I’ve just had what may have been the best experience I’ve ever had (and I’m not a kid) with a company. Steve Bolanda at MusiciansBuy walked me through what might work best for my nonprofit at a large, outdoor event in four days’ time. We settled on a speaker and mic system with tripod, he ordered it that afternoon and it arrived two days later. Setting it up was super intuitive and the system worked perfectly at our event. It breaks down easily and is easy to store in a fairly small space. I can’t say how relieved I was or how much I appreciated the customer service!
Very positive experience with Musicians Buy.
I dealt directly with a Mr. Steven Bolanda. He was very personable & knowledgeable. Most importantly for me, it was easy to tell that he had my best interest in mind, and not his. I recommend anybody and everybody that has any music/instrument needs to contact Musicians Buy. I would personally ask for Steve, but I can tell that the whole team is more than competent & ready, willing, and happy to help!
Great service, always responded to questions and was helpful all the way up to receiving the guitar. So grateful for the ease of be transaction.
3. Jupiter Music Store
Address: 275 Toney Penna Dr #2, Jupiter, FL 33458 , Jupiter , Florida , United States
Great service, great instruction, great guitars, great prices!
Super helpful staff! They fixed my daughters guitar for free…We were very impressed by the way they treat customers.
Good customer service.
Walked in and checked out the merchandise without being greeted by any of the staff… small showroom with new and used low end to mid range entry level instruments.
Because its name is Jupiter
And I liked this name
The store is an absolute disgusting disaster. I hate going in there. Looks like a horder runs this place. You’re out of luck if you need any advice regarding string instruments and accessories. They will advise you to use the cheapest bow available for any string student less than mid-level because he feels they can’t tell the difference between a plastic bow, carbon bow or a wood bow. This guy doesn’t play any string instrument, yet willing to dispense this advice freely. Might as well just do the research online and purchase it online as well for a more competitive price. Why bother being treated rudely?
Spent a large sum of money in this store for my daughters Christmas gift and also set up lessons. 1st lesson was set with Adam, daughter was so excited to start. I was called 2 hours before her lesson cancelling the lesson because Adam has a “gig”. Extremely unprofessional. Had heard negative reviews about the store but went against what I had heard because they are close to our home. Shame on me for not listening. Overpaid for the guitar too. Not a good reputable store. Shop elsewhere. Get lessons elsewhere.
Even if you are the only single store in the town, it’s still not a reason to sell cheap, mediocre strings for 3.3x(!) times more, than they cost at any other place. That’s a rip-off!

Fred’s a great Music teacher..he’s very professional and knows what he’s talking about!
Capitelli’s is the perfect place to go if you need any kind of music lessons.. he is a genius musician .
Mr. Capitelli is one of the nicest men you’ll meet. He makes you feel comfortable so you can learn to perform your best. He’s very knowledgeable and offers decades of experience. He has helped me overcome 15 years of stage fright. When I moved across the state, I decided to keep up my lessons with Mr. Capitelli via FaceTime!
Owner sucks! Needs work on customer service.
8. Piano Distributors
Address: 240 W Indiantown Rd Suite 104, Jupiter, FL 33458 , Jupiter , Florida , United States
I recommend this Yamaha dealer to anyone interested in buying a piano. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He has gone out of his way to help me get the most out of my Yamaha.
Exceptional service for my Yamaha piano. The manager Steve was knowledgeable and professional. Ranks as one of my best customer service experiences. The Disklavier player piano is a super complex piece of equipment but Steve was able to troubleshoot and get things working again in short order.
AMAZING Sales, Installation, Service, Follow-up and Support. I would never consider purchasing my Yamaha Piano from anyone else other than Steve Trawford of the Jupiter, Florida Piano Distributers. Thank you Steve … we are really enjoying our new Yamaha Piano!

Excellent store. To say they know their business is an understatement. Dealing with Jay was a pleasure!! He is a pros pro!
I purchased an H-555 Heritage semi-acoustic guitar…tobacco sunburst. The deal was fair, the greeting was very warm and friendly. I recommended them to a friend of mine in France. They sold him a nice guitar and it was shipped immediately and without a hitch. I love their products and will work with you as far as layaway, and out the door price. They will ship virtually anywhere. I am a HUGE Heritage fan, and would not purchase from anyone else except perhaps directly from the factory. Thanks folks…always a pleasure!
Service was top notch. Will be back again
Love this place! If you’re in South Florida and feel the need to visit a real, actual musician-oriented guitar shop…look no further. Businesses like this are a real treasure and getting harder to find everyday.
The photos on the website were misleading. This place looked inviting. This shop looked like a place where musicians came to meet.
I wanted some info on the banjo. I’m looking for players, lessons, books, ..anything.
It seems that since I wasn’t in there to BUY an instrument, (…really..the same question 3 times?) I was asked to “sit tight” and wait to speak to someone.
After 20 minutes, I figured it out. No one was coming, so I left.
I always prefer the “little guy” to big corporate stores.
Wolfe Guitars has changed my mind.
Sadly this place isn’t what it once was, it WAS a customer satisfaction driven company. In the past I bought three guitars off them and an amp. Recently my wife wanted her bass guitar rewired and I thought I would take it back to the Wolfe where I bought it and let them give it some love. We dropped the guitar off and told them what we wanted done, the young lady there said “It will be done by the end of the week” … That was six weeks ago!!! The guitar was “Finished” last week and when we went to pick it up it my wife tried it out, the volume know was stiff and didn’t want to turn and the tone knob really didn’t work, even though the young man helping us swore up and down he could hear the difference (Minimal difference at best), he even turned the amp up louder so we could hear it wasn’t working even louder…. Lmao!!! Quick side note, the guitar has all chrome hardware on it, the tech put a black switch in.. Real classy. So we left them with the guitar and came back the following week. Yes it works correctly now. The young man was apologetic about us having to drive down from Stuart twice because of their mistake, I asked if he could show us how apologetic Wolfe guitar is on the bill… After conferring with someone we were informed basically the bill has been written up so the price is the price… That is the last money they will ever get from us!!!
I would not recommend Wolfe Guitars, here’s why:
I sent an email to Wolfe Guitars on July 09th, 2013 with a specific list of things that I wanted done to a new Strat to include a PLEK and asked for pricing in this email.
I stated that I was a good three hours away and wanted to schedule an appointment to bring the guitar in (I also planned to look at the Heritage Guitars while I was there waiting).
I received a response from Jay Wolfe on the 10th stating they could handle the work but they were short a PLEK tech and wanted to know what day worked best and wanted to know where I was located but Mr. Wolfe did not give the requested prices.
I responded to Mr. Wolfe’s email on the 10th (within 15 minutes) stating that before I commit, I needed prices for the things listed in my original email, I wanted to make sure I was dealing with an experienced PLEK tech and I advised him of my location and flexibility for the appointment.
As of the 12th I had not received a response so I sent a follow-up email and as of today, the 24th, Mr. Wolfe still has not responded nor has Mr. Graham Zebedee who was cc’d.
