Great food, great service, really great people. Their generosity behind the scenes, seeking no recognition, is amazing. GCC will always be a stop for us when we are in the Phoenix area.
Plus: Fast service, great BLT
Minus: chairs a bit shabby, dirty on upholstered top
Food good. A friend his sandwich the bread was burnt. Fish was very good also the liver and onions.
Popular spot in Gold Canyon for breakfast. Large variety on the menu from pancakes to French toast, omelets to eggs benedict, breakfast burritos and biscuits and gravy. Good home cooked meal. The patio is a plus in the early morning. Good prices for the amount of food given.
Horrible rude disrespectful argumentive, unprofessional servers on 2 different occasions.
Today was the worst we waited an hour for a breakfast when it arrived my hash browns were raw and burnt! My raisan toast was not toast it was bread my eggs and coffee were cold They never apologized. I will not return and I own my own business and I have a very big mouth and I’m going to make sure to tell everyone how horrible my father and I were treated.
Well this was disappointing. My husband’s au jus was flavorless, and the bread has the tell tale white spots of bread that was going bad. And our server never came back to refill drinks or check on us. We got our check at the register because she never came back to bring it after we waited and waited. A shame because they’re so close that we would have been regulars had it actually been good.
Not so good ,chairs very old and low to the ground hard for a handicap person to get up also need to update to a tall toliet in the womens. Just do some upgrades on better chairs and that would be wonderful for everyone but if your not handicap you wouldn’t think of things like that.

Best quality prime rib I’ve ever had. Everything was excellent from A to Z. Faith R was our server and she was great.
Always good food
Amazing service, friendly & clean food was amazing too
Excellent food
Nice decor ……love onion rings but tonight wasn’t their best……..,
Gold Stallion was fantastic! Chef Todd is amazing! Had the fish/chips and chips/salsa for an appetizer…Wonderful!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Can I give another review for Theresea at the bar?? Wow! Great service, very friendly staff…LOVE this place! Will be back next time I’m in the area!
19.00 for Prime rib dip is too expensive when they skimp on the prime rib. What little there was was very good.
Won’t go there again. My Wife and I stopped there for breakfast after church, 2 other couples there and waited 10 minutes to see an employee, they might have been out smoking. Finally ordered coffee and breakfast and employees disappeared again, got our own coffee. Got breakfast, warm bread instead of toasted bread. Again had to wait. My Wife used the bathroom and was appalled at the filth of the restroom and decided never again, food comes from that kitchen.
Our waitress – 5 out of 5 stars
My family ordered the prime rib. 1 medium, 3 medium rare.
The 3 medium rare prime rib orders had so much fat in it, you couldn’t eat it. Plus, the meat was very undercooked. I had to cut around all the uncooked meat and fat in order to enjoy a portion of this meal.
The prime rib orders were half the size they were several months ago (last time I visited).
I’m just highly disappointed. I didn’t want a refund and I did not ask.
Waitress was phenomenal and she did everything right.
4. Lost Dutchman Music Company
Address: 1000 W Apache Trail Suite 125, Apache Junction, AZ 85120 , Gold Canyon , Arizona , United States
This place is a delight. Nice people and real gear. I second the comment in another review, please support this local business. We need to do what we can to help these guys.
Wonderful place, I have moved since my last visit, but it is a cool place not to . mention the only place within 20 miles?, To get musical instrument supplies. Thanks
Stopped in to have my husband’s guitar restrung. Both gentlemen were very friendly and personable, price was great, and the work was excellent. I liked the relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the salesroom and the luthier’s shop, and loved the conversation. Rare to find this kind of place nowadays. Thanks for a very pleasant experience.
Friendly people. Both knowledgeable and reasonable priced.
I moved down here at the request of the owner with a very small incentive, the very least he could do. During my tenure, I learned he does not pay employee taxes… I also learned that he was spying on me in his adjacent office via webcam…I have reason to believe he was instrumental in my being robbed of $40,000 worth of My personal music gear As I was informed by my girl that he was present in my home when I wasn’t, as was Sam. I should add that Sam That does repairs repeatedly did substandard work when it came to setting up action and truss adjustments which I had to rectify myself. I gave my all to help them build a business and brought Sam in who ultimately stabbed me in the back which caused me to lose all respect for him. I gave them one star because there was no lower rating available. I strongly discourage any self-respecting or serious musicians from doing business with them…(I should also add that in the 2 years since I’ve severed ties completely with Ken, he has persisted in making snide comments in an attempt to berate and mock me to a ridiculously immature end… He once was a friend, but his recent insinuations reveal his true character. Paybacks are not my thing, but in this case it is more than warranted. Let the chips fall where they may, this is your doing for A. the above treatment of me, and B. continuing to use My name in a derogatory fashion and mocking me in your posts. I would recommend Milano music in Mesa, they have a fantastic luthier and repair shop. They are top notch.
