Went in to check out accessories for a couple of different instruments. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and the store was great to just browse in. The room where you could go in and test out the guitars was pretty great as well.
Great customer service experience. Even though I didn’t purchase anything today the staff were extremely helpful, were not trying to push me to more expensive selections, and when we are ready to make a purchase they will be our first choice.
Very friendly and very helpful.
I’ve bought for or five instruments here, and one bass amp. In recent years the service has become slightly less friendly to those wanting to demo a guitar or amp, and the selection is a bit thin. Don’t get me wrong, I like Peavey and Schecter, but they’ve definitely trimmed down, especially since moving to the new location.
Buena atención, estacionamiento, variedad en el producto
Cool pianos
I’m used to great local businesses willing to help you out. Unfortunately this isn’t one of them. When I went in to see if I can test my guitar’s amp system using one of their amplifiers, the owner instantly became hostile and deriding. “Since I didn’t buy my guitar from their place, why should they let me use one of their amps for free?” Obviously they aren’t known for customer service since there wasn’t another customer in sight. I mentioned this obvious fact and left. A different music store a few blocks north was kind enough to let me use one of their amps, and the owners even spent time explaining how the different amps work. While I spent $20 at their place on guitar accessories, I wasn’t looking for an amp that day. But guess which store I would go to when I’m looking to buy an amp?
Put an order in 2 different times for a replacement part for my son’s bells set in January and again in February. After June we still hadn’t received the part. My son’s grade in band was affected because his bells couldn’t attach to it’s stand for concerts Won’t ever return. Actually kinda made him hate band.
Store sucks, don’t have anything in the drum section, sad
4. Hwy 30 Music Fest
Address: 215 Fair Ave, Filer, ID 83328 , Filer , Idaho , United States
Every year Gordy and Megan up the stakes for the best music fest I have ever attended. Thanks for always putting the fans and their safety first….can’t wait till Texas and then next June in Idaho
Had so much fun watching live music, and getting to meet some of the artists at their mercy booths!
So SO much fun!! Loved every minute of it! They could add another beer station though, but it was a great time regardless
I did not attend the party this year way to many people last year for a small area probably will not go back unless they open it up like the mountain home music fest was
Ben Call has been tuning our pianos at Dunkley Music since we’ve been open in 2004. Great tuner.
Ben Call has tuned our very nice Yamaha Grand many times, and every time it is a total pleasure to play afterwards. He is the best.
Our family is so pleased with the results that Ben was able to do on our piano. It’s 76 years old and got rid of stuck keys and the tuning was amazing. I had very little hope but he did a wonderful job. On top of that the price was unbelievable. I was so worried it would be out of budget, but he surprised us and restored our hope and faith in not only great work but more than reasonable prices. If you’re holding back because of the cost factor, don’t be. Thanks Bed. You are appreciated by this family!
