Fast service, correct order change, and all the staff we saw were wearing masks. Very pleased with our stop.
Fast service
Havenāt had best experience with this particular mcdonalds hard food or cold food seem to be the main problem they have ans the employees also arenāt the best but they havenāt messed up my order just it has been cold when I had gotten it
Parking: Was the only place to eat that had a large grass area around the back for pets.
Itās McDonaldās
Feeling very disappointed and aggravated use the mobile app to order my breakfast and I was offered a special deal, a big breakfast with a free iced coffee. I ordered a couple extra things paid for it went to the counter and I was told that this offer doesnāt exist at this McDonaldās.
I recently purchased a guitar from theseās folks off of Reverb, and they were sooooo friendly!
Super friendly service, very clean place with lots of gear avaliable. Also, if youāre looking for a high quality custom acoustic guitar, this is the place to go!

A hidden gem in Greensboro/lake oconee area
Craft beers and great environment.
Awesome place. Great owner and selection of beers. Go visit it on ur way to Augusta or ATL.
Fantastic beers. I am typically not a pale ale guy but theirs has so much flavor I bought a 6 pack to take home. Wonderful relaxing atmosphere and super friendly people. An hour from the house so I will be back.
It was decent. Website was out of date. Was out of some beers that was on the site
Great environment, venue, and staff. Would like to see more beer diversity
Great venue
The girl at the bar was not the nicest about my boyfriendās vertical ID. First go around, she didnāt even look at the birthdate and just pointed out the āUnder 21ā and said he wasnāt getting any beer and was snarky with him. We asked her to please look at the actual birthdate and stated he was born in 1999 and the ID was NOT expired. She eventually served him but gave him a hard time about ānot having an up to date IDā (which he did) and that he āneeds to update his ID before going to any barsā. This has never been a problem for us in the state ever since he turned 21. My question is, who would be dumb enough to present a vertical ID for alcohol if they were actually under 21? I understand needing to be careful about fake IDs and serving to underage customers, but his ID was valid, real, up to date, and she simply didnāt want to take the extra second to check his actual birth date and proceeded to give us a hard time. Left a sour taste in our mouth about the experience, and we were excited to try a new brewery.
Customer service aside, their beers were good. Kolsch and Coffee Saison were our favorites. Beer selection could be wider, I think itāll be exciting for them to expand their options as time goes on. Itās a cute little place with a nice outdoor area. Unfortunately wonāt be back because of the negative service.
Attended the āWildflowersā Tom Petty cover band event on 7/15/23 and was very disappointed. Although the band was wonderful, it was uncomfortably hot inside. My wife complained about the heat, and they advised the air conditioning was set to 74 degrees. Presumably they felt this to be acceptable with outside temperatures in the 90ās or this was an effort to save costs ā not sure? Very poor management in either event. They had a large portable drum-style fan set up near the stage. Unfortunately, once the band started the electrical breaker tripped and the power went out. After the power went out a second time, the fan had to be unplugged. You could tell the band was frustrated as they must have been sweltering. We left after an hour or so as it was not enjoyable at all.
Because their beer is below-average, it appears as though theyāve been unable to make it as a full-fledged brewery. Hours have been reduced as they transition to an event venue. There are much better venues to see a good cover band, such as the Innovation Amphitheater in Winder, which has a much better beer and food selection.
Tried some food from the on-site āBurchā food truck that night. Pricey and below-average as well.
I would not recommend this establishment at all.

14. Music Authority Inc
Address: 123 Merchants Square, Cumming, GA 30040 , Greensboro , Georgia , United States
Music Authority is a cool music store and place for lessons!!!!
In an era where people can order online, Music Authority does a great job of offering what you cannot get online. The energy of the place is unique.
Amazing staff, amazing products
My 10 yr old daughter and I take piano lessons at Music Authority. Our instructor, Brooke, along with a lot of practice, has taken us from zero musical experience to reading and playing the piano in a few short months.
We enjoy the lessons each week and we learn something at each one. Our instructor is a gifted teacher. She changes up the lesson plans so throughout our lsns, and at home practice, we learn music theory, practice skills exercises, and learn songs. It pushes us to go further but doesnāt overwhelm.
If your looking to learn an instrument or two, this is a good place to start. Music camps and performances are offered as well. You can get as involved as you want.