(In response to Ken’s response )As for the response by Ken himself saying if he sued me for libel he would win, that is a ridiculous response. A review be it good or bad is entirely reasonable for somebody to post publicly based on their experience with the business in question, and bad behavior does not get rewarded. These are my feelings and thoughts and people can judge based on their own thoughts and feelings. Had I not been treated this way, this review would not exist but it does because it’s true.
You take the good with the bad Ken, and it appears here that your own truth is a bitter pill for you to swallow. Nevertheless, I have to forgive you for this all and that isn’t for you, it’s for me. I edited the review for more concise content when I cooled off a bit after reading your “Post James” comment.
I would have loved nothing more than for this to have been a positive experience, but it wasn’t. I was thrown under the bus by you in such a disrespectful way that nothing is reconcilable outside of my forgiving you and that is for my own serenity and well being. Lesson learned.

Cold Canyon sits along Highway 60. It has everything you need close by. There is a grocery store, several fast food restaurants, and a bank. It is quiet and sits outside of the larger surrounding cities. There is a beautiful view of the mountains.
6. Wahoo’s Restaurant & Bar

When I called and booked an order at this restaurant, they delivered the food to my place at the exact promised time. They were right on time and that’s why me and my friends had a good dinner. I am very thankful to them for doing such an incredible job by giving me the best possible service.
Dropped in for dinner and was not disappointed in any way! Casual style and super wings and pizza. My wife had a salad that was extra tasty. Lots of TVs going and will be a great spot for game time. Can’t wait to get back and try other food on the menu!
Enjoyed everything
Great food and service!
Good food and good service
Pretty good parking and really cool atmosphere with a lot of seating indoor and outdoor with a pretty nice view of the superstition mountains!
So when we got there we were seated right away by a very nice hostess, however it took about 20 mins to get service and after taking our orders we didn’t see our waitress until we were done with our food and asked for the check.
Unfortunately my fries were lukewarm at best, almost cold, but the western burger was good.
We still got no refills and she never came to ask how it was and they didn’t have condiments at the tables.
And Lastly if you know me you know I like live music and they had some pretty good live music with a sizable dance floor!
I did talk to the manager and she comped our soft drinks and appetizers so that’s why I’m still giving it a three-star although to be honest this was a one-star experience.
We just left the restaurant with our meals that we ordered at the table. We were there for over an hour before we got our appetizer. My new wife and mother-in-law (who have been regulars for over a year) bragged about how good the place is. Granted, they were busy but the waitress who waits on them regularly, only bothered to walk by our table and repeatedly tell us our food would be right out. My mother-in-law was tired and we finally asked for the meals boxed to take home, which is right around the corner from Wahoos, and the bugers were cold, and looked as though they had been sitting in the window for some time. The food was good despite the temperature. Seems like if they were having issues in the kitchen, a little notice from the staff (one of which we watched stopping to dance for a few minutes) would have gone a long way in making the experience a little more palatable.
I brought a group in after emailing and asking the owner if they were prepared. The wait staff was amazing! We were unable to put table together because “the owners don’t allow it“ Then there was a problem with the TV volume, and the seating for poker was priority.
So …We ended up leaving and going to an Apache Junction establishment and had a great time. We were able to our tables together and had a great time. They took our $2000 and tip and didn’t worry about it. As a New Gold Canyon resident it was disappointing.
Sat at a table for 20 minutes and no one even tried to serve us or let us know we existed. Only 6 people at tables so don’t blame staffing. Left and won’t bother trying again.
7. Gold Canyon

Nice store and friendly staff. Also good prices and decent selection. Got a good deal on guitar strings.
Friendly staff and good selection of sheet music. They’ve always had the method books I need in stock.
Very helpful service!
Staff is very helpful and experienced!
They were kind enough to let us jam on their amp and electric guitar
Very basic selection.
Spent my money elsewhere because of the masks requirement.
