Scotty is amazing! I’ve used his services 3-4 times now and will continue to do so. His singing is so soulful and sultry. Everyone loves the music selection that he puts together because it really sets the tone for the events we have at my two properties. I would recommend him a 1000+ times to any and everyone if you’re looking for an acoustic guitarist. He also has a band, which I haven’t had a chance to hear, but may hire them for my company’s holiday party. ~Atoyia
You don’t get better than a warm summer night, beautiful party by the pool and Scotty Paulk playing his guitar and singing songs that take you back… or move you to dance or bring you to the present. He is an excellent addition to any party or event and a superb musician. I hope to hire him often☀️
Scotty was the absolute star of our rehearsal dinner, his voice is wonderful, his play list is awesome, and he was so friendly and engaging with our group, everyone loved him! He turned up really early for the event, to get set up, even though he had driven from Atlanta to Lake Martin, he’s very organized and very responsive too. I would definitely recommend him to you!
Overall we were very pleased with Scotty who performed at our wedding ceremony and reception on 9/21/2018. He was super quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had leading up to our wedding! Our guests loved the variety of music he offered including his acoustic and DJing services. The only thing I would note is that I requested him to learn to play some new songs and it took more time than I would’ve liked to get sample recordings. But would definitely use his services again as he was super attentive and friendly to not only us but all of our guests who had nothing but nice things to say about him!

The owner was rude I come in 30 minutes before close and ask about seeing a gun (that are still out) and he said I’m closing, I proceeded to say “y’all don’t close till 6,” which he follows “that’s why I work for myself I can do what I want “ won’t give him any business ever
I rated it 2 because the times I’ve purchased guns here (y’all can look my name up in your system ), the older gentleman behind the counter was very nice and polite with showing me guns and and answering questions. However the last few times I’ve walked in recently, the older lady behind the counter has been very rude and snide with remarks and answers. Not sure what happened but catch the staff on a good day I guess.

So after waiting 45 minutes for a veggie omelette, red velvet waffle, vegan sausage, french toast and eggs with spinach, the food was definitely giving what it was supposed gave. Half way thru my waffle i noticed a hair under it about the size of an eyelash and immediately told the server. As well as after getting our food, the server NEVER checked on us or seen if we needed anything. I showed the server my plate and she just took it straight to the back and thru the window they acknowledged the owner with her dry 27-piece wig. She came to the table like who had the hair in the waffle and trying to explain she walks away while her VIP customer was still speaking to go see the plate for herself. She comes back and said “where did the hair come from because our cook doesn’t have any hair?” As if he couldn’t have eyelashes, eyebrows or nose hairs or better yet THE ONLY ONE IN THE KITCHEN?! Anyway her VIP customer asked to compensate the waffle and she replies with “i can discount it.” Now you would think the VIP customer goes there enough to be VIP and something as simple as a $5 waffle taken off would not be a problem for them but took off $3 and some change. Not to mention they were speaking about the situation as it was happening to who i assume a regular redbone who was sitting in the corner previously doing work on her laptop drinking her ice coffee. How unprofessional right? As if we couldn’t hear because y’all weren’t as quiet as y’all thought. As that regular laughs and says how she got her laugh for today. Oh and don’t worry i will never come back because for one im not from the area and two, the horrible customer service that was your first impression.
Now the food was good hence the
3 stars but what i don’t understand is why the owner was so defensive as if i planted the hair, which was not the case AT ALL. Reason why we don’t support black businesses after incidents like this because of the lack of unprofessionalism that alot of black local owners need in order to succeed because from my understanding this was not the first time y’all were incompetent of fixing an error like you can’t have mistakes but….