Went in for a purchase. Didnāt end up buying, but one of the owners assisted me and had a lot of knowledge to offer. People came in and out for lessons and they were all treated very wellā¦ you can see the passion. The store could use a bit of updating, which is the primary reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
I was referred to Music Authority after moving to the area and wanting to continue with my music lessons. I was a little skeptical when I arrived as Iām used to larger big box music stores like Sam Ash and Guitar Center. 2 years later Iām still a happy customer. They have great instructors all with degrees in music and actively play in places of worship and/or gig professionally which was important to me. The staff is courteous and helpful and keeps me informed on whatās happening. They do have a retail merchandise space in the front of the store that offers what Iād call a light to medium selection of quality guitars, amps, drums and equipment/accessories (NOTE: no DJ/lighting equipment, keyboards, recording or HS band equipment here). Itās very convenient after a lesson to shop and pick up those must haves. Iāve bought many things including a guitar that Iām very happy with. Theyāre knowledgeable, stand by their merchandise and even offer special incentives that the larger stores donāt. They have a repair and service shop that Iāve yet to use but would if needed. Donāt let me forget all the things this place does for young musicians like summer rock camps, concerts, jam nights, open mic nights and more. I wish I had access to a music organization like this one when I was a kidā¦ Iād be a better musician today if I did. Yes, I recommend this place.
baD
Very unfriendly if you canāt use the exact terms correctly,
Music Authorityās website says they offer services including instrument repairs, however, this is only a half truth. When we took our daughters clarinet here for service/repair, we were told they donāt work on band instruments, they only work on guitars. Very frustrated with these guys after this interaction. I am not likely to return to Music Authority for any of my musical needs.
15. Oconee Music
Address: 1410 Greensboro Hwy Ste. C-D, Watkinsville, GA 30677 , Greensboro , Georgia , United States
This place is great for children. Instructors are kind and very dedicated. We are thankful that Oconee Music is giving children the opportunity in music world.
Such a supportive team of teachers!
Extremely professional and my daughter had a wonderful time!
So, this was a 5 day morning camp. My child made many new and like minded friendsā¦she had a wonderful time. There was an adoreable recital at last day of camp. The ladies are very niceā¦.and they seem to enjoy the kids very much. My child loved campā¦and liked both ladies.
It was advertised online (and in a phone conversation) as a working camp. No way to really tell how that wentā¦asā¦
We were never provided with a syllabus, or schedule of any sort regarding daily activitiesā¦or camp goalsā¦etcā¦and we were not allowed to remain there in order to see the activity, ever. It was a strictly drop off/pick up arrangement. There has been no recap or assessment regarding our childās workā¦progressā¦ or places she might like to focus on improvingā¦since end of camp.
There were a couple of young teensā¦.majority of campers were very youngā¦.and it appeared that the more experienced and novices participants were all lumped together.
Seeing that we werent allowed to have any insight into what was happeningā¦
It would be extremely hard to make a fair assesment about rating the camp on what, if anything, we feel our child learned that appears to be even slightly equivalent to the money we spent.
Totally didnt love the 3 hr wait each day in Watkinsvilleā¦Watkinsville is a really nice little town (emphasis on little)ā¦.having said thatā¦.hasnt got much to offer to do to kill 3 hrs from 8:45 AM ā noonā¦.5 days in a row.
16. Greensboro Music Co
Address: 500 N Greene St, Greensboro, NC 27401 , Greensboro , Georgia , United States
We are super lucky to have this hidden gem of a store in town. I needed my guitar setup because it was set with the action way too high. I brought it to John and he was an absolute sweetheart. He explained everything he changed and made my guitar sound incredible! I still canāt believe how affordable his fees were too! Absolutely recommended!
Great price and service. Had my horn worked on.
Needed my wah pedal fixed. He fixed it in 10 minutes and it sounded brand new again and did it for such a low price too. He has so much knowledge and passion and would highly recommend this place.
The owner was knowledgeable and helpful, but his tiny shop is in complete disarray, itās jammed with instruments, to the point you canāt move around easily. He seemed to know where stuff is however.
Recommend for simple repairs and service at a fair price.
