Loved the small town feel. They were busy and our food was a little cool. I did not like the home fries. My eggs were not prepared as ordered but the waitress offered to have them redone. I would go back.

My family orders take out from here often an we have alway been pleased until today. All three breakfasts had no bacon and they completely left out a half order of biscuits and gravy. I called to see if they could just put a credit towards our next oder seeing as we were all sitting down to eat already and did not want the rest getting cold while waiting for the bacon. Not only did the manager not personally get on the phone to speak to me I could hear her in the background being less then concerned about the issue, let alone giving us any kind of credit. Unfortunately we will have to find somewhere else to frequent.
Went in and ordered breakfast burrito with steak, and after server brought burrito to the table she said don’t ever ask for steak burrito again because the cook threw a fit. Uh, your a restaurant the last time I checked. Disrespectful all around. Will never eat there again.
They took an more than and hour to seat us so we left with empty stomachs

Best spiced chai I’ve had. Bavarian pretzel and kolache hit the spot – and that Peaches and Cream Sour Ale – Oustanding! Loved the Blackberry Heiferweizen too Definitely going back again. Busy, but relaxed and intimate atmosphere and great service.

So disappointed. My latte was burnt, the patries were stale, their phone skills were poor and the customer service was atrocious. I live very close and love beer/ coffee, so I this is really a let down.

I found a Martin acoustic on Reverb that I couldn’t pass up. I reached out to ask a question and was answered promptly. Todd was fantastic to work with, very communicative, and followed up with me. The guitar arrived after only a few short days. It was an incredibly easy transaction and made shopping online effortless. What a breath of fresh air dealing with such service minded professionals. They are definitely in my tone quiver and I will not hesitate to order from them again.
One of my favorite small businesses I’ve encountered since moving to Colorado. Everyone who works here is super friendly, it’s a wonderful store, and I cannot express this next bit enough- If you are looking for guitar teachers or supplies- Do NOT go to guitar center in Fort Collins! They’re very rude and unfriendly there. Guitars Etc. Has better stock than them anyway, and fantastic customer service!
My younger sister and I walked in one day on a whim. We’d been toying around with the idea of playing guitar and had a hole two- ish days experience under our belts.
We were greeted upon entering the store, all of our questions were answered thoroughly and enthusiastically, and we left with the numbers of a few in house guitar teachers. I believe it was only a week or two until we had arranged to meet with one and were seeing him once a week.
I’m sure all the teachers are great, but I’ll have to sing Richard Ellis some praise for being kind, patient, treating us more like friends than students, but still being a super efficient and helpful teacher. Not to mention, took no time at all for the rest of the staff to recognize us, welcome us before each lesson and send us of each day with a “see you next week!” And a smile.
I’ve had a few issues with payment regarding the lessons, all of which were <> which I cannot emphasize enough. But despite this the owner talked to me about them personally and I was able to sort everything out. Despite a few recurring issues on my end he remained patient, understanding and willing to work with me each time.
Unfortunately due to my own personal finances I’ve had to stop lessons for now. But my sister and I plan on coming back the moment we’re able- we loved meeting with our teacher and always felt super welcomed and comfortable here. Meantime, we will be going nowhere else should we need anything guitar related!
Quite the busy shop, has quite a bit, and they’re knowledgeable.

The guy on the phone was super nice and was ready to take my card info to buy a gift card, , but then came back and informed me that the company that does their gift cards was down. And they’re only doing curbside pickup. Huge bummer, I hope they realize they’re missing out on a lot of people that would’ve wanted to support their business.
The staff is anti-social, the owner is mean. Enough said.

I went in to have a guitar looked at and have some repairs done. The repair guy, Evan, had just left for the day when I arrived. Gillian still had the store open and called Evan, and he gladly came right back to the shop to help me out! Both Evan and Gillian well extremely helpful. They were both very knowledgeable and willing to share information on how to take better care of my instrument. Not like a lot of these other places you go where everything is a secret or you have to pay for information. The work I needed done was simple but Evan explained everything as he worked right in front of me. He only charged me a few dollars for the repair. Then we jammed for half an hour before I had to take off. The absolute definition of excellent service!! I would give them more stars if I could! I will be back guys, thanks again!!

I had these guys take a look at a signature bass of mine. It had some electrical problems going on with it that were a bit out of their knowledge base but Evan is great guy. Very honest and very hard working. I will return with any other problems I have in the future and I would recommend them. Their pricing is very fair and they are willing to help out customers any way they can.
I called to sign my boys up for guitar lessons and had a few options worked out and was told I would be called back to confirm which times worked. I never heard back. Then, when I called back to confirm options, I was told they didn’t have any of my information logged and there were no longer any time slots available for lessons.
Everyone I have met there seems very nice, but very poorly organized.

