I remember this place when traveling and stopped there when it was a abandoned fuel station many years back. My wife and I was coming back to SC and got off at that exit I told my wife that this place use to be abandoned fuel depot . But we stopped again and it looks great . We got fuel and coffee next time we come buy there I’m going to get some of that bbq.
Clean and quiet. Probably one of the better gas stations we’ve stopped at so far! Love all the dog items and treats for sale! Employees were very nice!
Great place
There’s no where quite like Molly’s. Reminds me of a NY deli with Southern food!
Walk up barbecue restaurant with rustic exterior decor conveniently located next to marathon gas station. The menu had several good selections I had a pretty good barbecue sandwich and sausage
Great experience…
7 pm, and no food. Only old dried meatloaf that’s sitting under a lamp!
No hot food – lottery tickets were “closed” for this shift- gas was higher than advertised left with nothing but a rr break- restrooms were clean
Fuel 2 high

Great place with great prices and knowledgeable people. Would highly recommend to anyone.
The Hawkinsville Opera House is pleased with the service that we receive from Southern Music and look forward to doing business with them again in the future…THANKS
This is a nice locally owned music store. Very good selection of guitars and other musical instruments. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Stop by and support a small business!
Cool
5. Musician’s Warehouse
Address: 245 N Lumpkin St, Athens, GA 30601 , Crawfordville , Georgia , United States
This is a really nice shop. I have been to a few music shops before but this was very clean and the customer service was right on the money. 10 out of 10 and I will go back again!
Love MW. The people are interested in helping me get exactly what I need, at a decent price.
Besides, I’d rather support local, than big corporate.
Pretty good shop if you are in Athens. Much better selection of gear than their competitors in the area.
Check out the new location!
Nice selection of stringed and percussion instruments. Pretty decent prices, too.
Dude I’m not sure what happened. The first floor is desolate (empty for everybody that’s currently reading this while dunk). I understand social distancing, but I’m I am attending Warehouse, I do not care about the current situation, I’m here to rave. Open the first floor for a mosh pit.
Poor selection. If you like grandpa guitars this is the place. Wouldnt recomend to any modern guitar players.
Really wanted to like this company. I was cheated and conned, and after a week with zero communication I contacted them. They fumbled around for another day or two then stated they couldn’t find the item. I was left empty handed and confused. No attempt at finding the item or ordering another. Nothing. Zip. C’mon guys!
6. Music Go Round – Atlanta/Duluth, GA
Address: 3675 Satellite Blvd # 100, Duluth, GA 30096 , Crawfordville , Georgia , United States
Fantastic selection of used gear. Great deals, friendly staff. Worth the drive.
Awesome place, Matt was very helpful, nicest, coolest guy you’ll ever meet, he cleared a lot of doubts I had, I will definitely keep coming here loved it.
Every time I come here I have an excellent experience. Always courteous and friendly treatment from all of the staff.
They make it easy to do business by offering fair prices for your trade right from the beginning, no need to go back and forth negotiating.
My latest experience with staff member Paul Simpson was a perfect example of what I just described. Many thanks!
This is the best place to buy used gear that I have found. I’ve been shopping here since 2009 when they were over in Lilburn, and having said that, I’ve encountered some issues recently. A couple of years ago, I bought a 1999 MIJ Ibanez 7 string for $600 from them. Nice guitar, but recently, my daughter decided to take up drums, so I brought the Ibanez back to get store credit since they take trades, and they offered $300 cash/$325 trade, which seemed low so I sold it the very next day for $750. I came back with the money to buy an electric drum kit, and picked one out. It didn’t have a power supply, but they located one that would work, only to find that the kit was dead, wouldn’t even turn on. So how did it get out on the floor? I picked out another one that said on the tag it had a power supply, but they couldn’t find it and after a long while of searching through various cords they found one that would work, but considering the dead kit and the missing power supply it took a lot longer than you’d think. They seem more disorganized and at times overwhelmed compared to what I’ve experienced in the past, and compared to previous trade in experiences, they seem to be offering less than they used to. Still a great music store though.
The staff here is pretty great. Can often find pretty good deals.
Dope music spot for musicians to window shop. Lmbo.. extremely pricey for donated music equipment. Come on guys give our pockets a little break. But great selection tho! Have visited 3 times but purchased else where. Lol.
Cheap, well used gear.
I’ve purchased from several other locations and always dealt with people happy to make a deal and help out on the price, this place, nobody seems to care about customer service or making money. They lost out on upwards of $2000 I was ready to give them TODAY. I hope the owner sees this.
Edit: Was told via a reply to this review to call and ask for Ann. Called THE VERY NEXT DAY to find out she’s on vacation. But the way I was told was “she’s not here” “… do you want to tell me what day I should try again” “she’s on vacation”
I will NEVER spend a dollar at this store that needs to fire their entire staff and start over. Absolutely disgusting customer service
Second edit: Finally got ahold of the owner. Just an absolute lack of customer service or any type of common sense. Lost a customer for life.
This place hates money.
Cool if you’re looking for music gear but terrible place to sell, all these guys do is low ball you and try to make as much profit on your gear as possible. Would give a better review if your employees weren’t so stuck up. They’ll be happy to take your money though anytime.
7. A. H. Stephens State Park
Address: 456 Alexander St, Crawfordville, GA 30631 , Crawfordville , Georgia , United States
Historical place. Even if you go for just a day trip there is a lot to do and see. Also to the park isn’t far off of I-20
Great place. Very clean. Great campground and kids enjoyed mini zip line.
Nice park went for a couple. Hikes rained most of time here.
Great place to visit on a SATURDAY has a museum at the former home of the Confederate States Vice president. Great place for a history lesson. Non biased.
Fun things to do in nature. Wish there was a swimming area
Peaceful park to walk around and enjoy nature.
Boring place nothing for the kids to do at all very very small tiny little playground.
Dirty water
Meh’… If you have a horse, great place to go, if not then I’d say skip it altogether.
8. Redbox
Address: 494 Broad St NW, Crawfordville, GA 30631 , Crawfordville , Georgia , United States
I purchased a guitar that this shop listed online. The guitar did not meet my expectations. Since they were selling this guitar on consignment, I was afraid they would not accept a return, but they did. This is an honest shop. Buy with confidence!
Beautiful instruments! Everyone was very patient and helpful, thank you Wendy! Nathaniel is taking lessons from Matt who is awesome!! Great recommendation Wendy!
I bought a nice used resonator guitar from Wendy, she was terrific to work with. She sent me pictures and answered questions quickly and in a friendly manner. The guitar was really well packaged when I received it and was exactly as described. I feel like I’ve made a new friend!
Very friendly staff.
There where definitely some options but it wasn’t that big of a store so they ran out of guitars really quickly
Felt a little snobby to a po boy like myself. Was disappointed to learn the repair for either 2 guitars would need subbed out to a 3rd party luthier. Real nice $50000 guitars on the wall.