The owner of this company has a serious attitude! His name is John. My wife and I went into his store about 3 weeks ago to rent a Sax for our daughter. John showed us 3 used instruments and he had and gave us the price of each. Durning this time he kept giving little gestures about our credit as if he felt we couldnāt pay for it or something. We simply ignored it because she needed this sax the next day. The other rental stores was out of stock. We gave him $52 and signed the contract. Now the sax we picked out was looking all scratched up but was the best looking sax out of the 3 or 4 he showed us. I mean these things look like someone tied them to a bumper and dragged them up the highway! But being our first time renting I didnāt know what a used instrument supposed to look like. Especially for $900!! I finally got a chance to take it back which was only 3 weeks and John charged me $40.. So I asked him what was the $40 dollars for and he said it was for using it 3 weeks. I then asked about the $52 I gave him when we first rented it and he said that was a deposit which is now GONE and it goes towards cleaning the instrument to restock it! So I asked to see the contract and at this time this guy gets very upset. Asking me donāt I have a copy? I replied Yes but I donāt have it here in front of me and is there a problem to look at your store copy. He goes to the back to get the contract copy gives it to me and starts talking very angrily! Now he gets me heated! I told him donāt ever talk to me that away and his best bet is to calm down and let me look over this contract! As I was trying to read the contract he kept saying little stuff such as THIS IS MY BUSINESS AND I SHOULD KNOW WHAT MY POLICY IS!! I then replied YES YOU SHOULD BUT I NEED TO UNDERSTAND IT BEFORE I PAY ANYTHING ELSE!! Later I got fed up with his mouth and told him to shut up while I read this contract. From here he calls 911 on me!! REALLY? I know I havenāt done nothing so please feel free. As I was awaiting for the police to arrive I decided to continue reading the contract until he rushes over GRABS my right arm and SNATCHES the contract out of my left hand and says GIVE ME THAT! THIS IS MY PROPERTY! I mean really dude, do you have to act this away just because I donāt understand your policy. Or better yet trying to see whats in the contract! This was a total of $92 for returning a instrument that we had 3 weeks! Now just to let you know my daughter had a trumpet before the sax which we had got from MOORES MUSIC. We returned it to get a sax but like I said they were out of stock, but we had NO PROBLEMS. We paid $40 when we got the trumpet and we took it back 5 days later, they gave us store credit of $30. Plus their policy is WAY BETTER than this guys. If your child mistakes and drops their instrument or if someone at school take it then at GREEMSBORO MUSIC Co. you still have to pay for that instrument in FULL! But MOORES MUSIC covers it all! I mean these are 10 year old kids, you must know something could happen!!!! Plus the lady at MOORES looked up the sax model number that I got from GREENSBORO MUSIC and told me it was bottom line instrument. It was called an OLDS alto sax, she explained that it feel under a lower grade called the JUPITER. After looking this sax up on the net, I could have bought 3 or 4 of these things BRAND NEW for the price of his scratched up used one!!! I wouldnāt recommend this store at all!!!!!
17. Music Go Round Greensboro
Address: 1622 Stanley Rd, Greensboro, NC 27407 , Greensboro , Georgia , United States
Always have had Great Service and Good Prices , plus trade in value on my next purchase is always a good Value
Great for band stuff, not necessarily for what Iām into (synthesizers and keyboards)
Known quantity. No business is in it for anything but revenue. Sell to them at your own peril.
Good for finding old school hip hop and r&b
They tried to give me 38 bucks for 175 dollars worth of equipment
Big sign on the door saying no firearms..Iāll spend my money elsewhere in a business where I can protect myself if need beā¦ the only thing a no weapons sign does is let bad people know that no one there can protect themselves
Drove from Martinsville because I was excited about a used music instrument store. Unfortunately, they would have their customers be disarmed and unable to protect themselves in the event of a violent encounter. Itās a shame music stores are becoming politicised now. Iāll spend my money where my freedom to defend myself isnāt infringed upon.
***Edit*** The owner responded by saying they support all our constitutional rights but immediately followed that sentence with a statement that stands in complete opposition. āWe support all constitutional rights, wellā¦..err, except the second amendmentā. You canāt say you support it then follow that up with āwe donāt support itā. Makes no sense. Way to double down on stupidity.
18. Moore Music Company
Address: 615 W Market St, Greensboro, NC 27401 , Greensboro , Georgia , United States
First time back in probably 25+ years. Still a great store with friendly helpful staff.
I received individual attention to my needs. Associates were knowledgeable and helpful. I always shop with them and will continue for all my musical needs
Great service. Very helpful staff.
Best place in area for music rentals, repairs, sheet music, instruments. Bonus: available community space for events, mini-concerts!
Wife didnt like the service. Thought it had a nice selection.
Very competent and friendly staff. Great selection of music.
I went into the store looking for a colorful tambourine for a child. The associate kept bringing up price for some reason. Showing me the cheapest tambourines. I never mentioned price so Iām not sure why it was being brought up. Wonāt go there again. Found what I needed at another music store.
