My wife and I have had nothing but kind and professional attitude from everyone there. It’s the only pawn shop we will go too.
Upon second visit it was a little awkward and not so welcoming as the first visit and so I had to downgrade them to four stars. I was really looking forward to doing more business with these guys but it was just kinda uncomfortable from the moment I walked in the door. Probably pass on them next time.

It’s a clean pawn shop. The staff are friendly. I don’t recommend going here to sell items though. I had brought in an item thats valued well over $600. I got offered $40. It’s a good pawn shop to shop at but that’s it.
Very disappointed and feel very taken advantage of. I Brought my diamond bracelet to them to repair a pin that had fallen out. I was truly horrified to see so many diamonds missing.
I immediately pointed out that the original receipt was tampered with. my copy that was given to me when I dropped it off was different and changed? It was noted that there were a total of 7 diamonds missing and their slip was altered to a total of 17 missing ” Others may fall out Customer told” was also added after the fact.
I simply came in to repair a pin that had fallen out and never once told or discussed the possibility of losing so many diamonds while under the care and repaired here. I will tell family and friends not to do business here in the future

It’s a small gem in Inverness. This tiny thrift store has predominantly women’s apparel. A TON of short sleeves shirts and a decent selection of long sleeves and tank tops. Surprisingly, they always have some fun formal wear that can be hemmed or tailored for your next fancy event. My teenage daughter has fallen in love with a dress or two every time we visit. There is a small but an extremely good condition selection of shoes for both men and women, this last visit I don’t recall seeing any for children. There’s also a smaller but worth the look department for men’s tops. Mostly t-shirts but also a few long sleeved business shirts slacks and some jeans. Back to the women’s department. There are jeans, capris and slacks and skirts of all kinds. There’s even a fun wall with lots of different purses and bags that will tempt even the most discerning of shopper. The store mostly has a $2 price tag per item which in this economy cannot be beat! This is definitely worth the visit for the seasoned thrifter and for those new to thrifting, a smaller more palatable experience. Highly recommend!
Sweet thrift store that we stop at often…merchandise is all priced and the store is very clean and organized. The gal at the register was SO sweet, too. Love supporting community organizations!!

Scones were naked as raspberry white chocolate. And upon first bite into it was cranberry orange. Brought it to the guy’s attention and he didn’t seem to care. Worst visit ever to a place I love. Oh I’ll go back but they need to make sure they label stuff correctly.

I ordered TWO THINGS (a drink and a pastry). The manager overcharged me and then forgot my pastry. I ordered a cold brew and she charged me for a nitro. This is the second time I’ve been overcharged for my drink, so it feels almost intentional… I then heard her say to an employee, “that’s why I make the big bucks.” Very upsetting in the moment, no matter the context. I’m sad, the atmosphere used to be lovely and I loved sitting in the area with the fireplace. Learning to treat your employees (and customers) with respect goes a long way in a small town. Also, no one wears their mask. So they seem to not care much about health, either.
I’d like to say first off never have my wife or I bud issues with this Establishment but upon entering the pink and red haired young woman yelling about people ordering and they can deal with it that she puts cheese on every sandwich deal with I was a little surprised , than after placing my order and and the young lady at the counter describing my order ( Extra Meat ) which I order every time and go there atleast 1-2 a week . The same pink and red haired young woman replies what’s wrong with these people there plenty of meat on the sandwich. And to top it off when somebody asked about croissants she yells to bad we aren’t doing that you should come in earlier … pretty horrible to hear someone preparing your food speaking like this about the customers this place is a amazing spot for the most part but the revolving staff is starting to take away from the experience
I only gave them one star because you cant give them zero. I have been to Cattle Dog several times for breakfast. Recently I have been there twice and was NOT happy with there customer service. I went in for a meeting with my group and because there was more than four of us we wanted to use the bigger space in the back so we could pull out our laptop or papers and listen and eat comfortably. According to Cattle Dog we couldn’t do that because everybody needed to purchase a food item and DRINK ITEM in order for us to be allowed to sit there. Out of the 8 people in the meeting 6 out of the 8 people purchased a drink and some purchased a food item and drink item. That was ridiculous for us not to be able to sit in the establishment comfortably and enjoy our food and drinks. We gave them our money and cant sit at the table in the back.
We found a better place anyways. Thanks!!!!!

It was clean. Management said hello. They had all my items. Line was two people long and the cashier couldn’t figure out how to take a check. It was kind of amusing, although it took entirely too long.

Great coffee and any flavorings you could want!! Scone and almond horn with my coffee and I recommend this place to pop in for coffee and a treat or lunch.
I love Label’s .I have brought items in and I appreciate making a bit if spending money . lol. What they do not take ,I knew people who can use clean decent clothes. It’s all good

The store is cute. Some things are over priced and some are great deals! Wish they would take a little more of the clothes brought in but always good customer service. Especially that Alexis! Super sweet, bubbly personality! I’ll come back just because of her! 🙂

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never sell my things to labels again. The employees are dishonest, judgmental, dismissive, and frustrating. I would rather give my items away than come back to labels.
I was ripped off when I tried to sell a small bag of women items with multiple pairs of designer shoes and name brand clothing. It took multiple days and trips to the store to get the workers to look at my things. One of the days they turned me away claiming they had hit their buying limit within an hour and a half of being open. Every employee I interacted with was rude and uninterested. When they finally agreed to look at my clothes it took several hours for them to look through the 15 items I had brought. I had to call the store to see if my items were done being sorted through because they never notified me that they were ready. The employee that answered my call was short with her words and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I brought in name brand, designer shoes and clothing and was only given $22 for the six items they bought. As a worker was cashing me out I read on the paper that was with my items that one of their employees took, the paper literally said “took”, two pairs of sandals (jack rogers). I believe that I was not fairly compensated, or compensated at all, for these shoes. This whole experience left me with a bad taste in my mouth. The buying process feels like a scam and the employees seem to be very dishonest and self serving based on the way they treated me and the items I brought in.
Me and my husband used to go here 2 3 times a month and now we don’t go due to the prices there has been an increase and I just can’t see spending that much for something that you can go get it brand new for same price. Not sure what’s happening but it stinks cause we used to love this store n would recommend to everyone
For two designer items and a waterproof sports jacket they offered 8 dollars. I would’ve paid more to get my time and gas back.

This McDonald’s is definitely not Wi-Fi friendly. No places to plug in and they want you out in 30 mins. There is a posted sign.
They do offer frre Wi-Fi but it pretty much is just a false lure. They just want you to eat and go. Burger King doesn’t have a sign posted but is the same. But Wendy’s down the street IS Wi-Fi friendly and does have a place to sit and recharge devices. So I rather pay more to eat and watch a 30 min episode of a show without rush and with a charged device.
Rarely get orders right
Customer service was awesome but fries were cold and shriveled and cheese on big mac was cold.
Says 24 hrs in multiple places but closed for “30 to 45 min” when I go through the drive through at 220am……

Needed guitar strings and stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to pick some up. Very nice people and I was very happy they were open on a Saturday. Price was fair, and they had the exact ones I like to play. Will be coming back for all my guitar needs. They even helped me out when I noticed I don’t have needle nose pliers to raise my tune-o-matic bridge… Went in and they let me use a pair of theirs. 🙂 Keep it up.

Clean place..good quality but a horrible selection. They only carry about 2 brands of guitars. That’s not a general music store. That’s more of a specialty store.