NEGATIVE STARS IS MORE LIKE IT!!! I have had the WORST experience dealing with the customer service from Music and Arts. Everytime me or my husband try to call and resolve our bill we get told a different story! NOONE has helped us resolve the issue and it’s been over 4 months now. The amount of money I have paid Music and Arts already, I could have boughten an instrument. NOT worth the hassel and absolute HORRIBLE customer service!!! Save your money and time and go somewhere else!!
I don’t necessarily have a grievance with this store in particular but the company in general. When my children did not return in March due to COVID there was zero communication from the company as to what to do if we were currently renting from them. I called one day at the end of March to try and return the instrument and they said unless you can make it here by 5 pm tonight we are closing indefinitely due to Covid. They did not offer me any assistance or let me know there was a customer service line to call. I assumed this was a privately owned company. I tried calling today to see if I can return the instrument (we’ve been quarantined since March) and receive some sort of reimbursement due to the circumstances. The guy at the store told me there was a separate customer service number (oh NOW they tell me) that I would have to call to see if I can get a refund. I called and was told I should have called earlier to get my payments stopped and there was nothing they could do to get reimbursed for the months I have been paying for when I couldn’t return the instrument due to COVID and being quarantined. I don’t believe this is great customer service as almost every other company is offering Covid assistance and they will do nothing but keep my money.
Update- they just called me back and said if I return the instrument I could get half of my last months payment back. So I’ve been paying $27 a month for 4 months on an instrument that’s not even being used and they offer me roughly $13 dollars back. What a joke.

Great place for lessons. Love to wander around the store and check out all the beautiful instruments
Took my Jazzmaster in for a setup a few months ago, still holding up great! Super friendly and helpful staff with great work
Wonderful experience!
They are wonderful people and always take care of their customer by heart.
This place is cool. Ppl are nice. IN THE HOOD IM LIKE PRINCESS DIANNA!!!

Good music store for those looking for something specific…not much to look at for those who want to look around or window shop (especially for drum equip). Other than that, it’s a good local music shop. They used to make their own brand of drumsticks, which were GREAT, but last time I went they said they no longer make them. Bummer!
First off, I want to be upfront, I intended to rent a bell kit form this store for my 5th grade daughter. I didn’t get that far, so I think it’s only fair to disclose, this review is entirely based on my first impression.
Friday I spoke to a woman on the phone who was very helpful. I ended up reserving the bell kit online to pick up at the store on Saturday. I’ll admit I never checked their closing time and I, unfortunately, arrived in their parking lot on Saturday at 5:03PM. They closed at 5:00PM. I have my very excited 5th grader in the car, so I thought, I’m not going to give up, yet. There were customers still exiting the store. I grabbed the door and went in as one of them exited. I went to the checkout counter where I explained my situation briefly to the man still checking customers out. He made it seem like it was something they could possibly do, until a woman walked up and immediately shut it down. She explained they could not check me out today and I would have to come back on Monday when they opened at 10:00AM. Again, I want to be clear, it was my fault for being late. They had already closed. I completely understand why they shouldn’t have to help me out, but they were clearly still checking people out, so the registers weren’t closed. All I’m saying is, how nice would that have been if they did help. It would have been a really nice gesture that could have gone a long way. I still have two more kids coming up behind my 5th grader that will most likely want to be in their 5th grade band, too. Plus, I’m a mom and mom’s talk. I would have definitely spread the word about a place that went out of their way to help me. It’s a shame. I’m all about supporting family owned businesses. They are usually the ones that make these types of exceptions for people.
After more then 10 months taking lessons a the place, and incident where the owner Bruce, disrespected my 11 year old for just looking at around the store just show what kind of service this place have. Extremely disappointed with Bruce, going back there no more. I’m sure there are other places with better costumer service.
My guitar teacher was the best, so sad situation here.
Expensive and poor service. took my beautiful holton Bb trumpet their to have the 2nd valve slide replaced. it is a standard mass produced turmpet, ans WAS worth about $650. it was beautiful with a sparkeling finish. they lost my order and it took 3 weeks when I called them to inquire about it. i was told $40 to fix the slide (found out later that part only cost $15) and it would take a week. they chem washed it, wich i said to not do and it RUINED my trumpet. it looks like crap, their is 3 dents in my bell where their weren’t any before and after i called at the 3 week point it still took another 2 for them to get around to fixing it. in the end, they ruined my finish, put the wroung part on, and dented my trumpet multiple times. O AND they expected me to pay $85 for it all. they chem washed it because they forgot to write down the repair needed and assumed it was a was, and they charged me for their mistake. Good at smooth talking but anyone can seem like they know what their saying. they were horrabile and unless you want to over pay and have your instrument ruined, dont go here. o and my sisted paid $1000 for a flute which was “new”…the saudering from when it was returned to them from the last owner broke in about a week and they repaired it wroung 3 times before they got it right where it broke again 3 days later.
