Great staff period. Helpful and very nice, took guitar lessons here for years and loved every minute of it. highly reccomended even if you just want to start getting into music like I did!!

Great store if you are looking for variety, quality, and selection but staff isn’t terribly personable or helpful. If you walk in knowing what you want, it’s a great place and prices are reasonable but if you walk in trying to figure out if a new instrument is for you, don’t expect much guidance. Also, they are one of the few places in town that will purchase equip for trade-in credit or cash but don’t expect reasonable compensation. I get they’re a business and need meat on the bone but every experience I’ve had with them, they don’t come close to even 50% of used resale value.
Clerks don’t care about selling anything. I went in for an electric piano. 13 mins. No help so I walked out. 2 guys working. I was the only other person in the store. As I was opening the door to leave one of the staff {still sitting behind the counter) asked if I had any questions. I said not anymore. He laughed. Like it was a joke. This store is a joke.
Purchased an item on two separate occasions one month apart. Both times was refunded due to being out of stock . Why not just remove the item from your listings?
Bought a Behringer Xenyx 302usb on Friday. Could not get it to work with my software. Took it back for a refund today and they refused to refund my money. Stated store policy is that all sales are final – 7 day exchange. What the hell was I gonna exchange it for? Another one that did’t work. The sales person did not tell me that or have me sign the receipt which states that. I won’t step foot in that store again.

Cool music store. Quite the selection of instruments. From didgeridoo’s to cow bells even steel drums. They even let you do your best Tommy Lee impression. They all so repair instruments as well. Pretty knowledgeable and friendly staff as well. Have Some Pretty SWEET gutairs As well.
Rent one instrument here and bought one two. I don’t have any complaints. Friendly staff.
Friendly people, neat selection in store. Not great for strings rental/rent to own. The sales pitch is that you can trade up sizes as your student grows. I started calling in February to trade up to the next size. It’s November. We still don’t have a replacement instrument. I’ve called over and over and over again. Finally got management involved in September. Was told it would be resolved soon. That was two months ago. They called and told me it would be here on the truck a week ago. Still nothing. Had to rent an additional instrument from the school so my daughter would have something to play in the meantime. We’ll likely be in the market for a string Bass next year, but suspect we’ll purchase it elsewhere.

Great service, but not the place it used to be.
Asked them to clean my insterment, they did not. Insted they took the protective lacker off of my instrument when they just put it In a tub of acid that is “made” to clean it. I also asked to have the bell of my instrument to be really cleaned and looked at. But it was never done. Do NOT HAVE INSTERMENTS CLEANED HERE! They will be abused and destroyed.

I called and he said he was heading out for lunch. Told me to come down at 12:30 he would be back. I sat in my car until 12:45 he still was not back from his lunch so I got stood up.

Great selection of tunes, especially the Americana section (but not limited to this genre). Staff will talk music with you and are happy to provide recommedations. In the era of streaming music it’s a welcome oasis with a personal touch. Also a sizeable used catalog with fair prices.

Horrible customer service. A lady was helping me and was extremely rude and disrespectful. I needed help and she made it seem as though it was inconvenient to her. After that she threw my product I was buying at me. Never going back.

I’ve personally purchased two guitars from this place and I’m not even sure why… I stopped repping their window cling in my hatchback last year after I got attitude again.. they’re the only music store in the area and they are still somewhat rude to people.
And that’s the only reason I keep going there, they’re the only place in the area. Pretty sad.

I purchased (what I thought were) diamond studs from Gustafson & Grey about a year and a half ago. At the time, I received pretty terrible customer service. The gentleman helping me was incredibly rude and short with me while I was deciding on my purchase. I asked him if he verified the jewelry to ensure it was real and that the $500 I was about to spend was well worth it. He told me that they still wouldn’t be in business if they sold fake jewelry. Turns out I should have been more careful, I was sold white sapphire earrings that I could have purchased for $50. Would highly recommend you don’t make any major purchases from Gustafson & Grey.

My partner and I used Music With STyles for our wedding. Incredible! He helped keep our reception going with energy and enthusiasm while being flexible with the ebb and flow of the wedding craze. He was easy to work with and had exciting ideas from years of experience. I could not recommend these services more! Our guests said they had so much fun all night long!!
Brides and grooms to be should definitely hire Music with STyles. The DJ was easy to work with and did a great job of monitoring the crowd and playing the appropriate music at the appropriate level throughout the event. John kept my guests on the dance floor with me all night and I had an absolute blast at my reception.
I decided to go through with my COVID wedding and the pre-planning was great. However the day of, the DJ did not prepare himself. I payed for 6 hours of music and he only played for maybe 3.5 hours total. In addition, he did not download any of the music we requested for the night and could only play songs that were on his library.
I also gave him a timeline for the evening. Things were running behind so you would think he would keep things going but I actually had to have my photographer tell him to start the intros after we were at the reception for 30 minutes already. I was extremely disappointed and was not worth the money I paid.

Not much to do! Can’t get in to use the pool, lake ect. If one is looking for a completely quiet get away, perfect area to visit. Our family loved the house we rented and highly recommend that for sure!
Be aware that only owners are allowed access to the water. You can’t swim, can’t put in your own boat or kayak. You can pay outrageous fees if you want to rent but this space is only reserved for the elite.
The place was good but it’s not for anyone to just go and chill there..its private and we didn’t even know it..we got a warning ticket for just being there..i don’t think it’s a public place at all..
Nice lake but will never use it again due to the interaction today with the lake manager.
