Thanks for opening an Indie Bookstore in FHs! Love the location near the fountain. The store is cozy and inviting.
Great business!
Great selection! Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff! Lots of books and records. I can see myself shopping here often!
The bookstore is a fantastic little place! I’m a history book guy, and while the selection isnt huge, what there is, is interesting. I was torn between the Battle of Borodino (which is a Napoleonic battle you dont see written about much), and a biography of John Mackay, miner-turned-Comstock millionaire! I chose Mackay, but it was a hard choice!
Dont come expecting a large choice, but you’ll be surprised by what they carry, nonetheless.
My only complaint is trying to Get there. Lol I felt like I should have brought a hook and rope to climb up to the balcony to get to the entrance.
2. Fountain Hills Piano
Address: 11873 N Saguaro Blvd Suite A-2, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268 , Fountain Hills , Arizona , United States
My favorite Starbucks in the US. I’m a regular so I’m greeted by my first name, my drink, when I order my usual, is perfect. All of the employees are friendly even during these challenging times.
My only critique that Starbucks HQ ignored while this location was in construction, is the parking is atrocious and the drive-thru slightly too narrow to get a work truck through. Thus, I get to park the long-bed pickup next to an unmarked curb for my grab and go. While there is plenty of parking around the businesses next door, especially behind the building, you will get harassed and possibly towed if you park there, even if you patronize those other businesses during your stop.
This is one of my favorite Starbucks. Lattes with a view.
If you are a Starbucks person you must visit.
Just like every other Starbucks. Over rated, over priced. Friendly, efficient staff.
Whether I drive thru or meet friends for a cuppa I appreciate the cleanliness and drink consistency always the same regardless of barista. But hey, it’s Starbucks,!
The coffee was correct and they did not question the banana costume.
Great managers are servant leaders that make employees feel valued so that they value their customers. Everyone here looks sullen. Not very welcoming. Cheer up!
Place sucks
Slow drive thru

What a great place with the nicest owners!
Tons of unique jewelry! Not your typical antique place!
Beautiful items, excellent quality, great service. So many genres and mediums…
Full of great stuff with knowledgeable people and reasonable prices. Fun just to browse. No pressure. We were not shopping but found things that we bought and are glad for doing that. We enjoyed meeting the people there.
Some interesting items. Overpriced.
AWESOME selection! Something for everyone.
Prices are high but very nice selection.
A friend and I came in and looked at mugs. The owner stood behind us and watched what we were looking at. My friend decided against the mug she was looking at and we were going to leave. The owner then hounded her on why she was not going to buy it. My friend pointed out an imperfection for the $40! Mug that was originally $82! And she told her that’s not a reason to decide against it. Super odd and off putting behavior from a small business owner!
I’ve walked into here a couple of times. The first thing is that the smell of the place is a little overwhelming. Very musty. The stuff was ok, prices were very high on the few items that I found of interest. Tons of jewelry and stuff packed into every corner. I would almost say it’s more of a personal collection then anything else.
Overpriced, very slow turnover….if you have been there once, you have seen it.
9. Grapeables Wine Bar & Lounge
Address: 12645 N Saguaro Blvd # 9, Fountain Hills, AZ 85268 , Fountain Hills , Arizona , United States
We went on vacation to fountain hills, we are from Minnesota and the owners and the regulars welcomed us into their “cheers” bar and were so kind and told us everything to do around the area. We ended up going there every night while we were there!
Wine and live music with a great view.
Very nice place.
Nice, quiet place. Friendly atmosphere, efficient service, expansive collection of wines to choose from to either drink there or take home. Well worth a visit.
Smaller relaxing wine bar to have a glass of wine and listen to live music certain nights. They do not have a full kitchen but do offer cheese & crackers, and charcuterie board.
I believe you can order food from a neighboring Italian restaurant that they deliver to wine bar in a “to go box “. The Italian restaurant is very good.
Food was great I had the chocolate beer, something different.
I came out with a friend to hear a friend of ours sing. Two people came out and ask to take our order. We said, we’re ok. The owner came out and told us we had to buy a glass of wine or leave, these are premium seats and is filling up quickly. There are still 6 tables outside. How about negative stars for this place. 8:55pm and the place never was packed!!
Two people joined us there. They had just made a purchase when they overheard the owner speaking to us. They were appalled and won’t be back. Neither will the guy they brought. It was their first time there.
The female owner is obnoxiously rude. Also, the prime seats are Big Lots cheap.
Just stopped in for a glass of wine. My husband asked a question about one of the wines, the bar tender was rude and condesending. We did not order another. We went to pay the tab, I had no intention of leaving a tip. I try not to reward BAD behavior. The bill came to 12,75 I gave him a twenty. I got five back, I guess at this establishment you just take a tip.
Used to think highly of this place until the bartender told a falsehood to the owners about us. First Impressions can be deceiving.

Installed Sonos system. Great service and professionalism.
We had 4 projects today, including a tricky theatre problem. The team of 3 were professional, very knowledgeable and were able to think outside the box to complete the work to meet our needs. Highly Recommend!!
Integrated Automation just installed two TV’s in my home. We moved one to above our fireplace, in which there was no electricity or cable. They did a great job with the installation. They were on time, very knowledgeable on different products and what would work best for our needs and budget. I would highly recommend Jeff and his team!

Friendly staff. Pretty organized. Found what I was looking for.
Love this store good finds friendly people
Great finds. Fun finding treasures.
This location seems to consistently have a variety of good items at reasonable prices!!!
Store layout seems fairly organized.
Not bad selection. Friendly people
I love to poke around Goodwill however this location (more than once) was rather disappointing…
Staff is awful, no customer service. Very rude.
Not big selection
Wow, just moved to fountain hills and donated nearly $5000 to this store in the last few weeks, I donated a very distinctive office desk chair by mistake, my wife called to ask if it was still there the very next day at opening and if it was could we get it back? James (manager, or at least he said so) said oh we sold that I think, my wife asked if he could check please maybe it didn’t make it out of the back yet, he said he would check, after hanging up 3 times on us (accidentally I believe) he got back on the phone in just seconds to say it wasn’t there. I heard the conversation and didn’t trust what he was saying and decided to go down to check, low and behold it was right up there in the front. When I I asked for James he said “oh there it is”, I asked if I could just take it and he asked if I had a picture of it in my home to prove I was the one who dropped it off. I told him I didn’t and he said sorry without proof he couldn’t just give it back which I understand, I asked him how much they had it for sale for he said $50.00, a patron looked at the bottom and said the tag is down there and it wasn’t $50.00 it was $29.00. I asked if he would split the difference, he went back to ask the manager( hmm he said on the phone he was the manager) the REAL manager offered 20% off which I accepted, purchased the chair and left. JAMES LIED ON THE PHONE ABOUT CHECKING FOR THE CHAIR, JAMES LIED WHEN HE SAID IT SOLD, JAMES LIED WHEN HE SAID HE COULDN’T FIND IT, JAMES LIED WHEN HE SAID HE WAS MANAGER, JAMES LIED WHEN HE SAID THE CHAIR WAS $50.00. James is a liar. I won’t be donating any more stuff (and I still have a bunch) to the fountain hills Goodwill.