11. De La Cruz Mexican Grille
Address: 5301 S Superstition Mountain Dr, Gold Canyon, AZ 85118 , Gold Canyon , Arizona , United States
Best Mexican food around.even going to have my birthday party there.
Great service great food in Gold Canyon Ranch
Shrimp taco and house margaritas were so good on a hot day. Luke and Maria were great.
I love De la Cruz. The manager and staff are friendly and helpful. I love the Ensalata De la cruz..mixed salad greens, avocado, really tasty chunks of chicken., with lots of other traditional salad ingredients. Try it with the raspberry vinagerette dressing!
Good food.
Service not great on patio.
They may have been short handed.
Food is good service is not rushed
Went hear with my parents around a year ago so I don’t know if much has changed. I ordered Carne asada tacos and the corn tortilla was stiff and the meat was very dry and chewy. I’ve always been a big fan of street tacos so I wish restaurant quality tacos could exceed that given the price bump.
Went back to terrible again.. What happened?
Disgustinly dirty. Our table was covered in dust and bird poop. We had to ask for it to be cleaned and the waitress only wiped the part of the table we were directly seated in front of, leaving the rest of the poop and dirt for us to enjoy with our meal. I had to send my Margarita back twice because the glass was so filthy. The beef tacos weren’t too bad so that’s the only reason it gets 2 stars.
When you contact Hannah about an oboe, you will not only receive expert advice, you will make a new friend who will gently assist you through the process step by step. Hannah is a wonderful listener. She will make you feel like you are the most important client she has ever had. She responds quickly, patiently answers all your questions and genuinely cares about guiding you to the best instrument for your specific needs. After a pause in playing that lasted 30 years, I have a new instrument, referral to an instructor, reeds and enthusiasm for playing. Hannah truly is the Oboe Fairy.
Great seller, absolute joy to work with. She shipped our hand picked assortment of instruments to our daughter’s teacher before we tried and purchased the one that worked and sounded best. Rest was simply sent back. I will recommend Hanna’s business anytime to anyone.
Hannah is a delight to work with. I was looking for a very specific kind of instrument and she happily accomodated my requests, we were pesistant and I couldn’t be happier with the new horn. Her knowledge and professionalism make her business one of the best in the oboe industry. Thanks Hannah!
13. Guitar Center
Address: 1652 S Val Vista Dr Suite 118, Mesa, AZ 85204 , Gold Canyon , Arizona , United States
My son take drum lessons they are amazing professional I recommend
Stan is amazing.
Love the place! Friendly staff. It is heaven for the music lovers
Had repairs done to my guitar. Done well, and with good service.
Fun place to hang out, and see some great guitars and other music equipment. Best part is that you can play with everything and test it out. Went on Black Friday and they had some coupons that were vague and didn’t end up honoring. Still bought and would still return.
Very helpful
Good store with good products, but it’s under-stocked and the staff pretends to be more knowledgeable than they are. Every time a new synth or keyboard or drum machine comes out, they only stock them sometimes. The GC down in Tempe always stocks the new stuff. Also, I was trying to find a product which they told me doesn’t exist and tried to get me to buy something more expensive. I did researching online and realized they were wrong about that advice. There has also been other times where I’ve asked questions that they either didn’t have an answer for, or came up with an answer that was most likely incorrect.
Staff seemed disinterested in helping me. Also, they have a policy that states “We will beat any legitimate competitive price online or in store.” I showed the sales person the Amazon price for $20 cheaper but they don’t price match Amazon. He said “buy it from Amazon“. OK
Guitar Center has really gone downhill.half the strings are empty, guitars now have locks on them so you cant play them?!!?!
Its over priced!!
The only thing worth buying their anymore is just strings(if you can find them) and picks.
It used to be just fun for any guitarist to visit the Guitar Center even if you weren’t going to buy something it was just a great place to go.
Now they have bearly anything to look at.
Really really disaponted in this place it looks as if its going out of buisness
The staff is not helpful at all and they would rather turn you away than do their actual job. No need to come to this location you are absolutely better off going to a different one. You can tell the staff is just lazy, they would rather just stand there than help you in any way. This is the worst guitar center I have ever been to, I didnt even buy anything but I want a refund for the time I wasted even just driving there. DO NOT GO HERE! If the manager reads this honestly, you would benefit from a new staff completely.
