He is SOOOO talented and plays such a great mix of songs people know, variety of genres. Highly recommend hearing him if you can.
Tanner was amazing. We found him on Instagram for an event and he was a true professional. So reliable and responsive. He was so talented and entertaining at our event. Would 100% recommend him!!
Very talented! We received so many positive comments from our guests during and after our wedding about how much they loved Tanner. We all had so much fun – even family that doesn’t typically dance was out on the dance floor. Would highly highly highly recommend!
Max is an Excellent Producer! I highly recommend him for his Professionalism, thorough knowledge, and Amazing skills.
I came in expecting a regular studio and was left beyond impressed, studio equipment was top tier. Not to mention Maxel engineering skills and his professional insight and knowledge was right at my disposal. I highly recommend his studio!!!!!
My mans Max always provides great quality and service. I loved the experience, information and conversation he gives. Will definitely come back next time!

I bought a used guitar and took it to DTM for a setup. Daniel set up the guitar exactly how I asked: low action, specific tuning, and cleaned it up very nice. Daniel also took the time to fix one of the frets that was damaged from the previous owner. I will be using DTM for all my future guitar work.
Dan has performed miracles on 3 of my guitars (so far)…
The 1st was an acoustic with some particularly annoying dead spots above the 12th fret. The 2nd was an acoustic guitar that had a broken truss rod which he *welded back together*!. Finally, something I didn’t think was going to be possible, a right to left handed conversion (on an acoustic 12 string!!)
All of them play wonderfully now. I will definitely be bringing more guitars to DTM Guitarworks.

Exelente comida. Sus empleados son encantadores!!!!!!
They were able to repair my old St. Petersburg tuba when no one else could. Very impressed with the service, the employees, and everything else about this out-of-the-way music shop.
Simply the best service, friendliest people to work with. I wouldn’t trust my professional gear to anyone else. Gary’s willingness to listen and work with customers to resolve any issues or concerns.
Very good work
Their instrument maintenance and repair has become questionable. Not sure what happened to their repair staff.
Not nice or friendly. Take your instrument to a different place if it needs a repair.

Vintage Alley Music was very helpful in guiding me in purchasing the perfect acoustic guitar for my needs. The selection of guitars they carry is immense and their staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended!

Address: 4644 E Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32803 , Goldenrod , Florida , United States
The sale rep. was professional and helpful. I was able to call and make contact without being put on hold. I tried GC on several times which was unsuccessful. I was trying to obtain this equipment for a family reunion in FL.
Awesome customer service and knowledgeable employees!
Had a better experience here than i had at guitar center..
Friendly staff, nice selection but limited on classical instruments.
Called in to ask for a part I was having trouble finding. Courtney went above and beyond to order the part directly from the manufacturer because they did not sell the piece in store. I was very impressed. The reason the store did not get 5 stars is because when I went in to pick up the part I had trouble getting someone to help me. I was just standing there with my hands in my pocket looking at one of the employees at the front desk but he was talking to another employee and did not acknowledge me. I was finally greeted by someone in the drums department but as a sales professional, I think there is room for improvement as far as customer service skills go. At the end of the day, thanks to the girl who went way out of her way to help me out.
I am very disappointed on Omar and the rest of the crew in the Recording Department. I couldn’t get someone to return a phone call on several occasions. Once a promise is made it needs to be kept. Now my mixer looks shitty because it is missing 3 knobs.
I have been getting the round around for three months; it seems like once they take your money you can go hang yourself.
Run my credit just to tell me that I have to wait my sycronic card to arrived first, before take the instrument. Waste money and time, poor management on this type of service. And the manager poor juman resources
Went in to sell my like new guitar and when I initially got there Ricky asked me how much I wanted for the guitar and I waited for him to offer an amount. Then asked for a bit more when the offer was lower than I intended. He said a number, that he’d get his manager involved to finalize an offer. The manager Jeb then comes over and offers way less because “we usually offer 1/3 of what the guitars are worth in order to make a profit.” Then he excused himself from the conversation to go assist someone else. I waited patiently for him to come back over and he was dismissive. Wouldn’t even make eye contact talking about “oh if you want to go down that route of he said this amount so now you’re going back on your word …” I asked him to reiterate by what he meant by going down that route and was that not what just happened. Then he goes “I’m only the guitar manager if you wanna get Bobby involved you can” he huffs and puffs. This establishment is a joke. First and only time I’ll ever step foot in this place. It was more so Jeb’s attitude with everything. Dude seems ridiculously unhappy and should learn how to interact with people. Needless to say I just walked out and will sell guitar on EBay. I’d think twice before coming to sell guitar with Jeb. Took a picture of him for reference