Honestly I haven’t eaten here in well over a year. I’ve never had a complaint with what I order, which is the tuna sandwich, pasta or chips. I’ve also tried a few other things with no complaints. My issue is the customer service I am a black business owner and I hate to leave bad reviews just for the hell of complaining. Today I called to place an order and not even gonna say what I heard as I was put on . But this makes about the 5th time I’ve had to just hang up and change my mind due to horrible attitude and customer service. I probably won’t be back.. Unfortunately.
I went here for the first time yesterday with my cousin. We both ordered the chicken and waffles meal and a tea. The advertised menu price for the meal was not what was charged. 2 pieces is $7.99 and we were charged $9.99. When I brought this up to the cashier and I think the “manager” I was never actually given an apology just an excuse stating the prices were incorrect. I wasn’t looking for a discount or anything but some level of sympathy and customer service would have been. In addition our cashier wasn’t very forthcoming with prices before she swiped our cards.
Now on to the meal, the picture in the menu of the chicken and waffles in layman’s term is overall bad advertising. The 2 pieces of chicken were incredibly small and it was one waffle cut up into 4 pieces, I expected to receive 2 big waffles as the menu showcased.
In addition, I found a small piece of eyelash in my meal but I didn’t want to bring this up and just moved it to the side.
While we ate, the “manager” was cleaning a mess in the kitchen that made the restaurant have a terrible odor.
All in all it’s a decent place with decent food that we won’t be returning to.
First thing first when I walked in, it took them about 5 minutes to seat me with me being the only person standing at the door. Felt kind of awkward. Then at the point of when you have only two meat option left please just close because you wasting people time. I don’t know if the food was good I had my mouth set for something and they didn’t even have it. It was 40 minutes to close. But if you’re going to have a close time have the food up until it’s time to close.
Sat down at 3:03 PM Saturday, January 8. Literally didn’t have a server until I said something at 3:15 and stated I was in a bit of a crunch with only having an hour for lunch. Knew what I wanted. Asked what my choices were for my sides with my steak and cheese sandwich. Was told it came with fries but I could get pasta salad or potato salad as well. I asked can I have half of a pasta salad and half of a potato salad the girl said yes. My food came out 30 minutes later with fries on the plate and the two other sides. It was not supposed to come with fries but yet my bill reflected an additional $2.89 charge for the potato salad. I brought it to the young ladies attention she told me I could do half-and-half and she said oh no you can’t do that after of which the food came and I’m now being charged. I should never of spent $24 with tip on lunch. A little pricey if you ask me and definitely a long wait just to be greated! The food was great however just disappointed at being overcharged and also the trash cans literally outside the exit door in the handicap spot. Smh. I usually don’t post stuff like this but it really bugs me being overcharged.
I’ve gone to the restaurant since I moved to Austell four years ago. Never have I ever been treated the way I’ve been treated in the last week, every time I come in for my small decaf coffee it’s a different price. Then for the audacity of the employee to tell me that it’s my cash app cards fault. I found that very unprofessional and argumentative I won’t be back again, I also live locally and I will be sharing my experience with my neighbors. When I addressed to the employee that my coffee was a different price I should’ve been greeted with a wonderful smile and told that they were sorry and that they would honor the price that I paid the last time.But no instead I got attitude and condescending remarks I try to support black owned businesses but only when I’m treated with respect and dignity.
This man literally made the experience easy knowledgeable was able to come to my home install a DVD MP3 double din in less than a hour amazing service!!! Was going to have best buy do my radio and L7 and kicker amp he literally changed my perspective on Yelp. Superior is a God’s send. Will cancel my appointment with the Geek Squad I appreciate great service so it’s worth it to write this paragraph keep up the great work see u in 2 weeks!
Superior autosounds did a good job Suger came on time and knew everything about his craft well informed nice, he fixed my factory speakers and connected my amplifier did great.