14. Boogie Music
Address: 3562 W Cactus Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85029 , Gold Canyon , Arizona , United States
Wow just left with my first banjo! I’ve never played a string instrument so felt nervous to be shopping for one. The guy was very friendly, helpful, no judgement what so ever!!! So happy I took a chance and came here after being disappointed at guitar center. Looking forward to learning how to play!
Was assisted by a very knowledgeable gentleman (that I assume is the owner judging by his demeanor).
He got me set up with the right equipment quickly whilst still providing a rich amount of insight.
This place was a far drive for me, but the trip was worth it.
I brought my vintage 1980’s Peavy T40, in for my yearly service….40 years late. I thought I should get a new ax, with how badly damaged it is..
The dude behind the counter assured me they could fix it like new.
These guys are awesome, rewired, replaced in/out phase switch, pickup switch. Even fixed the pickup guard and the pickup, which I thought was toast.Set the string clearance better than when I bought.
YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!
P.s.
To the dweebs saying negative things, ask yourself would you lend $1000 to a non serious customer, for 5 minutes. And in today’s society with gun toting wussies, you act like you won’t be apprehensive? The dudes been there for alooong
time for a reason. And was very help explaining why my recordings were sound to muddy/mid range. Owners cool, and staff rocks Boogie Music is the best, better the whorporate box stores.
I got my first drum set from Boogie 20 years ago. They’ve been in business a long time! They have competitive pricing and a pretty good selection of great. I would suggest Boogie music over one of the larger chain music stores because of their competitive pricing, in-depth knowledge of their products, and quality customer server.
They will not sell you small pieces for bass instruments (i.e. springs, valve corks, or other small parts) instead they insist on bringing the instrument to their repair shop (not really expensive to do either) but if you are a person like me who needs their instrument on the daily it would be more time efficient to just buy the piece and fix it my self.
They are very helpful and answer my questions about learning how to play the guitar.
I agree with Reyna’s post. I received similar treatment when searching for a trombone for my son. The owner was condescending and rude. It felt like he did not want our business. I asked to see the instruments he had available for sale. His response was that the instruments were well into the thousands and that he recommended a rental. We asked to see the rentals and said he only had one to choose from. I asked if we could pull the trombone out of the case and he said absolutely not. He said we had to sign the contract before we could handle the instrument. I dont understand how we would be expected to buy an instrument without even touching it. I thanked the man for his time and left. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
Worst music store in Phoenix! Old man that works there has a bad attitude and lies about guitar prices! Definitely not going back there ever again!
Was treated very rudely by the owner. Went there to try to sell them a guitar and he looked at my guitar and very rudely in my opinion said he wasn’t interested at all then I continue to look around the store for a little bit with some friends. I saw a stand up bass which I wanted to play in the Jazz way there was no sign or anything mentioning that this was not theirs and that this was someone’s that was there for repair. I started to play on it after moving it from where it was and the owner came back and said something to the effect of that’s not ours man that’s here for repair or something else similar. He did not at all say excuse me but that’s not our instrument can you please put it back in like a nice calm manner he said it in a way that I took very rudely and that you’ve been my friends which was 3 agreed was very rude. On top of that I feel like although the store is kind of cool because it does have some older vintage instruments from the early 20th century I just personally think that I Won’t Go Back unless that is my only option. Not everyone probably gets rude customer service but I definitely did.
15. Sam Ash Music Stores
Address: 4402 W Cactus Rd, Glendale, AZ 85304 , Gold Canyon , Arizona , United States
All of the associates at Sam Ash are just a pleasure to speak with. Very knowledgeable and kind. I drive 50 miles to buy my guitar supplies here because I’ve been so impressed with their service and quality.
Sam ash is awesome! Never have a bad experience here
Not only has an incredibly helpful staff, but a wide range of products at a low price! I will be back often
Fun place to shop for musical instruments and accessories of any kind from slide whistles to full Drum sets to DJ equipment and stage and rigging equipment . Very friendly and knowledgeable people as well.
I go there to buy, and getting a salesperson to just recognize a customer is now kind of amusing. So I walk around the whole store and as I leave, as if on cue, I get ” can I help you?” This is why online is taking over.
Sometimes they have good deals! Good customer service.
