It is a pleasure for me to write a stellar review for Hallie’s Studio. Mrs. C is a wonderful violin teacher for my son. We began with no musical background and she has delighted in guiding us throughout his experience. We had the opportunity to sit in and watch her other students perform at Recital and I was very impressed with the array of ages and talents of her students. We look forward to continuing with lessons. She is a very talented teacher and musician!

Real lazy type employees who act like they just want an empty store
Went there today to sell some items with my boyfriend. We expected to be treated professionally but the sales person referred to my boyfriend as bro while simultaneously talking down to him. He used an embarrassingly low quality guitar while testing the head my boyfriend was trying to sell. He also had to google the value of the two items we were selling. At the same time, my boyfriend is a metal musician and has loved all of his equipment for decades. The salesman didn’t even understand why my boyfriend had purchased the head, and why it was ideal for a specific genre of music. We wil not be returning to this Sam Ash location. Hopefully if we ever go again, we will work with someone a little more knowledgable.
Brought my guitar in for repairs, they responded with “there’s no tech here. Go down the road to this other place”…. weak. What happened to this place?

The TR team has been nothing but fantastic to our family and has propelled my son to choose to pursue a music degree in college. We have been with Stephan and his team for about 4 years. My son had started to play the guitar just 6 months earlier and really wanted to be part of a band.
Simond is a true artist and a wonderful voice instructor. I’ve always been self-conscious about my singing, but Simond’s coaching has boosted my confidence immensely. He provides a safe and supportive environment for his students to explore their voices. Simond’s lessons are well-structured and cover a wide range of vocal exercises and techniques. Thanks to him, I’ve discovered a newfound love for singing and have even performed in front of friends and family. I’m grateful for the positive impact Simond has had on my life and my music.

Staff very friendly and helpful
The store is manned by a large male that smoked multiple cigarettes in the 10 minutes we were there. My husband was looking to play multiple pianos to determine which one he likes. The man greeted us with “I guess I can sell you a piano but make it fast” which we thought was weird. The place was not closing for many hours so we continued in. As my husband was playing, this guy kept following us and making one of the electronic pianos play songs loudly which was greatly distracting. We kept moving to different pianos as to have less noise but this guy kept doing the same wherever we went which was incredibly rude. We were specially looking at grand pianos that are quite expensive and not being able to play them without the sales man being rude was disappointing. Needless to say, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere.

Excellent customer service for repairs. Great expertise. Really great people! My daughter got the trumpet for band at school.
Daft staff told me an instrument was in stock and 30 minutes later when I arrived it was not
Called to make sure they had an instrument, they said yes but it required I come in for a credit check then they ship it from Clearwater. Drove almost an hour to this place, filled out their form, gave them my social, unlocked my credit files and left only for them to call me 15 minutes later and say they never actually checked if the instrument was available and they had none to rent.

Creative Keys is amazing! The staff is super friendly and the studio is comfy and cozy. I totally recommend as the lessons are also great, my teacher Miss Siri is very kind and I tend to learn something new every lesson ☺️