To learn about the acts of kindness that have come from this store really heals the soul. You make this world a better place! Can’t wait to visit your location and help pay it forward. Thank you. ❤️❤️❤️
Great music center!
Because the owner is a good person
Nice place to shop for your music needs.
Quiet little music store, great people.
Customer service was good just wasn’t aware that renting a instrument would put a HARD inquiry on my credit report which took 2yrs to remove…I can understand a soft inquiry but not a hard one it dropped my credit score 11 points and I was in the process of purchasing a house….be aware that a credit report is ran with a HARD inquiry
Advertised wrong
Great guest service but too expensive for me personally. Usually I can get a capo for under $15 dollars. Here it was $24.95 ( needed one right away for a recording ). I got strings as well and one already broke.
Son bought his 1st guitar here. Lots of great options to choose from.
I always take my guitars here for repairs and refurbishing, super quick turnaround time and they do all the little things like polish the frets. 10/10 recommend
Very helpful staff but a bit disorganized
Where Music Instruments plays it’s own, if you’re looking for any music instrument it is the place to go find it at the right price so you can play it in any music rythem.
Always an interesting experience.
Location was clean and decently merchandised. Did not have the drum kit I was interested in set up, and could not locate anyone to help. Also wanted some studio monitors and a mic. This was on a Saturday, they were busy. Was able to gather enough information on my own to make a buying decision, but because of the staffing issues just went home and bought everything from Amazon. Would not do this for an instrument, but for 800.00 of recording gear it was just easier to walk.
ok place. Staff is nice usually. mgrs. – not so much. higher end on prices it feels like to me. Must confess I am sam ash is better shopper after holiday experience there.
I was not impressed with there customer service towards an issue. I purchased an open box DJ board and In order to use the product you have to have a license from Pioneer. Guitar center informed me that Pioneer was responsible for being able to give you the license transfer. That’s not the case. I went back and fourth for a week with the two companies. Even corporate couldnt help me. Pioneer eventually gave me a new code but they said thats not something they normally do. It falls on Guitar Centers systems. Im giving a one star review only because I was told something that wasnt true in order to get a sale. Its crazy when you buy something for $1000 and can’t use it..very frustrating. You’ve lost me as a customer.

Always helpful
Very knowledgeable
Store is clean and well organized
Great stock
I love music and playing guitar. I’ve been to lots of music store and never felt comfortable because, honestly I’m not that great a player. But the folks at this Sam Ash store make me feel at home with their friendly, non-judgemental help. I feel like these folks, especially Wally, really have my interest at heart and I know I can rely on their recommendations to find instruments that I can love and grow with.
The whole staff is great. In addition, it’s good to know there is a really good luthier like Joe in the neighborhood.
Thanks to all of you!
Although I’ve made good purchases with Sam Ash in the past, this latest purchase experience had alot to be desired. Bought a set of Jamstand studio monitor stands. I live 27 miles (one way) from the store so it’s somewhat of a trek. Once home, I opened the box only to find that this was clearly a returned item. Parts scratched with all plastic packing coverings removed and bunched in the box. Back to the store I went the next day (another 54 miles round trip w/tolls) and was able to exchange for a new one. The store agent was apologetic and courteous. Oh well, my bad. I definitely should’ve opened the box and checked the contents.
always enjoy trading in and up with sam ash. they take trades and it usually works out well for me
The only thing that stopped me from giving a 5 was no one ask if I needed assistance while I was shopping other than it’s s great place and environment maybe they were just short handed that day or something
I buy most of my equipment from American musical supply but i needed and adapter and headphones so i made the trip to your store. I was looking at the adapters for what seemed like a long period of time and not one person asked if I needed help. SO I grabbed the headphones and went to check out and the guy at the check out made a comment on how he did not make commission and was deciding on who to give it to is when I said no one because not one person asked me if I needed help. So i went home and ordered it online and it will be at my door tomorrow by the time i get home from work. Wont go back unless it is something I absolutely have to have right then.
Not a lot of gear options. Online has more choices. But the staff is very friendly and has much knowledge.
The guy helping me didn’t seem to care if I bought A guitar or not. When I asked questions about the guitar he didnt seem to want to talk to me. When I told him I wanted to purchase it, he didnt wipe it off from the fingerprints and smudges on it from other people touching it. It didn’t come with a book so I have no clue how to use the electric part of it. Very disappointed because I thought your store would be a little better than that. No one offered to help me either. I had to get him and when he told me that my receipt would be at the counter by the door. I had to ask someone to get it for me. Wont come back.