Very friendly and informative when I called in to ask about pricing and brands.
I just had my guitar set up and intonated here. They did a great job on it. I would definitely recommend them for repairs. They even knocked a bit off the quoted price since the job didn’t take as long a they had originally thought. Awesome customer service. I will be coming back here for my guitar related needs in the future for sure.
great place to try and buy, they know their stuff and are super nice and willing to help you find what you’re looking for. they have great recommendations and will let you play whatever for however long. very cheap for repairs and guitar work, much cheaper than other places. got my frets leveled/crowned and it sounds fantastic, however they did kind of gauge/scratch the neck on several frets. sucks, but not a huge deal as it’s not a high end guitar and the price was right ($60). again, sounds great but i would be weary of bringing a higher end model in as they weren’t very careful about taping off the neck to avoid cosmetic damage.

do not take your guitars here for repair! simple jobs will end up being 2 hours in labor charges. they will take your working guitar and send you home with a non-working guitar. they will mix up the wiring on the pots. they will give you pots too large so your knobs have a huge gap underneath. unbelievably unprofessional and incapable.
EDIT: The business response is not a fair respresentation. First guitar, volume pots wired backwards. Second guitar, repair only lasted the car ride home. Second fix only lasted the next car ride home. Third fix, incorrect tone mapping and too large of pots. Every single trip a problem. Why would I go back?

Don’t judge a book by its cover. The place’s exterior does not reflect the wonder inside. I got to taste a classic brick oven pizza and one pan specialty pizza along with one of their brews (cholocolate tasting beer). I couldn’t be more pleased. The pizzas were incredible and the beer really hit the spot. I sat at the bar and was served from beginning to end by a very helpful bartender. She was a ray of sunshine. Very attentive and always wearing a big smile. Very welcoming, inviting place with great food, brews and pople.

The beer was okay, nothing to write home about. The pale ale and the IPA were almost the same. The red ale was probably the best beer on tap. The beers seemed to be under carbonated and flat tasting. I most likely will not return to this one because there is a better one a mile away. The music was well was depressing.
Terrible service tonight. Out of beers…one waitress who moved slow. …was she brewing the beer as it was ordered? We like local but waiting 15 min6to be served and then never having the waitress come back ?. Rather go somewhere else and get good service

I don’t understand how this place has so many good reviews. We tried Mirror Image Brewing for the first time tonight and were very disappointed. The breadsticks lacked flavor and a few of them were so burnt we couldn’t eat them. Marinara just tasted like chunky tomato sauce with a bit of Italian seasoning.
I had high hopes for the deep dish pizza because it looked so good. However my husband, who loves any kind of pizza and will eat any pizza you put in front of him, couldn’t eat more than the one slice he had. This is a guy who can eat a whole medium pizza himself because he just loves pizza so much. The fact that he ate only one slice means it was pretty bad. It just lacked any flavor and the amount of sausage (or lack of it) was a joke. We would rather order from Domino’s or drive to Nicolo’s in Longmont. Unfortunately, we won’t be back.

She went to have them removed; they blamed her AND allowed another customer to run her mouth about how it’s obviously her fault because she doesn’t use lotion and she doesn’t drink enough water. Look she tried to deal with it, tried to soak them off at home, she went back to have them deal with it. Be accountable for your screw up on someone else’s fingers. Terrible management, Terrible owner.

We were looking for a professional Getzen 3062AFR bass trombone online for WEEKS, when we came across this store. We were able to get the Getzen 3062AFR bass trombone used (but in impecable condition) for an excellent price. A new Getzen 3062AFR is very expensive, so we eagerly bought it. As we purchased it, Gina was very helpful and gave us photos and a thorough description of the instrument. As the product shipped, we were frequently updated on where it was on its process. An amazing store.
Gina is a consummate musical instrument expert, especially when it comes to Flutes, Horns, and the litany of Brass Band instruments. I reached out via email to her business after hours and received a return phone call immediately and she proceeded to run me thru the gamut of her Saxophone collection on hand and educated me on each and every one I inquired about and lastly she offered an a phenomenal deal on a mint condition Sax that I would have been foolish to bypass. To top it all off she had the instrument overnighted to me (unbeknownst to me). My inspection proved that she was spot on in her description on the instruments condition. I can’t give enough accolades to Gina and her team. Thanks a million Gina!!!
