I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to can do hardware store in gravette Arkansas because they are too high on everything in there and you buy anything they will not give your money back or exchange it for the right part. The workers try to tell you what to buy and it’s not what you asked for and then when you take it back the same day unused they still refuse to give money back or exchange. Then when tell them it’s not right the one of the workers tell you not to come back because you are barred out of there. They are not very good business people at all. They are way too high and very greedy people. I know other people they have done this too.
the pop was good but very exspensive.. 2 dollars for a 12 oz bottle is way to high..

Lots of interesting stuff. I saw things that I haven’t seen since I was a kid. Decent selection of pet treats/toys. A bit pricey, but worth the nostalgia for those of us who remember these items. Very friendly service.

Jason provides excellent service for a reasonable price. Had him mount multiple TVs and he setup our outdoor sound system. 10/10 would recommend!
We had THE BEST a experience with Jason at Definitive Home Entertainment. We didn’t know a soul when we moved here and had a large TV to mount. We didn’t know anything about what the right mount would be for our needs and didn’t want the TV to crash to the ground because we didn’t know what we were doing. After reading great things about Jason, we called him and he was out to our home quickly and on time to give us a quote and answer all of our questions. He can also provide TV’s, mounts, sound bars, etc. for the same price as all of the big box stores (but no pressure to do so). We ordered a sound bar and within a very short time, he came and mounted the TV and installed everything perfectly with no mess. We LOVE our setup and will use him again when the need arises. Can’t say enough good things!
So happy I found them! They did an excellent job installing a few pieces for me. Definitely will call the next time I have the need.

Our experience with Musicworks has been amazing. They are knowledgeable, professional and yet fun. They provide excellent service. My only complaint is that they send instruments out for service and they can’t control the time a repair or service will take.

Pretty nice place! First time I have ever been was last week and was surprised at how pretty the inside of the building was and the nice selection overall. They have some beautiful guitars in there that take up an entire wall!
My only two complaints is the drum section is cramped in a corner, and I wasn’t approached or asked if I needed help a single time. There was one other customer in the building besides me and there was around four employees by the counter. I walked around the entire store for about 30 minutes and not a single time was I asked if I needed anything.

I bought a Zero Glide zero fret nut replacement through Amazon, but it was fulfilled and shipped by Arkansas Musicworks. I bought it 8/3/18. It is now 8/12 and there has been no shipment. Amazon emailed that the seller had not shipped within the time frame allotted and that I could cancel the order, follow up directly with Arkansas Musicworks, or whatever. I cancelled and will buy elsewhere. Never a peep out Arkansas Musicworks. Small item but they totally dropped the ball. Now I wouldn’t trust them for anything I need or am in a rush for.
They ended up not being able to fix my guitar. Horrible. They scratched the finish on my custom guitar. Didn’t put my pickups back on correctly, or even all the way. They also thought my input jack was glued in, when it clearly isn’t. Made a passive-aggressive about the guitar. Don’t take your instruments here.
I was visiting Arkansas for a short time and had a last-minute need for an accessory for my USB microphone. I tried to call them numerous times over two days and no one ever answered the phone, nor did anyone ever return my call despite my leaving a message on the answering machine. So I risked it and drove to the store (because they were the only thing around the area), and when I got to the store I could see that unless I was a guitar player or drummer, I was probably out of luck. I just needed a wind sock for my microphone. They had ONE product that fit that description – with four socks, and all small. I finally had to settle on getting a popscreen instead. I honestly think in my particular situation I would’ve been better off ordering something online or going to BestBuy.

Three of my children take violin and guitar lessons at NWA Suzuki School of Music. The community is incredible and the teachers are excellent at bringing the level of musicianship to a high level. Ms. Christy is truly a master teacher of violin and my kids absolutely love working with her. My oldest son loves playing guitar with Jim Stieren, and is having a great time. He practices more at home than he ever did taking other lessons.
Our community is so lucky to have the NWA Suzuki School of Music! The teachings of Shinichi Suzuki are at the heart of this school. We have been here since the Summer of 2014 and it has been a great experience for both my 7 year old son and myself. They have a great program consisting of two lessons per week, one private and one with a group of kids who are at the same or similar level. Then each month there is a Big Group where all the students play together, as well as various other opportunities for our kids to play in the area. Another great aspect is that Christy’s school offers several different instruments, Violin, Viola, Cello and Classical Guitar. We are transitioning now from Violin to Cello! The teachers are excellent, patient, informative, and engaged. It is a school that is run from the heart!
Most simply, if you want your child to learn music effectively and also with care and kindness, this is the school for you!

I’m a beginner to acoustic guitars and the guys at this shop were so kind, helpful, and patient with me. They gave me awesome information to help me make an educated decision on a purchase. I walked away with a Taylor GS mini and couldn’t be happier. I have been back a few times for questions about accessories and they are always so sweet to remember me & lend a hand. Really glad to have them as a friendly resource!
My husband is a musician, and he will only buy his guitar strings from here.
I have been using this store for years and have had good and bad experiences but more good, staff always treat me well and take care of my needs like on yesterday when I completely replaced all my equipment from ten years ago the young man who helped me a long the way ( Jacob) was very professional. He wasn’t all about his commission he was about my needs and my expectations he also had their tech set up my bass without asking, I did notice that inventory was a bit low in the bass section in all aspects but it’s understandable considering all that’s going on so with that being said they still give great service with awesome attitudes and will take care of you.
I ordered a used guitar online. Shipping was a little slower than average, but not crazy. The guitar arrived in very nice condition with some appreciated extras, but had limited adjustability on the truss rod, which would have been nice to know upfront. Overall, I was happy with the level of service and would potentially purchase another guitar from this location.

I tried to try out a fender deluxe reverb amp and they yelled at me to turn down at the edge of break up after about 3 seconds. I went to a real music store after and bought a fender vibrolux. The really know how to send someone somewhere els. That store really hasn’t been the same since Dave passed.

Great little music shop right off I-49. They have much more in the way of accessories for musicians, but they do sell instruments. If you need it, they’ll typically have it.
Everyone is easy to talk to and friendly. They carry a wide assortment of musical equipment. Typically geared for the student musician.
Rentals are a bit pricey, but instruments are very high quality, and I have never had any major problems.
I don’t have much for you compared the store to so I can’t say I’d give it five stars but why not four. It was just a quick and easy trip where I was looking for a cowbell and wasn’t a hundred percent what to look for. There was a guy there who helped me I forget his name but he didn’t hesitate and I got what I needed.
Awful service. Bought strings for my guitar, and since im not very good at putting them on and they were the most expensive strings, i left my guitar for them to put the strings on for me bc they said theyd do it for free and that they would call me within a day or so. I waoted almsot a week and figured that i must have missed the call and went there to get my guitar. They hadnt even touched it and told me that it would be several more days before they could get to it. I just went ahead and took my guitar. Never getting my business again im just gonna go to guitar center.
When I got there I was excited to be buying a ukulele something I’ve been wanting since I was little and when I asked how much taxes were because $82 up from the $54 seemed outrageous the man said idk and didn’t even check it just took an extra $21 and when I was asking questions about other instruments he had. No information literally making me. Still waiting on the money to be back in my account had to go to bed hungry tonight
Pretty great selection of instruments, however I felt extremely awkward with the staff and felt like my questions were intrusions. You could chalk this up to me just being anxious, but I would have much more appreciated an employee who could recommend stuff to me, and willing to help me find what I’m looking for. I’ll be going to A different shop to get what I need