My son Zach took cello lessons from Margaret Petty for 5 years, from 2015-2020. We had a few bad experiences. Ms. Petty is elderly and it seems that she has trouble remembering when lessons are scheduled. She was a no-show for a few of Zachās lessons. I let this go, but it caused tension between us. Most recently, she was rude to my son and angrily accused me of āignoringā her emails about upcoming lessons when in fact she had not sent me any emails. She later admitted she made a mistake, but refused to apologize for humiliating me in front of my son. Perhaps she had a senior moment but that is still no excuse to humiliate a parent who pays for lessons in front of their child. Very unprofessional! Margaret also has a monstrous ego and loves to belittle and humiliate people. She treated my son Zach rudely as well. I do not think she likes children, and I do not recommend her as a teacher.
Hello Margaret and Mooreās Music,
Margaret is no longer responding to my emails, which shows her lack of caring and character.
It takes a deeply flawed human being to hurt a child and ignore a parentās emails, especially when the lack of communication is your fault! Knowing Margaret, I am only surprised her grossly inflated ego allowed her to admit she made a mistake. I know that must have been painful for you, Margaret!
Zach is a child and does not understand why Margaret no longer wants to have him as a student. He takes this rejection personally. I told him that sometimes people throw us away and it shows a lack of humanity on their part, not yours.
Congratulations Margaret, you hurt a child and made him feel bad about himself because you made a mistake. What a brave soul you are!
Addendum to my original review: The owner is angry about my honest review and sent me several nasty emails. My younger sonās drumming instructor also ghosted us, which I care about only because it hurt my son and made him wonder why Erik no longer wanted to teach him. Very unprofessional and creepy. As I stated earlier, we were customers for FIVE YEARS (2015-2020) and they treated us VERY BADLY. Caveat emptor!
Second addendum: After we were treated so badly by Mooreās Music we enrolled our children at the Music Academy of North Carolina, which is cheaper and better. My older sonās new cello teacher also told us that Mooreās Music had given him the wrong size cello, and that Margaret Petty had actually made several mistakes in teaching Zachary, which she had to correct. The Music Academy of North Carolina is cheaper and better, if you have a child who wants to learn a musical instrument, especially the cello.
I had a few questions and was not acknowledged when I approached the staff; I had to repeat myself until I got their attention. Even then, I only one of my questions got answered before I decided that it was not worth it. Mind you, there was only one customer in the store when I came in.
I donāt know if they just didnāt know how to answer my questions and didnāt know what to do, but anything would have been better than just being outright ignored.
The set up of the store is pretty good, lots of music books and good instrumental display. If you know what you are looking for and donāt need much assistance, this is a good place to go.
19. Megatone Music
Address: 44b Town Sq, Blairsville, GA 30512 , Greensboro , Georgia , United States
Very nice shop. Very helpful. Appeared to have a nice selection of instruments and accessories
Store is awesome great customer service and killer selection!
Nice selection & friendly folks.
Ordered a brand new guitar for a present and it arrived with a scuff. Not sure if it was packed like this or it happened during transit. I sent a freindly message to Megatone Music about it and the initial response I got was that it was a mislabled used guitar, not a brand new one as advertized. Then he said that i scratched it and its not a big deal, my friend will be happy with a present. Not a pleasant expereince. Sellerās responses seem manipulative.
Out if business
Scammers. Associate Darryl is a nasty individual and scams his customers. Stay away from this business.
20. Town Center Music
Address: 4072 Suwanee Dam Rd NW, Suwanee, GA 30024 , Greensboro , Georgia , United States
First guitar purchaser here! Aaron, the owner, was super patient with me and explained different acoustic guitars to me. I strummed several options as he explained why I was hearing differences between them. I left with a purchase I felt comfortable with and looking forward to learning how to play.
Great place for guitar lessons
Best music shop in town. Awesome pedals selection. Staff is knowledgeable and accommodating. Huge Reverend guitars fan!
Good
Taught my kids to play guitar
Much better store I not been here in a while the past manager was not a music guy or a manger known as a air head I will be back
Went in there a couple days ago. Not a huge fan. Workers arenāt very pleasant people and they come up to you every 10 minutes kind of giving you the hint to leave if youāre not gonna buy anything like youāre in there too long.
Great for beginners I guess. Donāt come in here expecting higher quality equipment and experience. Name of their game is to hook beginners onto cheap equipment (which is totally fine) and get you out. No hanging out in there jamming for an extended time.
Maybe I came in on a bad day.
Wow. Just called Town Center Music. Someone answered. I started asking about a guitar Iām looking for and got cut off mid-sentence by the guy talking loudly to a co-worker. When he stopped talking I said hello? Hello? Nothing. A few seconds later he hangs up.
Not where u want to shop you find poorly trained staff and not music people I shopped here off and on for years . just not good pepole
