Awesome! Bought a guitar from here. The people working were nice and helped me out with getting what i needed!! Being left handed it’s harder to find instruments, or things that will be comfortable for me, but they had a pretty good selection for me! It’s also nice coming every once in a while to try out some of the instruments!
loved the helpful services and the great service!
2nd review. Purchased some more drum equipment. Now looking at electric guitar set up. Tessa was extremely helpful, easily approachable and very helpful. Price was comparable to online. The benefit of buying in Pocatello is the service. We’ll be back for Christmas.
1st review.Great service. Excellent staff. Very helpful and got me what I needed for my son’s new skill: playing the drums. No hype. Only sold me what I needed. I will definitely keep shopping there.
You know I really like this place! Fancy lights and shelves, no. But very helpful people and a unique selection of instruments at surprisingly competitive prices!!! They went above and beyond to get me a piano book. This IS where I try to take my business!
Fun place to go
Lots of cool stuff
The piano books do not work very well for napkins to clean my hamsters’ peblets. I hope he likes his new home…
So it’s a toss-up I mean I went in and bought a brand new piece of equipment and a used piece of equipment the same time so far the turntable turned out to be professional and nice course it was brand new it’s what I would expect from Stanton music. And then there’s the factor of the didn’t work it shouldn’t have been on the shelf so if you’re going to buy for main Street music taking electronics professional in with you or music specialist in with you and make sure that your purchases sound otherwise only buy new.

The Piano Gallery in Pocatello is amazing to work with and so accommodating! With very short notice, they were able to deliver not one, but two pianos for an event and completely exceeded all expectations. Best in Southeast Idaho!
Let me tell you a story. I entered the store a hot day in July, looking for a plain old ukulele, wanting to start as a beginner. Tiffany was very helpful, telling me the basics I needed to know to select an instrument. I hefted a few ukuleles, but nothing felt right. I turned around, and there she was; a beautiful soprano ukulele with a delicately carved goldfish upon the front of the instrument. My breath caught, a slow blush crept up my cheeks, and the world seemed to pause in its rotation to witness the truest form of love there is: the love between a young musician and the perfect instrument. I picked her up off the rack and strummed a few times, her dulcet tones sending shivers down my spine.
I walked away from that store that day, having made the most difficult choice of my life. My husband believed that the goldfish ukulele was not for me, so I held a different one in my arms that served me well as I began my quest to master the ukulele. But that goldfish ukulele continued to haunt my dreams, the shapely curve of her seductive form appearing behind my closed lids every night. It took me a few days – fool that I was – to realize that no ukulele would ever compare to my beloved goldfish ukulele, my beloved Goldeen (I named her after a Pokémon).
Tiffany was kind enough to work with me to exchange my ukulele to begin a layaway for my beloved Goldeen. Now my beloved sits on a shelf in the back of the store, as I work much as Jacob of the Bible worked for his beloved Rachel. The owners of this store support true love and played a crucial part in our courting days. If you seek true love, I recommend this store.
I LOVE this store! It is always neat and tidy, has a good selection, and I LOVE the staff! Tiffany and Jeff (Geoff) Brown are a great team who work hard to make customers happy, communicate about needs, and take care of the instruments.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Piano gallery has a large selection of pianos. It also has several other instruments you can rent each month at a reasonable price. It has a large selection a sheet music.
They have a great place to check out guitars and other instruments a large selection of music and musical instruments the staff seems friendly and knowledgeable best price for guitar strings been a couple times will go back
beautifully done with the quality of inventory.warm regards to the owners.
Came in for a college textbook (Guitar class) and I got the too busy for you attitude from them. I wasn’t buying a piano.
Good selection of product but young lady working there lacking knowledge on anything gutar sure miss people who care about customers instead of there cell phones
worst place ever! refuses to honor their own contracts, discriminates against people with disability and people on social security! I got a rent to own instrument from them filled out the contract, signed it, gave them my card for auto-pay they charged my card for the first months rent. The next morning they called, first they said they needed more information and wanted the instrument back. I offered them another card but they refused. I went to talk to them with another card and a statement of my bank balance they still demanded I return the instrument, I said the contract said I kept the instrument unless I defaulted on the payments, the large man assisting me said the instrument was theirs until paid in full and if I didn’t return it they would “come and take it”. they did say they would rent me an instrument that was “not so nice” since the one my daughter picked out was “too nice for someone on social security” I felt threatened, humiliated, and degraded. I finally just paid for the instrument in full to get all this over with and not disappoint my daughter. Whatever you do don’t shop here.

Very nice. Fast and friendly. I love the guitar strap I purchased plus it felt great to support a local business.
Top notch music/instrument store, unmatched in prices.
I have taken my acoustic and bass in for truss rod adjustment and new strings and Mike was very friendly and helpful with both of them!
Very good experience I neededa PA system for a funeral and they provided what I needed at a good price
Has a pretty good selection of just about anything a guitarist might need and a friendly staff.
This is my go to bass store, real close to my house, Great Staff, 4 stars because nothing’s perfect
Went in with my wife, both of us had $$$ to spend. We were never acknowledged, they were to busy ripping some kid off on a banjo. I’ll never shop here again…
Very rude people. Extremely over priced. Their used guitars, even the ones in bad shape, are way too much. They take advantage of you not knowing much about how much a guitar or musical instrument is worth, and they rip you off. Please, do not buy from here. I like to support local businesses, but I will not support this one or the owner who I have witnessed multiple times taking advantage of people. Go to any other music store in Pocatello, but please do not support this business.
Do not go there unless you want to be treated poorly and talked down too. The guy (Mike?) kept trying to tell me that my problem was not a real one and he had never heard of that problem before even though he is not proficient in any way in that instrument. He also told me that it must be a cheap instrument if I have that kind of nonexistent problem. I told him I am renting from them and he goes, “oh, I guess we have to make it work right.” When he was able to get the stuck part to move he said, “I don’t see any problem.”he is a lot stronger than me. Curtis is great though.