Sam Ash did not do anything to get my bass guitar from Ibanez in the time promised. All they had to do was call over and tell them to 2 day ship. Instead of my ship date being 1 week from time of purchase (standard), it was 7. The employees seemed dumbfounded by the long wait and kept saying sorry, maybe next week (over and over) instead of working for me and making it happen. They did not offer to throw-in a little something for my trouble, I had to ask. And it was nothing really. The employee Sam (who has been there for 7 months or so) said, “You know, we’re not making much off of you, so…” as his excuse for not trying to go above and beyond for this customer. He kept telling me about customers who have had to wait longer than I did, even when they spent $1,000 on a guitar. As though they deserve a trophy for that. I think that’s even worse that Sam Ash wouldn’t work hard for the person paying that much. But EQUALLY, customers should get what they paid for. I cried in the store when I finally picked it up, trying to explain things to Sam and the manager and they legit didn’t act like they cared about me at all. I left defeated, tears in my eyes, and angry. I will never purchase anything from here again.
As me and my friends were trying out some drums we were told by a white Lady to let some white guys try them out. Also when we went to look at the sticks the lady followed us and watched us the entire time. This was a very uncomfortable situation and I will never return here, we are Hispanics and I don’t feel that we should be treated this way. I usuall don’t get offended by these things but this lady was very disrespectful. I’m not sure what her name was but she was working in the drum department.
told me i had lifetime warranty when I made the purchase, call in and the rambling know-it-all staff was too busy to speak clearly and look into my purchase, tells me differently I don’t trust him and don’t trust sam ash anymore going to guitar center in the future.

I had to go in for a stuck mouthpiece on a trumpet. The young man behind the counter was very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice selection of guitars as well.
Helpful service, nice atmosphere.
The store had a very welcoming environment as soon as I walked through the door. I happened to be in the area and I would go again. The salesperson, Sebastian, was very knowledgeable and helpful, assisting me in finding what I needed and making the whole process easier and simpler.
Three stars. There’s not enough supplies for a beginning tenor saxophonist. I’m sure my rating will be higher once the supply chain situation improves.
NIce store and studios. The gal working there is very nice, but isn’t so familar with their products and services, otherwise I’d give it a five star rating.
Needed to pick up some guitar picks. Entered the store with no greeting. The gentleman was helping a customer. No big deal. I looked around for what I needed and found it. Waited to patiently to ourchases. The guy was trying to sell a small electric quitar that apparently wasn’t functioning. Thankfully I didn’t have any questions and could easily go somewhere else. Which is what I did and recommended you do as well.
DONT GO HERE!!!!
Paid to have my daughters flute tuned up, pass, springs, etc. less than two months later a pad is falling off. I returned to the store and was met with a rude supervisor who told me to just call him Ty, he wouldn’t give me his name. When I inquired about a rental he told me there was no way I would get a free rental even when it’s been less than two months and we already paid good money for both a rental AND their repairs. Once “ty” was done talking AT me he told me I was being hostile after every question I asked him and then he just rolled good eyes, crossed his arms and told me to let him know if I would be leaving my daughters flute there. Absolutely would not recommend this place. I’m going to contact corporate as well. DON’T GO HERE!
Old head must can’t hear himself so he scream talks. UGH. 2 stars for Chris, he was AWESOME 🙂

A very knowledgable staff that works hard for exactly what you need. Highly recommend.
Absolutely wonderful staff and music teachers for lessons. We had piano lessons there for several years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Took lessons there, enjoyed
It’s a good shop with kind staff and great teachers. But it’s missing some TLC. Cello bow options are limited and there’s this huge tent inside that is just in the way
This place is a great place. They are helping navigate being the mom of an orchestra student and it’s a task! They are so nice about helping me figure out what book I need to get him and what size chin rest he needs. They’re super nice.
Definitely not as friendly or helpful as the Power location.
This company failed to inform over the telephone that if you show up with the cash they will be ducting $50 cash out of your money as a deposit and after ending the lessons the store ” policy ” is designed to not give you your cash back and require access to your banking card and information to release your deposit. After over a week of the classes being finished the store contacted me to inform me that my $50 cash was at the store to be picked up as my refund for my deposit. After driving across town to go to the store I’m informed once I arrived that they can only put it back on my debit card which was never used to make the transaction in the first place. It’s already been over 24 hours my money has still not been relinquished to my account. I am an experienced musician and have had lessons in the past and by far this was the worst experience.
Sour experience with customer service
Hi owner don’t reply to this also
11 5 star ratings and
