Great experience grabbing some sticks on the fly. Got a sweet deal! Will be going back again. Highly recommend as an alternative to driving to a box store.
Good selection and knowlegable staff
Very helpful full, always able to get what I’m looking for
Very helpful and nice place
Nice people and very informative. Prices are reasonable and a good collection of instruments.
Probably the best customer service that I’ve gotten in a music store. The only reason why I’m giving a 3 stars is because they outsource there guitar repairs to someone who has absolutely no concept of quolity assurance or even knowledge of how to do a standard set-up.
IN SHORT go to the store for lessons and to buy stuff while feeling really welcomed, BUT for the sake that is all holy with electric guitar repairs; DO NOT TAKE YOU’RE GUITAR THERE FOR REPAIRS.
The employees were very nice and helpful (for the most part), but I spent a month waiting on an instrument to get shipped to their store so I could rent it. The guy who was supposed to be in charge of it would never call me back. I’m not sure whether it’s the store’s fault or the warehouse’s fault that every time I ordered an instrument, it would “ship” and then never show up because it was never actually shipped. Either way, I have auditions and couldn’t wait anymore so I took my business elsewhere.
Send my guitar for set-up and never see and talk to the technician and tell the salesman about the problem and they said they will fix it and took the payment. But when i got my guitar the problem still exist.they to send it back twice and never fix the problem. I will never again to send my guitar without seeing a technician and a work shop in a store. I learned my lesson. Beware!!!
Absolute Gyp. Offered $20 pawn on a $1600 guitar with $1200 quad-camera live-broadcast setup built-on.
Absolutely untrustable.

I am a former teacher here. Zack and Adam and all the staff are superb people. They scheduled wonderful students and were always on top of the schedule changes. Unfortunately, the percentage the national company takes form the teacher’s pay check is too great for most of us. Otherwise I would still be there. I will continue to do business there buying music, instruments and sending my student there to puy instruments, music and accessories. Someday they may be able to lower the percentage cut for teachers and continue to have the mopst experienced people working there.
Ethan sold me a microphone a couple months back. That thing is beautiful, and the mic is pretty easy on the eyes as well. 10/10 thank you come again
The set up my guitar and work great I will come back again
Really good music store. Only thing is that if you pay with a really big amount($100) for a small priced item($15-$40) they is a chance they might not accept it.
I would go here very day but I live far
Gives you stuff for instruments and it sell instruments too
Very disorganized….
Poor customer service. I felt like I was at a rude liquor store.

So happy to be part of this teaching staff. It’s friendly to parents and students. All the teachers here are friendly and great. A really great place to learn to play an instrument for all ages.
I’m on vacation and I needed a set of acoustic guitar strings. I used Google Maps to search for a music store in Rancho Cucamonga [California]. It returned several places including branches of 2 national chains. Instead I selected Hi-Line because they already had some positive reviews and I prefer using local businesses. They had exactly what I wanted. The people were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was in a hurry, so I couldn’t stick around and browse, but it looks like an interesting store. I’ll check it out the next time I’m in town.
This is a cozy place to go for some musical needs!
I called today about selling my daughter’s violin back since they said when I bought it they would buy it back when she was done with it. Well found out today that was a lie t I get us to buy it in the first place. I don’t understand how a small business in a small community would say things just to get me to buy something from them. Well lesson learned I won’t step foot in this place ever again. I’m glad I didn’t need the 5 dollars they probably would have offered. Instead my daughter donated it to a friend who was so happy. Guess it worked out better my daughter got her new flute from a much better place and got to make another kid happy. Beer again will I step foot in that horrible place of lies and story’s. If I was looking again I wouldn’t even pull in the driveway. Not to mention there so overly expensive and so not worth the time
Bought an instrument for my daughter the lady said oh ya if she changes her mind or music interest we buy back if you bought it new. Well guess what they don’t do that after all. I was on my way to look into another instrument for my daughter as she wanted to try flute this year. After getting a call from my wife telling me they won’t buy it back after all for whatever there reason is probably broke who knows. I turned right around and went on offer up and found what my daughter wanted. Not to mention we had tried on several occasions to get lessons for my daughter and every time it was cancelled at the last minute for whatever there reason was probably a lie like the buy back lie. Or probably there teachers really don’t know what there doing is what is believe. They sure talked a good game about how great they are and how the guys was some legendary musician that taught the world to play. It’s pretty said when you live in a small community and this is how you run your business. You should close the doors and give it up we’d be better off. So before you waste your time and money here do yourself a favor and shop around you’ll be so happy you did. As for the instrument my daughter gave it to her friend that is giving it a go and we bought her new instrument from a much better less arrogant music store my daughter and her friend are both over joyed with how it worked out. Feels good to be able help another kid get into to music worked out better to give it away then sell it back to have these people take advantage of yet another family. Maybe it’s time to close up and retire I’m sure you’ve burned your fair share by now. And folks trust me when i say you will be much better off shopping elsewhere. Heck the swapmeet would be a far better option then these clowns. Shame on you close it up and retire this community doesn’t need shady business like this. Not to mention extremely over priced
-0 STARS. Don’t go here unless you know about instruments or enjoy getting ripped off. They charged me $200 for a used DeVille tenor saxophone, and you can buy a used one for under $39. The serial number on it doesn’t come up online anywhere, and was also charged $100 for the case. The next day I tried to return it, and she said they don’t do returns even with the receipt.