Service was great from the beginning to the end!! Sugar provided excellent customer service. The company I used a couple of years ago quoted me two different prices this time and they were rude, but when I called Superior Autosounds, I was given a great deal and they came to my home the same day to install! The service was fast and I was pleased with the quality of work. I will definitely recommend Sugar and this company to anyone who is looking to get serviced.
Really disappointed and annoyed with the lack of communication and follow through. I reached out about getting Apple CarPlay installed in my Hybrid. Received an email to txt details of my car and what I was looking for…even though this info was already in the quote I sent. I did as instructed and txt the info asked and never heard back. I followed up a few days later via email and got no response.
Not the best customer service in my opinion.
Poor service by an unskilled installer named Ray. The battery in my car keeps going dead, the Bluetooth isn’t working and there are screws missing in my dash. I ask him three times to come out and fix the issue he only showed up once. He was on his phone the whole time, didn’t fix anything. He said he would come back and never did. Now he is dodging my calls and avoiding me. Do not trust this guy!!!
Warning Warning Warning!!! Do not ever do business with Ray. I payed to have my stereo installed properly. What I received was poor service and constant lies. His first attempt was horrible, the screen fell completely out of the dash, the volume buttons on my steering wheel were not connected. The microphone will not pick up any sound on a phone call. He ran the usb port into my glove box with the wires exposed on the outside. The reverse camera I paid extra for doesn’t work properly. He has promised to fix these issues 3 times. And 3 times he hasn’t shown up and refuses to answer my call. When I called him from a different number he acted like he was so shocked his phone didn’t ring. He says he will fix it then never shows and avoids call. When I went to the address listed for him online, turns out he doesn’t have a shop, its a small car sales lot and repairs.He only takes cash so that you have no recourse when he screws up. His friends there help him hide from you. Avoid this

Jackson’s Music is a good little small town music store. In a town void of music stores this is a nice oasis to get the things you need. They also fix guitars and rent band instruments too.
Knowledgable staff, who are helpful but not pushy. I have been getting music supplies from there for more than 10 years and not once have me or my family had an issue.
Avoid like the plague. Absolutely rubbish. I will never set foot in this garbage store again. Rented an audio system that was buzzing. And changed me extra for an extension cable that there was no proof that it existed.
I’ve went to Jackson’s music a few times in the past couple of years. I have purchased a drum set from them and its my number one kit still to this day. For the most part friendliness is in the atmosphere when the older guys are working, the younger guy on the other hand is lazy and careless and doesn’t see the need to know about drum accessories even being the store salesman that he is.. I guess he’s a guitar guy or something. I feel as if anyone that was clueless about music or music instruments could do a better job than that guy. The guy acted as if he didn’t know what I was talking about and was trying to pretty much get me off the phone until I pushed the issue. Then he was like, “oh I know what you’re talking about.” This was after I walked him through what I was in need of twice! Anyways the guy clearly knew what I was talking about and was more than likely anxious to get off on time instead of making one more sale for the day. He even told me that someone else called this past week about the same thing. In store experience is definitely the route to go. If you call you’ll more than likely get the careless and clueless young guy on the phone that doesn’t even deserve his job. I don’t know if it’s because he didn’t get the training he needed or if he likes to milk the system but whatever the case may be he obviously can’t help you because he can’t even help himself or the store by doing a good job.
Very unhappy with the service on a product exchange. Came into the store this morning and made a purchase very possibly a four-star transaction. They were very helpful the sales guy that helped us initially. But upon returning to the store to exchange after realizing that the wrong mic cord was purchased the customer service received from the manager was very inappropriate. The salesman that sold us the cord initially apologized that he assumed that we needed the cord that he sold us the first time. So he apologized and went back to get the manager to do the exchange. The manager was clearly disgusted with us because we wanted to exchange the cord that was only two dollars difference in price. We even said that he could keep the change. He was typing on the keyboard very hard and just looking at us and like he didn’t want to be bothered and basically threw the original receipt back at us. Maybe he was having a bad day. He made a comment to the salesman about another customer in the store who was playing a guitar saying “why is he even here?” The salesman said he didn’t know. So maybe the manager was having a bad day.I don’t know but don’t take it out on your customers. I surely will not be back.
