Steve is a great luthier. I have a Martin acoustic that had several issues including the bridge needing to be reset. My guitar now plays better than ever. If you need any work done to a guitar this is the place to go. 10/10 would recommend.
Great same day service, a real pro.
Fabulous!

Great and friendly people. They will definitely lead you down the right path
I was impressed. There instruments where great quality and there prices are reasonable. Much lower then on line sights.
A great home town place with helpful people. If they don’t have it they will get it for you. Great place and great people.
Got a good guitar at a good price
Had lots of different instruments polite n courteous staff
They are scammers!Don’t trust them at all!I paid them 350$ for two clarinet microphones and suddenly they stopped communicating with me and I lost my money!!I have proof of what I say.

I rented a TV Stand and TV for my engagement. The guys at Tech-tropics were extremely nice and helpful. The TV & stand were in great working condition!
They have well made cables that have a great warranty among superior knowledge and other services!
Here you can found anything about music equipment or electronics, rent or buying and if they don’t have it they’ll found it
This business it’s been here for years. It’s a good option if you need some party equipment rental.
Shout out to Dave and Bob at Mr Music in Ft Myers. Spent Christmas at father in law’s in Bonita Springs. We were looking for a case/bag for our son’s banjo. I called left message at Mr Music. Got a call back from Bob in a few minutes and he informed me that he was pretty sure that they had a bag and that Dave would be in shortly and call to confirm. Got a call from Dave about a half hour later said he had two bags. My wife and I found the store easily and Dave had the bag waiting. The store had every kind of Instrument. String, brass, woodwind, percussion and accordions. Dave’s family has a long and famous history as accordion playing. After a great conversation about accordion players and music in general, we decided to look around and ended up getting an electric tenor ukulele for one of our daughters. A nice wooden percussion set for another daughter and a stand and banjo lessons for our son. Mr Music offers lessons for any kind of instrument, seven days a week! I’d just like to add that I’ve been a musician for over thirty years. I’ve been to a lot of music stores across the country and Mr Music is certainly at the top of my list. I would highly recommend Mr Music for any of your music needs. From sales and service to lessons Mr Music has the experience and expertise for all your music needs. Thanks again to Bob and Dave, and we hope to see you next time we’re in Ft Myers.
My daughter has been taking guitar lessons here for over a year and I we are so pleased with the progress! She enjoys going and her teacher, Hunter, is fantastic!
I took music lessons here for a while. Everyone inside was really nice and the instructor was really knowledgeable.
I didn’t like that I was being pressured to pre pay for continued lessons even though I couldn’t with my work schedule. When I told them I couldn’t schedule anything further until a week of two, the guy started telling me i would lose my spot and there would be nothing he could do.
Overall, not a bad experience, just really put a damper on it.
Plenty of parking , decent customer service, good selections of instruments , prices not that good, sales rep tried to push sales instead of suggestions.
Nice Place but very pricey… A lot of things you can get on Amazon for way cheaper.
Carl says he’s “reactionary” teacher (no lesson plans). Be prepared to tell the teacher what you need to learn??? 6 lessons and what I learned is how good Carl can play guitar and that it’s a really difficult instrument to learn. What a POS! Dave (the owner) is okay.
Made a HUGE mistake purchasing a digital piano from Mr Music, Inc – Fort Myers. I wanted to support a small local business and I did something I don’t usually do and purchased it without looking the product up online. I figured I would be paying a little more by not buying from a big box store but turns out I paid over DOUBLE!! And the owner is very firm on the no return policy. Do NOT make the same mistake I did. I take responsibility for my lack of research but am disappointed that this small business is ripping people off so bad.
Can’t give zero stars. If you feel like you need to form your own opinion that’s fine. But I can promise you that I never write bad reviews. Take it or leave it.
13. Guitar Center
Address: 4440 Fowler St, Fort Myers, FL 33901 , Hendry County , Florida , United States
Henry was amazing. He helped answer all my questions. I was trading in equipment and he kindly helped me get the equipment traded in for a fair price. He deserves a raise and a promotion. Glad I stopped in today.
People very friendly
Good place. The fact that people can go and jam in there is really amazing… I will not give five stars because even if they have like a million guitars, their stack of guitar parts or pieces is really short and they don’t have everything you need.
Nice place to enjoy , finding instrument’s.
Drum room needs attention but not bad.
Was planning on buying my first electronic drumset but couldn’t even get to the door before one of the workers who I guess is also a doctor stopped me and my dad and wouldn’t let us inside because we wouldn’t wear a mask. You would think they would let you in after telling them that you are planning to spend a few hundred dollars but I guess not this place.
Every time I go into a guitar center the employees are too busy being rock stars rather than being the store clerk they are.
Took a guitar in for warranty work as it was a repair center for this particular brand of guitar. I had been in contact with manufacturer, was told that all Guitar center needed to do is look at it and contact them and it would be taken care of. Guitar center didn’t want to mess with that and it would be 3-4 weeks for repair, but they had the part and could have me out the door that afternoon for $60. Went home contacted manufacturer they are not happy with Guitar center, are sending me the part and I’ll have a local luthier install it. The bottom line was If you don’t buy it at guitar center they really don’t want to work on your equipment.
Nick spent a good deal of time with us when we were looking to buy our first digital piano. He even showed us a rare white one – and took it out of the box for us so we could see its quality. Nick clearly loves what he does and is fabulous to work with – go see Nick and his showroom – you won’t be sorry!
Nick is wildly knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He has a beautiful shop full of great pianos.
Nick is very knowledgeable about his pianos! He is able to acquire really wonderful instruments, beautiful, unique, and at prices that beat other showrooms. Besides being a top professional, he is a very kind and pleasant individual.

