If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered products plus installation and was rescheduled 5 times. I didn’t get a phone call, text or email as a courtesy or to ask if I was going to be available for the rescheduled date they chose! I had to change my schedule in order to get the products and installation. I called and complained and was assured this wouldn’t happen again. I know we’re all going through a difficult time due to COVID, but that doesn’t excuse not having a courtesy to call, text or email the customer.
Well, I ordered again a few months later for products and installation and here I am at home and no one has shown up. I called and they told me this was rescheduled for next week. Again, no call, text or email. I’m canceling my rider and never purchasing there again! There is no consideration whatsoever for the customer and all they say is that someone will call back and no one does. I wasn’t even able to make a formal complaint until “they callme back”. Horrible experience!
Never have the product on shelf when ask employees for help they give nasty attitude and ignore customer by talking to each other.
Frustrating process, spent hours with an “expert” to decide which laptop to purchase, went back on the next day, only to find out the price went up more than US$ 300 for no reason and they never had it in stock

Before we could even enter 15 minutes before closing the employee looked at us annoyed and closed and locked the door with attitude. They like to close earlier than they have to because they are lazy and they don’t want to deal with you around. I would give a zero but it doesn’t let me post.

A small store (smaller than the MDC Kendall bookstore) has a good varity of food but smaller selection of books. Overall a clean store. The customer service was okay. There is no music playing like at the MDC Kendall bookstore, also the lighting in the store is pretty dim.
It probably has what you need but its also probably the most expensive way to get it
Let me start by saying that they should at least have curveside pick up. But you can only order online, they stated they’re open to take calls but never answer the phone. I had to buy a book from the homestead location that’s 2 miles from my house and had to pay extra for shipping and expedited.
