AFFILIATION with Lee Hight or the original Musicians Pro Shop in Springdale.
The fact that they are trying to use the name as their slogan is very disappointing to me & my family and misleading to potential customers.
Please quit trying to profit off of my dad’s legacy.
Edited to respond to your response:
First, the response you gave me here and the response you gave on Facebook present two different ideas: one playing dumb and one asking permission. That alone shows your dishonesty. At least be consistent.
Second, my uncle Larry did not own the Musicians Pro Shop. He’s an easy going guy but he cannot give any real permission to use a name of a business that he did not own. I do not blame him for this though.
Third, the fact that you are sticking to the legality argument just shows that you lack morals because we are well aware that what you are doing is not illegal. My family has been reached out to numerous times regarding your awning and billboard by people that are furious. I worked at a music store for 6 years in the area and met dozens and dozens of people who told me they knew my dad and shared great stories about him. Your narrative that “no one remembers the business 25 years later” is very rude and naive to say. I’d be willing to bet that no one will remember Remix music in 25 years.
Last, you could have used your response to apologize, show empathy and explain yourself in a much better way that I would’ve respected you for. Instead you chose to gaslight me and be defensive.
As a local business, you depend on your community to pay your bills. Angering your local community is the last thing you’d want to do. This is a bad look for you and it will come back to bite you at some point. Best of luck.
The old guy was nice and got a good deal on my Boss PS 6 but the 2 employees or malinngerers.
Horrible experience at this place, I was sold a Trumpet that was WAY over priced, When I went to go and try to receive a refund I was told I should of been charged a cleaning fee as well. The owner did not process my refund correctly and I was told go deal with it with my bank. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A HEADACHE OR TO BE RIPPED OFF.
The guys at Guitar Center are amazing. They have a wealth of knowledge and are always willing to share. The selection of music equipment is awesome. I love going in and just hanging out. There is always a good conversation brewing.
Very friendly and helpful staff
Great selection
Customer service is good, but I felt the selection and organization of the store was lacking.
As Ron Swanson said at Home Depot “ I know more than you”
Well it’s Guitar Center, if you have never been in one picture it as the Best Buy of guitars. No soul.
This one is a bit lacking compared to most in used equipment other than that, it’s just Guitar Center.
Staff could be nicer and more attentive
I used to love this store! But in the past couple of years there are too many empty portions of racks with inventory missing and several times what I went for is what’s out of stock. New instruments are often dirty and covered with prints. My last two orders were so damaged that I had to be credited, both were items shipped from other stores. A lot to be desired with the quality of packaging for shipment. Each thing alone is not a deal breaker, but when it begins to pile up, the experience starts to become a negative one consistently. The staff is ALWAYS great and friendly, I hope they turn things around.
Ya know…. I went there for banjo strings, the only effing place in town to buy anything for a string instrument these days, because when they came to town, all the locally owned shops began to shut their doors. They not only didn’t have what I was specifically looking for, I was told that they are completely out of stock of banjo strings. And again I buy from Amazon.

Great selection, great staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Pricing was very competitive and better in some ways than internet. Will be back soon
I’ve torn myself away from my brand new Clavinova CLP-645 to write a word of thanks to Arkansas Musicworks. Greg Price, the owner, took a lot of time as he helped me make the best decision I’ve made in a very long time, but it was a scary one! On top of everything else, the entire transaction was online!! Now that I’ve had the piano for a few days, I don’t know why I ever hesitated. It’s an amazing piano, and Greg and Tom from Arkansas Musicworks made it all possible. Thank you so much!!
First time in this store and it was impressive with plenty of stocked musical instruments. Also has plenty of parts and internet service. Check it out.
Knowledgeable staff. Personable not like most stores. Some prices are decent but could be better
Wonderful tutors
Took music lessons here once. Paid for 3 lessons and only got two. The instructor cancelled the last one and said he would reschedule but never did
They werent interested in helping enless you were buying brand new.
I wish I knew or experienced what other people have seen here. I walked in with my wife as the only customers an hour after they opened. Out of the four visible employees milling around, one nodded a hello as we walked in the front doors. Otherwise, there was no interaction from anyone. No one even bothered to notice we were leaving even though we walked next to them and the counter is 20 ft from the door.
The guitar inventory was ok, acoustic guitars are less than 1/5 of the inventory and like the balance, was mid-low to low end save one or two items. There is nothing wrong with the quality and price point/selection being on the affordable side but I was a bit shocked given how pretty the property is and it’s overall size. I was looking for something different and would only really knock a five start review down one notch at worst.
The bathrooms are very clean.
The manager/owner with the flat cap and black/grey beard couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. He tries to rush customers into buying equipment, and is extremely rude to you if you don’t buy something right off the bat. I’ve witnessed this every time I’ve been in the store. I would highly recommend seeking a different music store with a competent manager that doesn’t solely care about taking your money. He is unpleasant to be around and lacks simple business concepts. Bottom line, there are plenty other music stores in NW Arkansas that will prioritize your satisfaction — don’t waste your time here.

We had ground beef quesadilla with queso and then another with shredded beef ….only to receive two ground beef ….and the enchiladas which were not on the menu last time were the only item we liked
Guacamole was good
But they changed it all except for chips and salsa
Used to get a plate with a quesadilla that was two plate size tortillas but today it was an extra large one folded in half and hung off the plate
So I loved the chicken taco salad from our last visit
But sadly they shouldn’t have changed the menu
It’s disappointing to have your mouth ready for something you loved and get something so off
I think it’s our last time sadly the waitress was too busy to make eye contact with us at all even when walking right by
And we were only 1 of 4 tables
Great food and friendly service! Breakfast is a must try!
Super friendly staff and best Mexican food I have ever ate go visit if you have the chance
My opinion and opinion of others, it just depends who is cooking. It’s either the most bland over priced geriatric food I’ve ever paid for or it’s pretty good for Tex Mex. So ♀️ ♀️
Food was cooked well however the queso was a little bland and had me questioning what was missing. Staff are very nice and friendly. Short wait only about 15 mins for two meals overall pretty good!
This was my second time here, it was not great, again. The ladies are nice and they occasionally have live music which was really cool. Prices are in the middle. Food isn’t great. I had a chicken burrito, the chicken was bland and dry. Both times. However, unless you want McDs or Sonic, it’ll have to do.
Absolutely the worst tex mex iv ever had.
Terrible service, terrible food, unimpressive decor, and not a good value. Probably the worst place I’ve been to since being in NWA.
They are over priced and there food is not that good