I’m glad you’re getting ready to open here soon, after all that SWFL is recovering from.
Great store, lovely knowledgeable musician staff. See you soon.
Great service Bobby turned around a repair in less than two days and did a great job.
Will definitely return for my instrument repair services.
Went in the other day to ask a few questions and was completely blown away by Harleys attention to detail and ability to help me with everything I needed with my Banjo. He was an amazing help and couldnt be happier with my experience. Two other employees helped me last time I was there, and while i dont remember their names i was completely happy with them as well. Will continue to shop here.
Came here for the first time. We were greeted at the door when we first walked in. The place is very organized and clean, mainly because it’s brand new. Inventory was well displayed.
Very helpful staff. They were able to guide my purchase with expert advice.
I have to say the staff was much more wanting to help then any other time we have been in the store. I hope they can keep it up.
Decided not to trust the other reviews and go check it out for myself. Tried to sell a guitar that they have for sale for over $600. Was literally told by the employee that the other guy made a mistake, this guitar is only worth $400, he knows what he’s looking at.
Got passed around by 3 or 4 guys just to get the most ridiculously lowballed offer I could imagine.
This location brings shame to the guitar center name. They don’t care about musicians. Don’t go here and get a bad taste in your mouth, drive to Fort Myers and get the guitar center experience you deserve!
Well I just retired and I thought as a gift to myself, with a push from the wife, I’d get myself a nice sounding electric guitar. I’ve been playing my j-45 for awhile now and thought something different for creativity sakes I’d look at what they have. I went in Monday for your president’s sale and tried a few, not many, hollow bodies. But I feel in love with the sound I heard coming from a young man playing a fender. I never owned a fender, candy apple red, with what appeared to be a maple neck?.. and I couldn’t tell if they were all single coil pick ups or was there a humbuckler in the mix? Couldn’t get no answers and no service, so I hung it back up and went home with nothing. So sad!
If i could give no stars i would! The worst customer service ever! Seen they were opening soon in north Naples, i thought great close to my house etc.went in this past Saturday went to ask an employee to look up an item to see if was in stock, right up front not 1 but 2 employees are there talking amongst themselves neither one acknowledged me and walked away literally, i couldnt believe what had happened anyway i went behind the 1 of them ask what i needed and he did but like i was bothering him then he said yes to what i was looking for, so then you would assume he ( chris) would say let me show you but no nothing! I said are you gonna take me to the item, his exact words were well you will be doing the same thing i am. like go find it yourself, long and short of it no way to treat a customer, i will never spend another $ in that location ,i will drive all the way to fort myers where they appreciate your business
20. Naples Park Music

such a nice place for any level of musician.very friendly, Denny is super knowledgeable and prices on everything are great.
Knowledge and easy to work with. FAST turn around times with quality work at an affordable price. Cash or card
Denny is awesome, the store has what I’ve wanted every time I walk in the door and the prices are great.
Terribly signage, couldn’t find it.
Misadvertised, too small and doesn’t have basically anything
I went to guitar center to get a quote on how much it would cost me to get a pick up swapped out of my guitar and replace it with a seymor duncan jb humbucker. bc i dont have a soldering iron to solder to pick ups in myself. Guitar center quoted me 79$ for the pick up installation and the 70$ to carve out the wood to make room for the pick up. Now this isnt a difficult task if youve done it a few times so i looked online to see opinions on this and people were saying what a rip off the guy i go to charges 40$ for the pick up installation. So i decided to call Naples park music to get a quote hoping it would be less expensive and i could give a locally owned business some money. Plus naples park music is where i took guitar lessons when i first began playing in 2005. Well right when i asked about the project the man on the phone sounded annoyed like it was something he really didnt want to do, then when i asked how much it would cost roughly he said a couple hundred dollars.. idk im just upset and dissapointed, i really hope my mom wasnt getting ripped off when i took guitar lessons their when i was a kid. So it looks like im just going to buy a soldering iron and see if i can borrow a router from a friend. If not ill go back to guitar center even though im a big advocate on supporting our local businesses. I Was really hoping naples park music would charge around 100$ for the job though.