Excellent customer service. The Guitar Center team members are very helpful and knowledgeable. If you are looking for a top notch music center Guitar Center is theee spot!!
When to take a look at some Is equipment
Still a good place to shop for all of your music needs. This store needs community support… There was talk of it closing but not sure now… I still remember the grand opening… Live band and an Elvis impersonator… It was great! Try this store 1st for all your live performance, DJ and recording as well as musical instruments and lessons.
The service is good at this place
Always fun to check out
Bad customer service.
Only 2 guys at front with an attitude.
Try paying for something simple for my kid and a guy said he didn’t have time. Supposedly helping someone but with a bad attitude.
Looks like they hate their job
Also they were arguing each other in front of customers.

Rate a zero employees talking to each other instead of helping people . There was 3 customers to 5 employees, couldn’t get help .
Very bad customer service

Always the best customer service and return policies in the industry
Bought all of my music equipment from here. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. There’s always that background noise of someone testing out Sweet Child Of Mine on a guitar they can’t afford and somehow can’t get the riff right, yet it feels like home.
Enjoyed
Any one can sell gear. But this place has probably the most helpful, polite staff I’ve ever experienced between here and Florida. And for only a used amp and accessories!
Solid selection compared to some stores, and the associates weren’t aggressive and allowed time to look around.
Tested some acoustics with a friend, and really looking into getting an acoustic bass
Prices are average, definetely a good go to if you live nearby.
Return my phases since they came with a manufacture problem and went last week on a Friday to get an exchange and the sale person Aj told me he would hook me up with a two day shipping and haven’t gotten a tracking number or nothing called the manger today and told me nothing has been shipped or anything!! This what kind of 2 day hook up express I get from the sale person from Aj and I should be getting a tracking number knowing when they would get my house! Horrible experience and customer service at this store
Being a long time Guitar Center customer, purchasing thousands of dollars in guitars, keyboards and equipment, I find the lack of customer service at this store,, is getting worse. I went in to buy a simple volume knob nut for my grand daughters electric guitar. While waiting for an associate at the repair desk, I clearly see a compartment with alot of old hardwarel, as well as the nut I was.looking for. When I finally get assistance, the guy checks with their “guitar specialist” and tells me the nuts only come with a volume control assembly l, but that I could go to Ace Hardware and find one. Which they do not have the thin nut required…
True FAIL at Customer Service!!!
It’s decent, but you have to wait super long for your order…like months

This place is awesome, small shop good prices,
Great.
He has a great selection of brass equipment and is very helpful with any questions.
Any instrument you could ever want at reasonable prices nice elderly gentleman with a lot of knowledge help you and guide you
Good service.
15 years ago, I took my mom’s guitar here to be tuned for my guitar class. The owner stole the ivory tuning keys from the guitar and replaced them with white plastic tuning keys without asking me. When I came back to pay, he made it seem that he had upgraded my guitar for free. I went home and my mom broke into tears. I hadn’t realized that I had been ripped off. We returned, and asked for them back. With a smirk on his face, he told my father and me that he had thrown them out and that there was no way to get them back. It was obvious that he was lying. He ripped off a child, and that always plays back in my mind.
I bought three flutes from him and only one of them where able to play D and E Flat(i just need to get the pads replaced)I even took the sencond flute i bought from him and gave it to him to repair,i get it back STILL DIDNT PLAY D OR E FLAT
They weren’t able to help me.
